Kumbabisekham planned for February 20, 2022. Hence renovation works going on. So you should not be able to visit whole temple. You will be able to see yagasalai only. Update: 19 Feb 2022 - due to election, kumbabishekam rescheduled to 14th March 2022.

A modern temple with good parking areas, once you step inside it is a different World feeling. All the god statues are big and tall. Amazing to see the intricate creations. Very sincere priests doing Pooja. Goddess Bhuvaneshwari very beautifully decorated, opposite Murgan/Skanda, what a majestic figure giving all blessings, again very beautifully decorated. Sahasra Linga, huge nandi, Hanuman and various other subshrines. Big cowshed. It's a different World in a densely populated place

A must visit ashram campus having multiple hindu deities/sannidhis, some of which are rare and not commonly found under one premise. This ashram also consists of a Dhyana mantap & dining area for daily annadaan. Located in a residential area in Tambaram, this campus has adequate parking area. Some of the vigrahas are so appealing n gorgeous that you can't take your eyes off.

I was a bit surprised to see this temple for the first time, because it was located just behind (~1km) the Medavakkam-Tambaram main road (busy city road). My friend took me to this temple and it was very good. It was a widespread area with lots of god's idols inside the premises. It contains Ayyappa swamy, Vinayagar, Anjaneyar, Prithyangara Devi etc. This temple has lots of trees both inside and the outer campus. They are providing free lunch (annadhanam) during the noon time. It's a quiet, calm temple. Maintenance is also good. Parking area is available, we need to pay 2 rupees.

Recently we went to this ashram, really surprised to such a big temple in the centre of selaiyur, Tambaram. This temple has massive size statues of Pratyangira Devi, Sarabheshwarar, Lord Muruga, Maha ganapati, Bhuvaneshwari Amman, Sri chakra, Lord Shiva, Lord Hanuman, Lord ayyappa, and Lord Saneeswarar., Also it seems the temple is conducting sacrificial fire on all auspicious days. Temple also has a very silent and calm room for chanting and prayers. They are offering food to all devotees (Anna danam) on all days. Plenty of parking available for both 2 and 4 wheelers.

Very good temple. Here all the God's are there. Very spacious temple and you can sit down and enjoy any Sanathi. It closes by 8pm every day. Good car parking & rest room also available. But you have to drive narrow streets.

No ques. Darsan is pleasant. Almost all important deities are there to worship. Daily prithyangara yaham is performed and participate with on payment of reasonable amount. This yagam is performed to thwart the I'll effects of billi sunyam and black magic. Also through out the month abishegam and archanas are performed. Meditation Hall is avl. This place is in Thambaram. Motorable road but more driving negotiation is ready.

First time when I stepped into the temple. Seriously I couldn't control the emotion. Everyone would have experienced the same. Water comes out from eyes automatically. Truly blessed to visit the place. So much positive vibes. And construction is going on. But awesome and peaceful place. Personal experience will be better than review.

Returning to Om Sri Skandasramam temple was truly divine. Its serene ambiance and expansive grounds make each visit a soulful journey. With Goddess Pratyangire, Goddess Bhuvaneshwari, Lord Sarabeshwara, Lord Murugan, Lord Hanuman, Lord Shiva, and Goddess Durga, along with Asht Bhairavars and the 10 Mahavidyas, the temple is imbued with profound spiritual energy. The meditation hall offers tranquility and introspection, enhancing the experience. This temple is a haven for seekers, offering solace, guidance, and peace amidst its peaceful surroundings. A must-visit for anyone seeking divine connection and inner harmony. 🙏🌹❤️🌺🌸🕉️

Very very peaceful and less crowded with goshala.... So much positive vibes in there very beautiful sculptures and dedicated poojas , homams, prayers, people should go often and get benefitted. It can hold a huge crowd and is also very windy and spacious.

This temple is different from other traditional temples ( concept, structure, practice). Non religious people also can visit for this unique experience. Strongly recommend for religious people. Everyday they conduct Prathiyankara sarabha sulini homam from 9am to 11:15am. Daily 12 noon annadanam will be provided.

Its a beautiful temple, gives lot of positive vibes. Visiting this place gives a sense of calmness. The environment is so peaceful. It will easily take around 30 minutes to an hour for you to visit the complete temple. It’s surrounded by lots of trees ans plants which adds to the beauty of the temple. Its also has around 33 cows and you can feed them with leaves which they sell outside the temple. The temple is close to Mahalakshmi nagar bus stop. Parking lot and chappal stand is available.

Divine and highly different experience than regular Hindu temples. The statues of Gods are huge and the temple environment is itself going to give you a calm and good feel. It is located in Selaiyur Camp road but a bit interior, the roads to the temple being narrow. But the temple is huge, spacious and has a big car parking area.

  • 5/5 Kaarthi S. 1 year ago on Google
While the temple is located close to the busy Velachery -Tambaram road, one visit to the temple will take you to a different world. A calm environment with abundant positive energy will definitely rejuvenate one's soul. Has loads of space for meditation too

Very nice temple, huge idols of Lord Muruga, Shiva, Ganapathy, Hanuman, and many others. Only problem is the entry and exit from the temple is through small streets making car access difficult. During festivals this temple gets crowded, will not get parking even.

A very magnificent and wonderful temple with lot of gods in separate garba gruha. Gods include Saneeswarar, Panchamukha Vinayagar, Sarabeshvarar, Pratyangira Devi, Murugan, Chakrath Alwar and Lakshmi narasimha Swamy, Ayyappa Swamy, Siva and others. Daily homam will be performed in the temple and the place where homam will be performed is very big. Good thing about this yagasala is you can buy whatever the ingredients required for homam and offer them. They will use them as required. Also annadanam will be performed there daily. Gopuja is very special here and they will do it very good here. It may start at 7:00 am. Also annadanam will be at 12:00 pm. A wonderful temple one should visit it and get the blessings

You will get a divine and pleasent feel on visiting this ashram. Its located a bit inside from main road and if you need to reach by car, travel in the biggest street possible since all streets are narrow. But once you reach the temple premises, you have a huge parking. So many sannadhis to visit and temple authority maintains the premises clean and hygiene.

It is an outstanding temple with 5-face Anjaneya , 5-face vinayaka, Skanda,Pratyunkara devi, Bhuvaneswari mata, Sarpeshwar, Shanidev, Venkateswara with Asta Laxmi in a big hall and Ayyappan, Durga mata & a big Shiva linga plus a place for Changi ho am and Annapurna hall & Dattatraya bhagwan.
