Hello, sir my name is kaushik, i live in Nanganallur, i was big fan of your resturant. now a days the food quality is not good. I ordered chicken biryani on 26 Jan 2022. I BARELY TOOK A SPOON OF RICE FROM YOUR BIRIYANI. The food is too oily, too much of smell of ginger garlic paste. The food is too spicy. You have already earned a good name sir. Please don't try to waste customers money. We are ordering food for your convince, but u guys take this as granted and a selling us biriyani which is not even worth for 50 rupees. I tried to contact Zomato to refund the money. Noone is responding properly. Please kindly take necessary action and provide me a refund for this food. Total cost is 242 rupees. Just because your presentation is good doesn't mean that ppl will buy food which is not worth it.

Why we will not visit again this restaurant ? See the below attached photo. he is Suresh - Manager. He don't know how to handle the customers, also he will not treat with proper respect. he will treat you like he serving free food for poor peoples. also see his face and notice how he will give the instructions to service staffs. it's very rude and make irritation. Just customer enter in to restaurant, he will come and stop the customers in entrance and he will tell wait, don't go inside like that. also very shouting to the service boys. very disappointed and not recommended to visit again to this restaurant, this branch. Dishes are very good and the ambience provided by the restaurant was very good. We had crispy chicken, Al Faham chicken, parato, butter chicken masala and chicken plain briyani. Among this chicken plain briyani was not upto the mark as we went in the evening by 7 to 8 pm. We felt the briyani was dried out and very sticky. Parking were maintained neatly.

One of the signature spot for beef biryani in Chennai. Recently visited this place and felt like their beef biryani was not upto the mark as it used to be. It was too spicy with chilli powder all over it. Didnt get any feel of eating a Beef Biryani. Ordered their pepper chicken as side dish for chapathi which tasted decent.Chapathi was readymade i guess. Tried their beef cutlet too which was not at all satisfying since it had only flour(maavu) flavour but not beef. felt like eating some veg maavu cutlet. Overall this place is slowly losing its value. And this place can come back to its place if they concentrate on quality of the food.

Sukkubhai was my favourite spot for Beef Biriyani but just lost its charm now. Tbh my first ever try for beef Biriyani is here ( Main old branch) and now it made me ulta. The beef here will be like a mutton piece soft tender juicy and so on but todayy 🥲 . So lets come back to usual story . Our Orders: . 💥 Mutton Pepper Soup (150): The soup was good. A basic mutton stock water with boneless mutton chicken and some garlic, curry leaves and also fat pieces. The soup kinda tasted like a infusion of South Indian with Chinese ( Soup Thaniya iruku taste Chinese ah iruku) . 💥 Grill Chicken (1/2)(240 INR):: Was okaish. Huge 4 pieces of chicken served with small mayo dabba ( a mayo dip vessel ) and some cold Onions ( may be from fridge). Surprisingly no Kuboos 🥺. I still remember in my last visit a year or so ago i was served with kuboos pickled veggies and mayo 🙄 . 💥 Prawn Pepper Fry (240 INR): Dry dish. Rubbery prawns with some Onions and pepepr thats all i can say about it 🙄. Again i missed the old taste where it will be kinda like sukka . 💥Chicken Biriyani (200 INR): Was good a typical chennai style biriyani no aahaa ohoo factor ( Usually i will scold my friends or people who come with me who orders Chicken/ Mutton Biriyani here cuz i always trust their beef biriyani over Any other here). . 💥Beef Biriyani (200 INR): This was a total disappointment 🥲. My favourite biriyani is now gone 💔. The pieces where rubbery and hard . Lacked the old masala taste and also jo egg 🥲( I knew they removed egg from their menu past 2 years but still 🥲) . All the biriyani is served with Kathirikai ( Was Good ) and Raitha.The quantity of their biriyani was huge but still really missed the old sukku here 💔 . I still remember i used to stand in long queues to get a place in their main branch and that time the Biriyani especially beef biriyani, beef paya was outstanding 🙄 but now it all changed 🥲.The service was also kinda rude. Asked for kuboos " adhellam varadhu" and also asked for raitha kathirikai for parcel and they where like " pay panni dan vanganu" 🙄. This made a heart break for me . We had a dinner in this restaurant last week. Chicken tandoori we ordered. chicken is not cleaned well. blood had sticked on the bone. Also, Beef biryani taste is not worth for that price Rs.230. No egg, no sweet at all. We had bad experience with this restaurant. Another sukkubai (beef hotel) is best compared to this.

