Equipments provided- Jacket, boots, socks, gloves Toilet maintenance is lacking, needs to he more hygienic as these many persons are using this on a daily basis. We booked the time slot for 2-2:45pm, After standing in line, we entered inside at around 2:15pm. Place is really cold and will give you a cool vibe for sure. It has 2 sliders, 1 stage for DJ , mount climbing place,and much more place to play and enjoy 45 minutes is allowed for one time slot ticket. last 10-15min is reserved for DJ. There is a warm room available inside, where you can take rest and come back to the cold after you feel comfortable. There is 3d Photo gallery outside which costs Rs 100 per head to click photos. Do visit this place with family and friends

I had a lot of fun at this place. Great place to go to as a group. They have an art museum, a created snow park , a 12 D cine magic and a few snack places. This place is always crowded because of its magic. There was a headless dude which was a fun thing to watch. He danced with us too. I had gone here 4 years ago and this place had gone trmendow improvements . There is a really good parking facility just outside the place. Some people might be a little allergic to the dry ice so be little careful. About the place : 1. Each time slot is 45 minutes. We had gone as a group of 40 and we got the 1: 15pm slot. 2. Prices start from 590 per adult ( with selective discounts if going from institutions) 3. You are provided with Jacket, socks, shoes and gloves. There are no pants. If you are sensitive to Cold then please wear pants to avoid certain adverse events😂 4.There is a warm room provided inside for people sensitive to cold. 5. Last few minutes of each time slot is run by the DJ where you have a live prop and a dance floor to display your talents and Dance. 6. An art gallery where you are allowed to click pictures. ( entry fee : 100 rs- again negotiable as a group) 6. Lot of places where you get both hot tea and cold ice creams. I would go again to this place again as a group. A couple going here can be quite boring as I had observed. Unless you want to keep massaging your girls leg and fingers in public.🤣

Their place is absolutely magical, that too in a hot and humid city like Chennai. They have a waiting chamber which cools you down between outside and inside temperatures. Once you enter inside the temperatures go down to -8°C. There are some slides, a trampoline and a few statues for pictures. Before entering they provide you with a pair of socks, shoes, gloves and a jerkin. Everything is well planned except for the pricing as I feel the price could be better. A must-visit place with your family and friends You will have 45 minutes to enjoy the snow. It's -7% inside; don't touch the ice without wearing gloves. Please wear full-sleeve clothes while visiting here, and if the lifeguards are not fitting for your size, please change them. The price looks a bit high, and there will be photographers asking to take photos. Please don't encourage them. Because they will charge 350 rupees for one print, and if you just want the soft copy, you have to pay 650 rupees (a minimum of 50 photos). Kind of robbery. The price at the cafeteria is costly, and the food quality is average. Don't waste your money on a 2D movie or Jungle Safari.

Really one of the wonderful places in Chennai. Price vice huge amount for single person for 45min 590rs. That's the one thing feeling bad but other than fully fun loaded place. Every one definitely enjoyed even children and friends and couples also. So you will plan and prepare to go this place. Inside some photographer is available if you need to copy the soft copy and hard copy as well. 200rs single print and 50photos soft copy 650rs.

We had good time play in the artificially created snow and winter world. Kids would live it and if the adults are ready to have funny like a kid then it is a wonderful family time in the snow!! They provide the warm clothing, gum boots and mittens to protect us from the minus temperature. The staff were cordial and decent to address us. The patiently answered our quires. Ample parking space. Lovely experience all the while.

Take 590 ticket, get in and evaluate if u need the top ups like Live Museum, Art Museum and 12D Cinema. You may come in warm clothes. Not that the cold is so unbearable. Full length close would be ideal. They give entire gear from Shoes to Gloves. It's written that the Jerkins are sanitized twice before giving to someone. May be true but it still didn't smell pleasant. Kids and families can have a good day out

I actually liked this place, 1 hr activity in snow, feels good, taking photographs was difficult, safe guarding my ear was very important. The metal slides had sharp edges, some safety precautions need to be present. Parking is easy. The other activities apart from snow Kingdom is also worth its cost. Crowd management was fine.

If you plan anyone to play in water then you consider this. If you looking for only rides , then Aqua ticket is not required. If you have ticket for Aqua, then only you can enter into that , which is inside the universal kingdom. Take towels with you, else u can rent that also there. If wish get some moisturizers , else skin might dry a lot. Kids tickets : Check with the security for kids,whether need to take ticket or not before buying. Kids rides : Have few good numbers for kids rides. Surely kids from age 3, can go couple of rides. In Aqua, only in the sea waves it's like beach, kids can enjoy and one more free fall ride, kids can go along with the parents. Food: 2 restaurants, and few ice creams, cool drinks, corn, veg puff/snacks shops there. You can try fried rice or dosa varieties. There is family dosa around 250 rs, which is 3 feet length. Its not the best level, but OK. Kids zoo - Maintain few parrots, ostrich, deer , rabbit. Infant - Yes family with infant can go, there are lot of places where baby feeding can be do.

