It's been 3 years of healthy experience with Abinaya Gym. This gym is not like the so called flashy modern place with plastic smiles. Abinaya gym is very realistic place where we intend to go everyday with enthusiasm. Very skillfull and friendly trainers, good ambience and very reasonable annual fee. Thumbs up to Abinaya gym, Valasaravakkam.

best gym in chennai they use imported machines and there fee is so cheap and best . very friendly staffs . they provide gym cardio aerobics steam bath . i have done workouts in top gyms and i would say this gym is the best

Ac not working ,old machines and Trainers fell lazy to teach No proper music system Not up to mark

Machines very outdated and they will keep switching off the ACs to save electricity. The only persons without footwear there would be the coach...

Very Old gym in Valasaravakkam... Having more equipment's for weight losing...

The gym with all the facilities like steambath, cardio, yoga, aerobics. I recommend for the general time then ladies timing ie 9 to 4. Good gym and worst for money

i searched lots of gym in valasaravakkam but at the end i found this gym. It is so cheap and affordable . i would recommend this gym for ppl who are looking for health studio in valasaravakkam
