They have kept untrained nurse. I went for blood test and the nurse has zero knowledge to take it. But that lady injected the injection and kept trying for atleast two mins. She was inserting and taking out the injection like she was doing some lab rats. Mercilessly she kept trying. I would suggest people not go for kedar hospital.

I had a worst experience today with ent department. I took my daughter to kedar as she was having severe earache.this hospital was only approachable to me from home after 9 pm The staff told doctor will be available only after 9.30 .we paid the consultation fees and waited for him..till 10.10 neither the doctor Mr.Roy arrive nor available over phone to check how long the patients need to wait..i enquired the staff.i got clueless answers(9.30 op time or it can be 11 or 11.30 p.m)There is no meaning in waiting for such busy doctors so asked for a re fund..again with silly irete questions for a refund of 500rs need to furnish account details..i fought and got my money. I seriously want the management ,PR to look into this..u cant treat any body in pain for granted..

Today we came here to meet gastroenterologist doctor. We were waiting from 8.00pm. Even after 10.00 pm the doctor has not come. Ww were forced to leave the place without seeing him. If this situation continues, this will bring disrepute to the institution. With heavy heart I am saying this. Please maintain punctuality.

The main issue with this hospital is Punctuality. There is no guarantee that doctor would come or most of the time very late based on other hospital patients. Doctors are definitely good but hospital maintainance and Punctuality is worse. There is no proper queueing system, patients gather and try their best to go first. Also we had diagnostic results here which is very off compared to other centers. That was not one time but tried trice. I hope they would consider the patients feedback and improve the weak area.

I will not recommended this Kedar hospital, Mugalivakkam to any one. My mother has been recently hospitalized on September 9, when I saw an emergency case was awaiting outside in the auto- rickshaw and the poor lady was crying uncontrollably outside the hospital and calling the doctors/duty doctor/nurse/wardboy to check his husband. But the Sridaran doctor warned every staff in his hospital not to go outside if anybody goes then they will be fired, also he request his ambulance team also not to help her. Finally an ambulance was passing on the way, he stopped his vehicle and check his husband and said he is no more. This Kedar hospital is money minded hospital. Also I personally experience in terms of bill. If you are a insurance patient then they will charge everything double the rate. They said ICU will be 10 to 15, finally they charge me 30k for 24 hrs with the billing description is Composite Package. Please do not go to this hospital. Worst care from the whole hospital team.

They are purely money motivated people. Until or unless there is no other hospital around , you can choose it as an option to go here. They are the money sucking worms . No proper guidance for insurance climbing Post treatment. Unwanted advance amount are being paid for bed admit. Which won't be reduced at the end of total cost . Highly unorganised the lady in the cash counter is so rude treats patients like waste . She thinks she is everything and doctors don’t come on time and while patients are in queue the paediatric doc will send for review and other patients will have stand . Pls change the counter lady or adv her to change her attitude

My experience with Gastro enterologist is pathetic. Got appointment at 8:00pm. Doctor show up at 9:00 pm and I could see Doctor at 9:30 will never recommend anyone to this hospital.

Went to hospital midnight for kidney stone pain, the hole hospital is full of mosquitoes. Can’t even stand 10 sec, hand and leg full of mosquitoes blood and bites. I told doctors and nurse they where saying simply we are also facing the issues. Even ICU also same Problem. Doctors are doing and the management is worst.

This hospital resembles a refugee camp and doctor look like distributing some medicines. No token system , no serial no, not even calling customer by name first come first basis. During these difficult times due to covid19 this hospital and Dr.Sridharan doens't even observe some basic manners of social distancing rather hospital is allowing people to cramming infront of emergency room and hall way which 10x10 size which used as consulting room where min 25 people jostling arround to draw attention of doctor. Doctor even doesn't have common sense to consult patients in his consulting room and allow one by one to avoid overcrowding. Health officials should take a note of hospitals ike this which is going to super spread virus. After waiting patiently for 2 hours I cancelled my appointment and took appointment in Apollo. Since there is no provision of rating Zero and hence settled for 1. VISIT THIS HOSPITAL AT YOUR OWN RISK

This review is for hospital not for doctor. The worst hospital I have ever visited in my life. While taking the token at 5 pm they said the doctor will arrive at 6 pm but he came only at 7 pm, till then no one even bothered to provide any sort of first aid to the patient who is in severe pain with fractured bone. Especially the guy who takes x-ray, he doesn't have a basic knowledge of how to handle a patient in severe pain with fractured bone. I consulted Dr. Madhu Sridhar. He is an excellent doctor and explained issue and treatment clearly.

Staffs behaviors is very worst.one of the receptionist is saying scan Dr is on the way but already he s inside the hospital and attending patients..but that's not their mistake they also even don't know when will their Dr will appear... If there is a negative star option in review i would have given that. The poor poor Poor hospitality, OP handling nurses are too lethargic, as you can see in the below images, floor full of blood stains, full of foul odur. When we were in hospital so many complaints improper vein inject (butterfly inject), there seems to be no proper drips flow. Even for normal injection, one particular nurse (with ear full of earrings) she is too harsh, no respect. Review is not about doctors, as am not aware of them.