When you enter inside, gives you a feeling that you are somewhere in Himalayas. Within 10 minutes you will start feeling cold. Make sure snow doesn't enter your pant or tshirt. Definitely some little kids and old may feel frozen if not taken care of their gloves. 12d, jungle visit, arts view are additional areas for additional cost.

It is very cold inside. Good. Many play items like bouncing, slide, igloo, climbing the hill is available. Kids above 12 years starts enjoying. Small kids below the age of 6 feel very chill inside and urge parents to come out quickly. Tickets for kids below 7 can be reduced since they stay inside only for 15 minutes.

Nice experience. I enjoyed snow with family. Must visit not to miss. The process is neat and perfect. It start with gearing up with shoes. ,socks,gloves and coat. You will be conditioned at low temp for few minutes. Then they open the door. The time allotted is 45 min. Snows are artificial.. but inside its really cold.. around minus 8 degrees is what they tell. Entry fee is 650 for adults and 600 for kids for 45 mins. Car parking is Rs 50 flat. Keep all your bags and chappal in clock room and collect warm clothes, gloves, snow shoes from counter, get inside snow World to enjoy severe cold weather. Was in Family Tour at chennai So we have been here in VGP Snow Kingdom , injambakkam One of the best experience is here, mostly everything is there. There is -8 degree Celsius here. Better don't bring Below 2 year aged kids over here, won't be good or won't allowed over here There is limited timing only here,like 45minutes something. There is only problem here i see is..snow fall is not there. Snow kingdom at the ECR is simply amazing for kids and adults to play around. It has many other games as well, they have maintained a good ambiance and provide the warm clothes before stepping in to the snow area. Right from the inner socks, Jackets, boots and gloves they provide in all sizes. The crew members are very friendly and helpful. But you have to be cautious if you are not used to cold, though you can take break by coming out of the are for a while. They do have eateries as well, you can grab a quick bite or have ice cream or can try Samosa. Really a good 45 mins to enjoy the feel of Jammu and Kashmir weather and snow conditions. The chillness is not felt untill you enter arena. Very joyful 😊. Caution: wear some sweater like cloths to keep your self warm to spend more time to enjoy. I think the price tag is a bit hight. Not exactly like being in snow but quite a good imitation with fun activities for kids. The tube slide closes early - start with that if possible. Animals, igloos & stuff relative to snow environs are fun learning for kids. Music is played towards the end in a flashy dance area. Restrooms available. Coffee once we were out was sublime. Pointers: Carry your own socks & gloves to wear underneath the ones they provide esp kids & the elderly. Light gumboots are provided & not snow shoes - so you will feel cold. Jeans/warm pants ideal. Additional- a woolen scarf will be a great plus.

I went in summer season felt too good and enjoyed the place. Children's will totally love this place. There is a time limit for you to have fun. There are also providing guides inside the snow area. Song selection was not good. I think cost is high for just 30 mins enjoyment otherwise it's all fun.

Water rides are enjoyable, and lifeguards are on duty to provide safety. Food is very expensive. Except for a handful who actually felt humiliated by the quality of the service and facilities, the staff members were all quite nasty. They act inappropriately around women. When the staff member abruptly asked to seat us next to someone else in the dash car journey, it was completely unfair. Even they do not abide by the laws. We observed that they permitted a 3-month-old child on the ride, which is quite dangerous for kids. Some riders were instructed to exit the vehicle and rejoin the queue while others were permitted to continue riding. Time and money wasted.

Had a really great experience. We visited with our friends. One's inner kid will surely come out. When you are inside the snow room, you must try the coffee. I loved it. It is a place for everyone. All age groups will definitely enjoy.

Snow kingdom was extreme chill. A big slide for adult was highlight of it. Kids have separate small sliding and trampoline.. but the boots for kids is too small in length which allows the ice to reach feet and makes them wet and numb. For adults it was good. However cant withstand with those gears for 1 hour in snow. 2d show was simply ok and forest safari was scary and enjoyable. A decent canteen was there where you can get snacks and coffee. Can expect more rush during holidays and weekends. Kids will enjoy more..

One of the most beautiful things is the awe of feeling the Kashmir which is thousands of kilometers away from us. Here everyone from children to adults enjoy this climate and play with ice blocks to relieve their stress and get refreshed. Mountain climbing, ice skating etc. Its highlights are a huge scam in which you can spend 45 minutes inside here and charge 900 rupees for that. When walking on snow particles that have the quality of that special clothing in the environment or skiing, the snow particles get inside the shoes and cause pain in the feet to the point where we immediately leave. So all in all it is a huge corporate scam. If not, they could have given them hot water or tea after the quality clothes and shoes for the 900 rupees they get. So overall my experience was a huge disappointment at this place.

