COVID admission going on with Best service by Dedicatied Doctors and Staff with reasonable charges

Hospital is small. But treatment is always without money minded. I like this hospital.

One of the Best hospital in Porur, Chennai. Also very much cost effective. But payment system is worst. They accept only by cash. UPI payment also available but it doesn't work.

Very good hospital . They treated me well . I suffered of severe UTI in mid night . I called them up nd came to hospital for casualty . They immediately treated me . Took care of me. I really want to thank that duty doctor.

Dr.Kirubakar seen us. He was very friendly and explain briefly to my wife. I never expect the service was these good. Staffs are friendly. Over all best hospital without money minded service. Thanks

Very very worst service I have appointment at 7:30pm with Dr. Rajeev Roy (ENT) Today I'm waiting up to 8:40pm He didn't rech hospital and no one knows what time he come then why he promised to come at 7:30 at last I left home with out seeing him very bad customer service not recommended

Worst service I have an appointment at 8.00pm with ENT doctor Today I'm reached the hospital at 7.50pm He didn't reach hospital upto 8.20pm then one person came and informed us doctor getting late due to stuck at traffic I'm waiting upto 8.55pm no one knows what time he's coming to hospital once again I'll confirm with the same person she didn't know why he coming late today, the reply she gave his doctor informed us he will be late ... If you are not interested in talking the patients at the given appointment time then don't provide the appointment we also having some other work the hospital should take responsibility regarding this issues

Worst charity hospital in porur, infrastructure was similar to GH,full of money mined,only doctor consultation was rs 100 other fees like fluids transfusion,dressing they are over charging instead of here u can go some other hospital like keder,MMS,Rakshit,ANN these are the some best hospitals suggestion for porur residential ppls there u will get a proper response from reception and good infrastructure neet and clean.but in St Joseph's hospital staff nurse act as a receptionist pharmacist, nurses in a few days they can also act as a duty doctor they ruined in such attitude, and charity has appointed few sisters as a incharge they are such a hell to the employees who working there, they are out of professional,way they communicating to professional staff nurse and doctors was totally like local ppl communication not like a proper educated and professional,she is not a right person to work as a incharge in a medical foundations.hope my feedback helps few many to get a quality treatment somewhere else.thank u for ur patience

Money minded hospital,not having proper consultant facilities there,if u go there they admit u,by the next day they refer u, instead tat u can directly to keder hospital to get a quality treatment,room charges are same as st Joseph's hospital in kedar but it was neet clean,good clear water and good ventilation and proper working AC condition,but in st Joseph's hospital rooms are like public toilets,water for bathing is totally yellow and bad smells,

This hospital deserves zero rating and I am unable to post this message without being able to select one star.. I am an NRI and had a very worst experience with these people today. Recently my Mrs got pregnant and tried booking last evening to meet Dr Rekha Kurien as my mate referred her to me. I spoke over the phone with the receptionist and enquired her if I can meet her by having an appointment. She promised I can meet her the next day at 7.30am. Today I called at 7.30 and went there and I was promised again by another staff that I can meet her and we went to hospital. My mrs told me that she was attended by one of the duty doctors and she needed to take tests and then. She can meet Dr Rekha Kurien...I collected the test results later today and enquired to book an appointment and to my surprise I was told Dr Rekha Kurien was not at all practising of late as it was COVID and that I need to be attended by some other doctors. Interestingly they have also mentioned the Dr Rekha Kuriens name on the file of my mrs. I spoke to the admin lad by name Mithun and he covered up saying Dr Rekha Kurien informed yesterday that she won’t come henceforth because of COVID and will be attended only by other doctors. This is an absolute shame given the fact they want to have big names on the fore front and have patients attended by duty doctors and may be trainee doctors....please for Gods sake do not trust this people as they are not straight forward even with the a simple doctors appointment and how the hell would they be truthful in delivering quality service....it’s life my friends and our sisters and mrs will need to have second life with these doctors...please pray and choose the right ones enquire properly and be ensured you may be cheated like me even after enquiring properly....I am on Indian anyways and it’s a shame our health care is run by these cheats...if anyone is interested to contact me on this further please do I ll be glad to share more on these cheats...take care folks. Its really good and cleaned hospital. Every facilities are available there. Medecine firat aid every thing is perfect there. If you go for medical checkup or fo treatment you will definitely fell better soon.

I feel better now. I went there for my legs problem which was burnt by hot water and I was feeling fever too so my brother Alwin suggest me to go there than I fell better and good thank you all.
