The temple is well located , neatly maintained and properly organised . There are Lakshmi Devi deities and all other deities around the temple . It’s very divine inside the temple . The prasadam counter is at the exit of the temple and there is separate washing room outside . The road towards the temple is narrow and direction for car parking is not mentioned , so it’s a kind of difficult to find the car parking area. The area for car parking is in the starting of the street towards the temple .

Peaceful place on normal days.. Chaos on special occasions because temple will be over crowded even with these corona also... Special que will be formed with 100rs ticket.. So avoid special days and prefer non peak timing.. Better come in two wheeler instead of car.. No park is there for temple.. Hit like if my review helpful

A temple with positive vibes... If you want any loyal wish to be fulfilled do a continuous visit for 48 days with faith and trust on the Lord. For women 3 days can be excluded... Results will be truely fruitful...

One of the best temple in and around Anna Nagar. This temple is more than 1000 years old. It has more than 3000 arces of land. Dravida mafia looted all the land. Now, see the temple. Full of illegal encroachments.

Old temple, more than 650 years old. Well maintained and can feel the Divinity. However, few of the temple priests think themselves as the God and forget they are mere sevagans to the Lord. Allow the devotees to pray peacefully rather than asking to move even when the temple isn't crowded. One has to pay 1500 rs to get near the sanctum, which is more priced than the Jyotirlinga kshetrams. No one is above the divine. Serve the lord, not behave like the lord himself.

Divine place. One of the oldest powerful perumal temple. On special occasions like Vaikunta Ekadashi there is a huge crowd, if we paid for special darshan that qu also till the road. Kindly provide special qu for old-age people and child and infant hold mothers.

After being taken over by the Government a feeling of emptiness prevails. The previous management was good. There are huge collection by RS.100 and RS.50 special dharshan tickets.

Sri Santhana Srinivasa Perumal Temple is located at Mogappair, literally means blessed with a child, in Chennai. This name symbolizes the belief that the Lord of Sri Santhana Srinivasa Perumal shrine provides the childless couples the most wanted blessing of little babies. Due to this belief childless couples throng to this holy place and offer their prayers, and it is said that their wishes have come true after the visit of this shrine. The Santhana Srinivasa Perumal Temple has been conducting many major religious festivals, one to note is Brahmotsavam. With the Brahmotsavam in full swing, the Must See abode of Perumal wears a celebrity look with people thronging its boundaries, waiting to get a glimpse of the Lord and His Consort, decorated with precious jewels and full of colorful flowers, as they move out in the surroundings on a variety of vahanams to bless devotees. Mogappair was once Maga-p-peru (meaning “blessed with a son”). This name derived from the belief that the deity in the Santhana Srinivasa Perumal Koil there granted the blessing of parenthood to childless couples. After persistent mispronunciation, the name `evolved’ to its present form History Sri Santhana Srinivasa Perumal Temple is 650 years old temple is very powerful to give the boon of a child (santhanam) which is called Maha-Peru in Tamil and that’s how the place became Mugappair. The main deity Santhana Srinivasar is 9.5 feet high. Couples praying for child take the Santhana Srinivasar vigraham in their lap as part of their prayer. Thulaparam is also being done. Poojas are taking place throughout the day till the Ekantha Seva in the night as in Thirumala

If you want to see Tirupati venkatachalapathi in Chennai, this is a must visit temple. The divine vibe feel is good when you see the goddess perumal. Parking would be a issue, coming by two wheeler is manageable. There is a great belief whatever wishes you had in mind, you pray to goddess perumal for 48 days continuously the wish will come true. Saturday will be crowded always.

Nicely maintained. Queue management for special entry like 100 rupees to be properly arranged. Special VIP and reference people entry to be reduced during special day like puratasi Saturday. Not able to dharshan God view.

Parking is an issue on auspicious days, other than that it has all the lakshanas for a good Vishnu temple. Had a good time and my kid ate all the prasadam given to her for the first time in a temple. Felt like Lord Srinivas blessed her. Thank you people who manage this temple.

Camphor is being mixed in the "Perumal Theertam", which is likely poisonous. Pregnant women and Children to avoid drinking Theertam in the temple. Experienced this first hand to my wife and child, and have informed the responsible persons. Was re-assured this was a mistake and will not happen going forward, but its up to people to follow-up.

This Temple is one of the most sought after places in Chennai in moggappair. The Lord Maha Vishnu adores the shrine and Blesses every devotee. One who visits this temple with belief is sure of salvation and solutions to his difficulties. Very neatly maintained and other shrines are staffed rightly to help devotees to offer their prayers

The temple has seen great improvement in infrastructure. The only concern is the road to the temple...typically its a one way road which creates trafficmania...Parking is another hurdle to cop up with...Please avoid travelling with car

Hindu temple. 20years ago it’s a very old, polite and beautiful temple; those days the area didn’t developed I have visited very often. Now it’s become cement made structures which made as a common temple and lost its originality.

The temple is beautiful and big. Slightly off from main road. Currently no marked parking area. Despite that, when you enter the temple, you feel the happiness. All the sannidhi are good and you feel like spending extra time. Spacious to walk around. It us scintillating to see Thayar and Perumal sannidhi. A must to go and worship place in Chennai

🙏🏻Om Namo Narayana 🙏🏻 The temple is located in Mogappair West which is a busy are at present. We can say that this temple is nearly same as going to Thirumala Thirupathi Temple. The statue of God, the design of garbagraha looks unique as it is in TTD. The main deity is nearly 9.5 to 10 ft in height who looks gigantic when getting nearer. It is quite a peaceful place to worship lord Venkateswara with resembles TTD. Govinda ! Govinda !

Very calm and pleasant atmosphere. Lord Srinivasa Perumal is in big size and beautifully decorated with flowers and ornaments. This apart almost all deities are also available in this Temple. This temple is about two kilometres from Thirumangalam, Annanagar west junction.

If you are looking for a good stone temple, and a bigger view of our Vishnu, this is a good place. Very pleasant dharshan. Anjaneyar- lovely man ❤️ The place surrounding the temple is too crowded and parking options are very less and crunched. Apart from parking, this is a good place to visit. Find time to visit when it is less crowded.

A very famous temple is located in Mogappair west. A very good temple to seek blessings of Lord Ganesh, Lord Balaji, Goddess Thayaar, Goddess Andal, Lord Hanuman, Lord Ayappan, Lord Navagraha etc. Usually Saturday is most crowded. A separate place for keeping footwear and wash area for legs is available.
