I had visited this hospital for my pregnancy. I had a worst experience in following terms. 1. Dr Divya and hospital is very commercial. They are least bothered about patient condition. 2. Always crowded and no precautionary measures taken during Covid 19 situation, however high management fee is taken as Covid maintenance. 3. More money is taken in the name of tests. Test that is done is different and charge applied was for different. I suggest you not to get stuck in treatment at this hospital. Later, u may need to spend more money for getting wrong medication get set right.

One of the worst private hospital I have ever seen. Even after taking multiple tests and scan they are not telling what causing the problem. They do not know how to give proper treatment. But charging more compare to other hospitals. Once we took test and got the scan report they are not allowing us to check with doctor to get to know more about the scan report. Instead nurses are seeing the report and giving suggestions to the patients and sending them back. Total money waste. I strongly do not recommend this hospital for womens who are coming with abdominal issues.

I wanted to give two stars because i would like to share one star for my first son 12 yrs and the second star to my second son 5 yrs. We are perfectly normal couple had to look for a decent hospital nearby to valasaravakkam and hence chose Srushti fertility center. Doctors are well approachable, Samundeshwari mam being the chief of Srushti she was available even at 2 AM, hospital rooms are spacious and decent but it is less tidy. The place is always surrounded with dust, support staffs always expects money from you for cleaning your room every time, My firstborn was sentimental to me, and that's why I had to take my wife for her second delivery to the same hospital, but the cost here for C-section is way higher than you can expect in a A class hospitals. i paid almost 1.30 Lakhs, my insurance paid them 50K straight and on top of it they asked me to pay 90K. i negotiated and finally had to pay 80K. Even after paying 80K they demanded me for 10K otherwise they were not allowing my wife in getting discharged. I had to literally yell at the billing staffs, and they will try to extract as much as money from you until you beg for a pardon. If you are a wealthy person and money and dust is not a major concern, they this is a great hospital for you and your family.

This is a good hospital with respect to the experience and the treatment. The road that leads to this hospital is very cramped with high vehicular movement. There are limited food options on this road if getting admitted there. They have food too but we need to inform earlier. The canteen jus accommodates 6-8 ppl to sit at once. With respect to cleanliness, I felt it needs a detailed cleaning inside the premises. The rooms are ok but its on the costly side. Overall, felt that the doctors takes good care of the patients.

I am expecting to start ur hospital treatment for good results . Only money minded hospital . Madam (Dr.sankari ) gave good discounts only for u (reception told every time asking for discharge in hospital). For reception staff- I am not take treatment free of cost from ur hospital check my bill . Reference wise I went to hospital some amount paid not successful finished again doctor asking amount for next operation. Still now from hospital I am not receive any call for operation.unsucessful treatment only happening more money people only positive results. Don't refer any one my kind request.

I had a positive and very great experience in Srushti. I met Dr. Divya and she is so practical, friendly and she makes sure her patients are safe in her hands. We are blessed with a baby boy few weeks ago. We opted for C section as I could not bear the labour pains but Dr. Divya kept motivating and encouraging me to go for normal delivery, at some point though I gave up she dint give up on me and today me and my baby are healthy by natural birth.

Due to baby position and heart rate fluctuations forceps were used for safety of baby which was successful because of Divya mam care nd positive mind... Thank u for the entire team... Dear all. This is a very late post, yet I wanted to share my experience with Srushti fertility center. Am married for 12 years now. My first treatment for fertility was with Chennai's leading fertility hospital. After examining they said there was a block in the right Fallopian tube, a laproscopy was done, though there was no result. Again after a year, I went to an other hospital, there too after 6 months of treatment there was no positive result. After the second time of failure, I lost hope and fixed my mind to lead a life without a child. Later after 5 years, one of my husband's friend told us about Srushti fertility center. We wanted to give a try, still had too much fear to go for the treatment as there was a long gap between my last treatment, age factor and a doubt of whether everything will go fine. However our first visit changed our mind completely and we were filled with positive energy. Dr. Samundi and Dr. Divya were so caring, the diagnosis was properly done, it was right to the aliment, no trial and error basis and treatment went well. After 4 months of medication I got conceived through IVF in the first try itself. Now we are blessed with a boy baby. I should call Samundi mam and Divya mam as my mom and sister only. Because they treat you like your family member and shows good concern about the treatment. I referred to one of friend about Srushti hospital and she too is pregnant for three months now. Am so happy to share this and grateful to all of Srushti fertility center.

I'm a person with fear for hospitals and doctors in general, so take it from me when I say that this is the best place to go because not only do they care for their patients physical health but also their mental health. Dr.Divya is a really good doctor but more than that she's an amazing person, just what I needed at the crucial time of pregnancy. I'm grateful for her and would personally recommend her to anyone who is in need of care and treatment.

One of the worst hospital we ever visited. Even if you take appointment you need to wait for a long time. Who ever know the doctors, nurses and even sweeper gets prioritised. Many staffs are money minded and day light looters.

