    Memorial place and private property. I didn't see outside people visiting to this place, looks like entrance restricted for others.

    It's just an memorial of an rich head person lived that area and built as an iconic figure to him but don't know abt it's opening to other's visiting that place,! And not allowed for other person,,!, soo just an passerby seeing place!!!! Can be improved and made as a peaceful memorial!!!
