This was a take out order and it cost me around 600 for 2 chicken biryani's . The packaging was really good the box was leak proof and it was not a messy packaging, *Quantity wise it is less compared with other biryani places *Texture.. seeragasamba rice it is as good as it can be * Flavour was not satisfied it was spicy in the first bite rather than the mellow flavour of biryani. * Chicken was really dry as aged skin there was not a ounce of flavour it was subtle salt flavour was not satisfied with the size of the piece it was more in the medium cut range * raitha - difference in the cutting of onion so it was not that good to have along and the curd was not salted so raitha was bland * random Gravy- in the place of brinjal gravy - it was alright without blasting flavour. Overall it was a below average biryani for the price and the hype.. (contents like egg was packed inside)

The food tasted good nothing to comment on the food taste.... but Waiting time is too long..... We need to ask for everything even water pepper and salt which was a basic thing.... Security was kind and humble,we can give 10 stars to a security person....

We ordered Chicken kothu parotha and 1 set of chappathi through zomato for dinner from Thalappakkati, Mogappair chennai branch... But what I received was 1 peice of Chapathi and egg kothu parota with no raitha, no gravy or salna for both Chapathi and kothu parota. I tried calling restaurant but their number was not in service. I raised complaint through zomato but the executive also said restaurant is not reachable so they could not act on the complaint without talking to restaurant. Worst experience from such a fame restaurant. The taste and quality has drastically gone down but not the price.

Good experience with Dindigul Thalappakatti Restaurant. Ambiance: Good Service: quite fast and good Food taste: Good. Their biriyani was good and side dishes was also good to taste and fresh. They serve grill items as well. Overall experience was good. Cost: tad on the higher side. Parking: have separate 4 wheeler parking which can accommodate 10 cars.

One of the worst taste briyani nowadays . No response , still I can't find the dish of the gravy they given its not like a brinjal and it's not like a gravy . Chicken 65 so sour taste and the briyani get smell like old one . Kindly change the things otherwise surely you will caught in food department. Yuck taste

Not a pleasant experience from the reputed restaurant like this. We went there for a dinner and most of the items were not of good taste. Tandoori rotis were hard. Soup was very salty. Most of the vegetarian options were served very delayed and was of poor taste. Mushroom pepper fry was EXTREMELY SPICY. It won't suit for kids and some adults. All of us were disappointed at the food and service. I'm not sure if it's a standard in that branch or just a one time glitch. Please ensure you try the food there before planning any get together like events.

Took a long time (45min) to serve the food at least partially. Also, they served the food from display instead of fresh food cook, which is unacceptable. Overall, I am very much dissatisfied with the service.

Very worst food . They serve chill food.They also serving frozen meat and sometimes both chicken and mutton meat misses it flavour . In my online order I had a worst experience ,visibly it can be seen in photos attached. Even if we complaint, they don't respond properly. Totally a scrap . Atleast skip visiting mogappair branch. They ran the hotel for name sake. Highly not recommended. For the same cost Erode Amman Mess at anna nagar providing delicious and tasty food. You can even try copper kitchen ,bhuhari nearby in mogappair . Don't waste your money . Both the way dinein and online sucks!

Amazing limited time offer. Unlimited Kal dosa, plain dosa and parota. I thought it was a marketing gimmick but they blew my mind when we a had a feast for dinner without actually paying for the dosas and parrotas like they promised. Super satisfied with the service

Visited along with family for lunch on Sunday. Only one person was managing and taking orders. We have not received what we ordered and even the response (service) is not satisfactory, probably due to manpower issue. Food quantity (briyani) is not upto the mark !!!

Ordered Kola Biryani from Mogappair branch on 9th June. Basically it is kuska with Kola balls. But I was shocked to see 3 pieces of chicken in the parcel. The biggest disappointment was the taste which was below par of Thalapakatti. Hope they address and rectify the mistake.

We didn't try Briyani since we all know it's standard so we tried other dishes. Their Saucy lollipop was very hard, moru moru prawns and chicken was good with tomato sauce. Overall the food was good.

Delivery is too much delay. Quality is ok . We ordered mutton biryani, they gave Kushka with 4 pieces of mutton.Worst customer service. I recommend don't go if you hungry.they will take more time.

Non veg restaurant located at Mogappair west.. Some food items are pretty good here..Though some food items are not upto the mark..The Service and cleanliness needs to be improved..

We reached here at 2;30 pm on Sunday. We sat on ground floor and they gave us menu. After 30 mins person came to take orders and informed it will take time as they don't take order in ground floor. I said then why did you invite us on ground floor. It's 3:12 pm now and another person came and asked us to go to first floor saying it will again take time and they normally take time for order. I seriously don't know and never ever i will set foot in any of thalalppakatti restaurant. I am posting this message sitting.

I love this hotel for the non-vegetarian biryani that they serve. I really like the flavor and the amount of spices that they use in the biryani. This makes it different from what most hotels offer. Several dry side dishes as well as a few masala side dishes are available. The place is always kept clean and spacious. They have a delicious pepper grill. The customer service is excellent. The customer is well taken care of. The tables are kept very clean and maintained after each booking. It is a place that I recommend to everyone.

Went for dinner and the place was not crowded to my surprise on a Sunday. Parking is ample for cars and bikes. Food taste was good, ambience was decent and the staff was professional too. Do visit if you like dindigul style biryanis.

Car parking available. We went on weekday & it wasn't crowded. The hotel was clean but lot of scope for improvement. There were flies. The airconditioner was old & stains around it. We went in a group of 13 members. Person taking the order didn't have any suggestions to offer if quantity we orderwill be sufficient for all or not. The food was kept on table & they had no provision to serve it. Food was tasty. It's a decent hotel but cannot match a 3 star restaurant.

Something was missing, not sure what. While the food was good, guess it was the service which got messed up. Don't intend to blame anyone because we all are human's and prone to mistakes. But yes, there is scope for improvement