Go to this place only when you are a big gang. Definitely a big no for kids below 6 years though they give you lot of protection like coat , shoes still the kids can't withstand the freezing cold. The snow is completely made of hard ice hence not recommended if you are planning to hit each other , the ice is so sharp that it bleeds too if you are hit by it. Even for adults who are super sensitive, have wheezing this place is definitely a No. Best place if you hang out in large number it can be fun

It is nice to have snow experience in Chennai ( the hot 🔥 city). Place was good and they are maintaining the place clean. Either you can book the snow kingdom ticket either online through book my show site or directly you can to counter and you can buy it. I will suggest to book in online in snow kingdom website so that you will get some offer. Inside the snow kingdom there are other activities like 3D virtual reality and 9D virtual reality tour. In case if you have time for your slot then you can try this activities. Here they provide shoe,sweater which holds 0 degree Celsius and also I suggest to wear pants (they will not provide pant). There are not much games inside the snow kingdom but you can feel the ice experience once.

It contains few snow slides like in the water parks and it will be fun. You can try hill climbing too. One session lasts for 45 minutes. Phones are allowed inside and you can take photographs. If needed, paid photography is available inside and they will charge you for the photos taken. Rs. 650 will be charged for 25 photos soft copy and one printed copy. The price is high and the management should consider reducing it. Overall, it's worth a visit if you are visiting for the 1st time.

A must visit place if you are in Chennai or if you ever visit Chennai ! This place is a little pricey but you will get the Kashmir feel here. You will be provided with a jerkin with hood , gloves and shoe. Make sure you wear Jean else your pant will get and you will not be able to enjoy the snow. Also , ensure that you get the shoe with correct fittings else ice goes inside your shoes and will irritate your foot a lot. I found it a little bit costly. The experience was good. Not many things to do inside the snow world. Two slides one for kids and one for adults. And a trampoline for kids. Mostly it's just playing with the snow. Tried to build a snowman but couldn't. The gloves they provide are not thick enough and get wet very soon. They played some songs with some disco lights towards the end.

Loved this place. First time i am coming here and i totally enjoyed. All the accessories like coat gloves and boots were so protective from the degree. Few activities like games and rides are here. It would be the best vacation particularly for children. And after few minutes there were dance area where they provide us few songs and everyone gathered to perform. Awesome place to chillout, i visited the place along with my 2 year girl on a weekday as there will be less crowd. She enjoyed a lot. They will be providing a jerkin, socks, gloves and snow boot. Hence i took hat and winter pant for my daughter.

The time when the sun is beating up over 40°C, the time when the school and college exam ends, the time when the corporate are planning for a time to relax, VGP Universal Kingdom, an household name for theme park since 1997 started VGP ‘Snow World’ exactly on May 25, 2014. Imagine the temperature which can go maximum by -6°C, more than what we call as a freezing cold, covered fully with snows which can definitely take to a different world for 45 mins to 1 hr even though you will be completely frozen in a maximum of 20 mins. There are colored tubes through which the people reach the top of the place to spin and slide down 23-ft, just like the one in the theme park which lands up in water. There is also a challenging task of ice mountain climbing where a lot of people go to reach the flag atop, which is done with safety belts tied around the waist. And much more … Boots, gloves, jerkin, and cap are supplied at the entrance while your foot wears are put in a bag given a token. They have used a technology wherein the snow is mixed with air in proportions so that mobile phones are used normally and even if it goes down inside the snow, it is left with just moist and not water. There are also hot coffees served inside

I loved this Snow Kingdom,it's pretty interesting to hang around with loved ones

Perfect place to experience some snow ❄️. Timing is one hour for alloted individuals as per ticket issued.If you go early you can finish it first so you don't want to waste your precious time waiting for your turn.Worth the money.

Fun place to hang around with your family and friends. Beware, its too cold for kids and babies are not allowed inside. Even elders might find it hard to bare the chillness. But the ticket rate is too high (650). Inside you can find ice slides but you need to wait patiently for 20mins to enjoy the 5sec ride. 😂 outside you can find wax museum and 3d photo shoot place (100per head). Toys and beverages cost are also high. Need to pay 50rps for vechile parking.

Children will enjoy the lot.. we enjoyed 12D alot. And if the length of the picture is more it will be v good. My son enjoyed the snow, Snow DJ and 12D magic also sliding. A must visit place in Chennai. But parking is a big problem. People are not guiding for parking but busy collecting money. But the coat which was given is not a good quality. The coat which was given is not making the body warmer.

Avreage and outside hall is so hot and no ac available The 3d show is ok, and the jungle safari is not ok and it's not good, take young kids Snow kingdom is inside is good but in more crowd can't enjoy well The snow dress need to take more care because the boot is very loose and kids get in legs inside ice and not able stand inside after 10 min You have to choose correct size shoes and jackets and hand cloves

Very very chill and worth.. We enjoyed well. But take care of shoes should not be wet during through the ice
