Temple is present within premises. Getting vegetarian food is tougher since the restaurant in upper basement is non vegetarian. Also good tea and snack shop is behind this building. But there is no mess or hotel near by the office is available. Office space, building design is good.

Tamarai Tech Park is located in Inner Ring road, Guindy and houses several offices, the main amongst them being Schneider Electric and Dow Chemicals. The tech park is having spacious outdoors with good parking facilities. The entire complex is also having generator backup for electricity. The tech park seems to be well managed judging by thr celanliness and facilities and is having a good overall workplace ambience. There is also an hdfc bank atm located inside the building itself.
