Skin doctor Shubha is very rude and does not respect the patients. Does not listen to the patients and abruptly cuts them off from explaining the issue. Do not recommend.

Absolutely pathetic!!! Doctor consulting is okay but the staff are really bad. Their appointment system is an absolute joke!!! Every time I visit, end up waiting 2 - 3 hours despite getting a fixed appointment. Got fed up and asked them why this was happening, their answer was baffling! They said they give appointments to FIVE PEOPLE at the same time!!! Says a lot about how much they value patient's time.

Dr. Shoba needs to learn to talk people politely first! Very arrongant and cuts people off, and her medicines have not worked at all. My mother was very disappointed and regrets going there. A doctor needs to understand their patients first not to frighten them! Stop wasting your money guys!

Dharamarajan sir is very polite and he can find the cause of illness so quickly.. Not a money mind by giving prescription for costly medicines and unnecessarily tests.. In Chennai, i believe we need to pay consultation fee every time and there is no feasibility patients can get free consultations, if they visit within 15 days.... For example u have visited doctor at 10 am and paid consultant fee. On same day evening u wanted to visit doctor one more time , then u need to pay consultation fee again... This is something Chennai government has to have a look on... Not fair paying consultation fee again and again within 15 days...

Dr.Shobha the worst doctor I ever met. Such an arrogant behavior, treating patients as if she is giving any free service. I went to her for my mom skin treatment and she treated us in a way that I regretted why I had come to this clinic.

She not give us a proper reason for Pimples. She give me a Oinment, Soap, Tablet. Which I take regularly but But No improvement on face. I didn't even see a small difference in my face. Don't waste your money and time. I spend 2500 Rs for my treatment. 👎

Hi guys yesterday i visit s.b diabetes clinic with my wife this my 3th experience in that hospital.surely telling diabets doctor good patient care .but that hospital surrounding enviroment i really worst .in first reception staffs are think they are worst in customer approch.they dont no how to behave with customer .they think we are getting treatment in free of cost and second i experienced worst think ever in my life in that S.B medicals openly they are fraud people availbe in medical.wrongly tabulate issue and girl availble in counter telling they dont have any exchange policy for wronge medice issue to customer once bill generated we cant do anything.because of they insuffency i have lost 200rs for that i have waited arround 45min Dr.dhramaraj sir a small request from customer side .please change the staff or give some proper training to your staff mainly in your medical shop.if reteurnable policy not availble stick the board in front of medical shop and give some training also worst speaking attiude with customers. Openly speaking they are acting in front of you but in customer approch its worst.they dont how to call the customer also by using Mr......in all review if your studied no complient on your treatment because of your staff only your hospital name damage not only in review in public surrounding its reflect(the boy availble in medical look like customer approchable sure how doctor allowed him to work in this attitide ,style way to approch with ladies.my wife avoid to speak with him in medical looking like pulingo check and correct ) In some review i sawed customer review in 5star.i think they are medical rep to selling they tabulate they providing 5start.sure im not telling all 5start holders. If there it must be avoid.please take pure customer review and take stict action on your admin staffs.
