Very
bad
handling
of
consumers,
I
bought
a
TATA
Voltas
air
cooler
on
4th
October
and
when
I
reached
home
and
filled
water
it
drained
out
and
my
home
was
filled
with
water.
Next
day
I
called
Revathi
stores
customer
care
they
told
me
to
wait
till
evening
so
that
Incharge
will
come
they
didn’t
get
back,
later
next
day
when
I
called
same
answer
later
in
the
evening
they
called
me
and
told
thy
will
give
the
bushes
and
do
service.
I
told
them
I
dnt
need
this
product
please
refund
the
money
they
didn’t
agree
for
that
they
just
wanted
to
exchange
are
correct
this
defect
product
…I
never
understood
who
will
accept
the
service
after
buying
the
product
next
day.
it
is

even
after

week
I
didn’t
even
use
the
product
it
is
still
left
in
my
home…
This
was
really
a
bad
experience,
floor
incharge
told
there
is
no
hierarchy
if
I
wanted
to
meet
store
manager
for
my
concern.
I
never
seen
any
stores
saying
such
things…
I
dnt
evn
want
to
give
a
single
star
rating
they
dnt
even
deserve
that
I
am
just
giving
helplessly
without
which
I
can’t
post
my
review.