Doctor is very kind ,caring, supportive and soft spoken. She took her time to explain everything to me and allotted plenty of time for my questions. We are so happy and grateful to their team. Srushti fertility gave us hope & the greatest gift of being parents ….we were introduced to them thru a friend in 2021after we had been trying for awhile to have a child . Dr. SSS gave us confidence right from the beginning , even tho we were older , with unexplained infertility issues . Even when an IVF failed , both Dr SSS & Dr Divya kept giving us alternate treatments , suggestions & options to facilitate having a baby , keeping our spirits up In Dec 2022 Dr SSS committed to us that we would have a baby by Christmas the following year & it happened . Today we have a healthy 5 month old baby boy delivered at age 41 thru embryo transfer from just our second IVF here …. Even tho I had a difficult pregnancy , with enforced bed rest , Srushti doctors & nursing staff went over & beyond to ensure my comfort level both at the hospital , calming my fears, giving me assurance right till the delivery . Dr. Thiru & other staff at the Kotturpuram clinic is also a ray of joy For anyone looking to have a baby with trustworthy doctors this is the place to go to. Equipped with their own scanning center which is a great relief, fully equipped hospital , pharmacy & 3 consulting centres, all facilities are easily available to patients. Doctors are caring to the extent of ensuring that cost effective treatments are done .There are no hidden charges , patient care is excellent & you can be assured that your dream of becoming parents will come true

Thanks to "Srushti Fertility Centre", they made our five years dream come true. I felt the motherhood & Positivity, from Main Entrance to the Doctor's room. Well explained & detailed explanation for everything. We started on feb-12-2020 and ended on Jun-12 -2021 with a boy baby. I want to thank each and every person in the hospital. Special mention to Dr.Samundi Sankari Mam & Dr. Divya Sivaraman Mam. for their continuous support & care till now. Another special mention to Dr.Karthik.T already taking care of my boy.

Worst to the Core Kind Advise to the couples who think to go to this Hospital, Don't go to this hospital at any cost Our Consultant was Dr.Divya Done First IVF . and Second IVF was conducted by Dr.Samundewari in (Ramapuram Branch) My wife went to this hospital and undergone two IUI and Two IVF no results. We had undergone Heavy Mental and Physical Pain which can't be explained in words only couples like us may know the pain there is no clarity/ transpiresy of how many eggs they retrieve and how many Embrioyes they maintain for each couples. even though they charge separately for maintain the Embroies. If you look at Embryologist (He look like a very local guy with no Educational background which i came to know during Second IVF only ) After first IVF Failed, they convinced us saying to give extra more care in medicine and injection to succeed in next attempt we stayed in hospital after IVF Procedure for 20 days thinking if we go to home some mishap will happen, but Second attempt was also in vain (total waste of Health,Cost,time) We can't able to meet the doctor after the second attempt was fail. They spend only 2 Mins maximum after a pressure from our side. no reason for the fail even after extra medicine and injections etc,etc First they told only 4 eggs are in good quality. which they kept 2 in first IVF & two in Second IVF. After four months of second IVF Failure, we meet Dr.Divya for general consultation, she said we have two more eggs in which we can go for one more IVF. ( like Vadivelu Joke Marupaduim Mudala iruntha) At this point only we realized, they are playing with us. so we came out with Big Good Bye to the Hospital and the Doctor. Their Only Aim is to Extract Money. form us Kind attention Couples , this is our true experience kindly think 1000 times before going to this Hospital

Don't go there for minor health issue like lactation fever and other health issues etc..they charges 500 and 200 for id purpose unnecessarily compared to other hospitals its very high and waited for an hour to meet the dr shanmundeswari for her 1 minute consultation.

My special thanks to Dr Divya and Samundi madam and special thanks to patient coordinator for the outstanding support and hospitality. We had difficulty getting treated well in Bangladesh. Everything depends on Allah and these people are doing their best to support the patient and showing the right path. Thanks to Srushti team. Doctor didn't come treat via her assistant mobile stomach pain she gives dolo650 two doses at the time.just check one upt. Thats all but bill only RS.430/- doctor doesn't come but charge RS.250/- one upt RS.170/- dolo650 RS.5*2=10/- total RS.430/- waste but stomach ache doesn't gone.if I bought this things medical total RS.70/-

Worst hospital ever!! I went there to buy MC for my sister. They made me wait for an hour. The employees are very unprofessional. I know one of the nurses they asked a personal question in front of everyone. I got mad and was about to shout at her. I hear one of the nurses mocking me. Usually I don't leave reviews but for this one I should. DO NOT VISIT THIS HOSPITAL!!!

We have no words to thank the Srushti team for helping us during difficult times. To be honest there were many options for us. But we think srushti is different in many ways. At first we thought it won't be nice bcos it was little inside. But drs are highly qualified and nurses are kind and trained. We recommend srushti.

Don't try to find the cheapest solution, instead look for the most cost effective solution. My advise to all fellow patients. We were tricked well by many hospitals before we came to meet Dr Samundi Mam. We quite lost a lot of money spending for many investigations. Since we were diagnosed to 30-30 infertility issue, we were easily convinced for IVF at other hospitals without treating our underlying issue. We underwent a surgery for fibroids and polyps which was cured well by surgery. The fees was very reasonable. We were asked to wait for 3 months and we were put on supplements. Like dr advised I was able to conceive naturally without a IVF. We spent so much money for various tests and procedures at previous clinics, but at srushti we were daignosed very appropriately and treatment was excellent. Many thanks to the entire team for taking good care of us. We are grateful.

Dr, we are writing this review after your manager called and informed us that patients who have good treatment usually don't post their feedback. We are so happy that someone called and enquired about us and requested us to post a feedback. We want to give you our honest review. Drs are simply great, nurses are good, care is excellent. We have to tell about the roads also. It was quite bad to reach the hospital. We complained about this, you should take care of the approach roads. Food can be improved. Though I mostly had home food, sometimes my mom was unable to bring food and I felt the food was quite bland. They did clean my toilets, but it can be improved. Overall I really cared your care and team. Other facilities if improved, we would give 6 stars. Happy mother now.
