CCD is for good ambience the staff there forced me to order extra in a rude manner and in the 2 staff one of them who was black and short is there to ruin your experience and cheat you... Better try an other cafe with better service

Horrible experience Found a insect in my drink and the staff wasn’t apologetic at all They instead were talking around with other staff saying that insect was so small. Who would complain for this. Never come to this ccd Worst service and mannerless staff.

The view of road is good. Dessert options are great.

I went first time to CCD . I didn't get nice experience . From price point of view CCD is okay . But quality was not much good . We ordered garlic bread + cappuccino coffee . Garlic bread was okay . But coffee was worst . I am thinking there was no milk in coffee . Only used Boiled water . Place is not maintaining well. This place is okay but for new visitors not much good.

Nothing grand or special about the place. It lies opposite a medical college and it gives ab option for a quick coffee !

Not so good. Many items from menu card not available. This Might be after the death of the owner. Only good thing is you can sit there as long as you will.

Has Indian businesses ever heard of the word "ambiance"? , would it kill you to play some little soft music in the background? Good god you go in those places and you feel like you are keeping the staff from taking a nap.

CCD is really not like before , quality has reduced drastically. Food is decent but ambience isn't great and tables aren't very clean.

Food and Samosas were leaking oil ,badly cooked, cakes were dry. One piece of cake two Samosas one chocolate drink plus two normal coffee cost about 900 rupees. I felt I've been cheated.

Entrace is less visible... More of KFC look since it is ground floor... Steps ilare in the side, moreover steel steps not suitable for Kids... Limited car parking... Good for meetings spot.. hangout and chat... Not advisable for serious discussion since it is compact and crowded

Not enough fresh menu available. Prominently the snacks are stored frozen.

When I visited AC was not on. The beverage that ordered was served without the whipped cream. It was tasting awful so they made some changes which still tasted the same. I had leave without drinking it further. I didn't request for refund, but they returned the money they had charged though.

Best place for meet and eat! Quite place, you can even spend long hours, no one will question!