Am most of the time visit that old shop. Here, some times are good and some times are bad on the taste of the quality. I don't know, I think the same master is not prepared food on all the times.so that it's vary on taste. Even some time giving good meat pieces and huge amount of quantity but some time it's opposite. Hey, this shop is very famous in alandur. But i would suggest to not order any mutton starters here. It is not good and leads a vomit. I'm the one who can survive even If the food is very very spicy. But this is something different and feeling very tired after eating. But, briyani is good. Try it but careful.

It was amazing experience at Sukkubhai Biryani in Chennai. I heard it's name from my cousin who frequently visits Chennai on official tours. He recommended me to visit atleast once when you are in Chennai. I was in Chennai for completing my brother's exit formalities from the company and we decided to have dinner here. The moment I took a bite of fried beef it was mouth licking and tasty dish. All spices are well mixed and the beef was very soft which made it taste good. Then we ordered few other dishes as shown in the pic. Only disappointed I had was with biryani which is just like a normal rice with greavy in it. Nothing taste like a biryani. But other items are exceptional and cannot be find anywhere else in Chennai.

I bought a parcel of beef biryani from Sukkubhai MKN Road shop. I went home and opened it, had few, the biryani was stale I think they are heating and selling yesterday's biryani. Please be aware of this hotel, they may be famous but they are not good. Don't trust them blindly. They are frauds!!

I am not sure about any other branches but this branch is too good . One of the best non-veg restaurants in Chennai. The food is all good . Service is fine. The ambiance is great and well maintained. Desserts are all tasty . Beef biriyani is top notch for sure ( don't miss that)

Sukkiubhai biriyani Next level taste of biriyani , they also provide combo packages. We tried their Beef combo and Chicken combo also Beef combo was really worth the money. Very very disappoint, biryani was too oily and it was like a color rice and some meat without any taste. It doesn't worth even 50 rupees, shamelessly they are changing 200. I bought as a parcel and taken it to home where my kids was eagerly waiting for biryani, when I started serving it was full of oil at the bottom of the container. Very good lesson for me today.

Sukkubhai is one of the favourite restaurants in Chennai and their biryani taste is superb. I especially liked the chicken curry and it's so soft with an awesome taste. Finally the food quality is value for money. Thanks to the restaurant and always keeping up the good service with quality.👍

Received on time but there was no egg and the biriyani was like old heated biriyani n smell was there and serving one day before heated biriyani to customers in this pandemic time is very disappointing. I am a regular customer at Sukkubhai Alandoor. I usually buy quarter plate beef biryani. Flavour is lip smacking, and they keep up the consistency at the best. I have tried their other beef varieties, not the best. 5 stars for their legendary beef biryani, and I love their simple hospitality.

We have recently visited this restaurant. We ordered mutton combo, mutton biriyani and chicken 65. The mutton biriyani tasted good but not worth for the hype. The chicken 65 served was dry and they are preparing the 65 in the noon and serving till night. The meat was not fresh and I recommend not to order any fried items here. They don't have any parking space for cars in this outlet.

It was recommended by my friends in chennai, hence I gave it a try. The mutton biryani is really tasty and so different. It's like nati biryani of banglore. Very local we can feel it when we taste it. Total worth for the money spent. I just wish the mutton was little more. The raitha and sweet provided was good. I would surely order again. Try it if you are in that part of town.

One of my favorite Non-Veg restaurants. This is their main restaurant. I love their Beef Biryani. We ordered a beef biriyani, a mutton biryani and beef liver fry. Meats in the biriyani are cooked soft and juicy. The quantity of the biriyani is good too. The cost is affordable. Only the bread halwa quantity is too less for the price. Not accessible by public transport. One drawback is that the restaurant has limited seating. We have to wait and then sit with the strangers to eat. So, not really suitable for family. Take away is recommended in that case.
