    Hey... If u want to lose ur weight in a healthy way...I think this is the best place...where trainers are very friendly and motivate u to do ur workouts... I am not a person who follows a thing religiously but since I started going to gym... I have never missed a day to go and my workouts... Why becoz it such a place whr u can lose ur weights and gain ur energy...coolest gym u can walk in anytime... Which is more flexible to do workouts....😊

    A best place for weight loss, body building and weight gain too. Even kids at the age of 13 or + can come here.

    Good ambience....Fully air conditioned and Equiped with new equipments ... Diet tips and workout schedules are provided.Well trained and well mannered trainers... Personal trainers with affordable pay... Seperate space for body workouts... Steam bath available....good workout spot with needed amenities....