Dear Hospital Md, I requested to u , kindly change the your emergency general ward docotor , they are not followed the timing and your recipient don’t know how to handle to emergency case. I have visited recently for dental tooth removal treatment with Doctor Hemachandran. Doctor is so caring and taken care of my dental issues and provided exact treatment and solution. Post treatment also have given proper instructions. Thanks once again.

I am writing this review after my one time visit to hospital. I went for wrist pain and it's not severe and mild having pain while twisting the wrist. First they collect fee for the File, X-ray(no Fracture), and they given me the medicines not at cures the pain(Paracetamol, Vitamin Tablets(more costly one), hand some band).. no pain cured just waste of 2 hours and more medicines of costlier one which is not of any result.

I will give 4 or even 5 stars for Doctors and hospital. But, the way the receptionist are behaving to give token is too much. Without patient they're not giving token. Not sure how they are expecting that the patient should come to get token everytime? If they can't give token without patient they should've mentioned it in the call while enquiring for appointment that patient should come even in walk in. Waste of time.

Worst hospital ever i have visited. There doctors are not good. They will not talk politely. They just doing the job. All sisters are rude. Worst facility. Please dont go at kedar at any cost.

Please dont go to this hospital. There is no proper care. My father was admitted for a surgical procedure. After the procedure he developed symptoms of stroke and we informed the doctors. But nobody could diagnose it as stroke. They kept under observation for more than 16 hrs. Then we felt something is wrong and shifted him to another hospital. By that time he developed severe stroke. Stroke has to be treated within that golden hours, which got missed even though he was in still in a hospital but without care. So think a lot before you go here.

Not worth for the money. Charges are more than expected. They are charging like 'A' class hospitals, but standards and facilities are lower than 'C' class. Change the name to Mosquito(Kedar) hospital. Mosquitos all over the places, in Operation theatre, AC rooms, restroom, canteen, Lobby etc. Restrooms are not maintained well. No hand flush at many restrooms, if hand flush is there then water won't come properly, in some handflush is very far, so waste of having that. Rooms are very small, for that they are charging 1300 rs for Non-AC and 3500 rs for AC. Just for AC, they are charging 2200 rs extra for 1 day. Please note, you can't stay in Non-AC room for sure, even with fan you will get sweat like anything. Furthermore, AC won't work properly in some rooms, still they charge the same cost. Canteen is very small and all the items are too expensive and food quality is bad as well. Some doctors are good and patient friendly.

I've been going to Dr. Hemachandran at the Kedar dental clinic for nearly 3 years now and am very satisfied with the treatment. This was the only dental clinic in my area that was open during covid lockdown. I've had a complicated tooth extraction successfully treated here. The rates are reasonable and they don't charge me for minor issues/checkups.

I have had a few consultations with the dentist, Hemachandran. In him, I have found a very good friend and doctor quite well versed in his field and his charges are also reasonable. I strongly endorse and recommend him for his services.

Parents and grandparents have got treated and cured... Best treatments were provided.. Best hospitality was given.. Every management was explained.. Doctors are always available in case of emergency.. Can blindly trust on hospital.. Follow up the advices of doctors to get 100% expected results..

I visited the hospital, to meet the Cardiologist (Dr. Narendran) on 5-Nov-2021. I was told by receptionist to come for direct appointment and the doctor will come only by 9.15 pm, when contacted through mobile. When I reached hospital at 9.30 pm, I was told by receptionist that Doctor has told to give only 3 OP appointments and insisted to come next day. Not all patients who visit Cardiologist are with high severity, but at the same time there are chances of patients visiting hospital with high severity beyond 3 patients. I am completely disappointed with the way, patient appointments are being given in this Hospital. Hope the hospital will add sufficient doctors to treat every patient when approached for help.

I had availed services of Dentist Dr. Hemachandran for severe tooth pain. I am 76 years old with BP and sugar complaints - of moderate level increase only. Doctor provided relief in short time. He examined thoroughly entire teeth and provided optimum and effective treatment in short time with minimum pain and other inconveniences. His advice helped me as to how to avoid dental problems in future also. He is meticulous in his system of treatment, getting my feed back every now and then whether he proceeds without causing pain either during extraction or during treating the highly decayed teeth. Overall I am convinced I have selected best of Dentists. Overall he receives our views and medical doubts quite patiently and provides satisfactory answers. I am sure this would be same feelings from other of his patients.

Good for minor and medium issues. Wife was diagnosed for lepto(rat fever) which was a very good catch by doctors. Most other places would have missed it. For major and long treatment issues, would not recommend..

After a Deep searching in internet , I found this hospital for ENT. before this I have gone several hospital too. They simply prescribed some medicine with out proper diagnosis and I felt bad about doctors. Why they cannot hear our problems fully. With less hope I gone to this hospital. Dr.Rajeev Roy is the ENT specialist. I explained about my previous bad experience. He gave ear about my issues and proper diagnosis and has given 20 mins of explanation. I asked more questions, he answered all of that with patience . I felt very happy that I finally get a cause of the issue. Really thank you doctor. Very few of them like you. Please do as the same always. This is not for promoting this hospital. ENT only I had an experience.
