You can get whatever you want like electronics, kitchenware, textile and readymade, silver, gold etc., you can get embroidery and aari materials also. Children's play area is so nice. My kids enjoy a lot. Spacious parking. Restrooms were neat and clean. Well maintained.

Very bad handling of consumers, I bought a TATA Voltas air cooler on 4th October and when I reached home and filled water it drained out and my home was filled with water. Next day I called Revathi stores customer care they told me to wait till evening so that Incharge will come they didn’t get back, later next day when I called same answer later in the evening they called me and told thy will give the bushes and do service. I told them I dnt need this product please refund the money they didn’t agree for that they just wanted to exchange are correct this defect product …I never understood who will accept the service after buying the product next day. it is defect I dnt want exchange they shud refund the money… this was nt even after a week I didn’t even use the product it is still left in my home… This was really a bad experience, floor incharge told there is no hierarchy if I wanted to meet store manager for my concern. I never seen any stores saying such things… I dnt evn want to give a single star rating they dnt even deserve that I am just giving helplessly without which I can’t post my review.

Revathi stores is located at Redhills. Here all the things are available under one roof. All the items are of cheap cost only. Dresses, dress materials, stationery items, provisions, etc. Everything is available. There is also kids play area in the last floor. Also there is food court too and the prices are also minimal only. The staffs here are kind to everyone. The ambience is very nice. There is a huge parking space also available. People can come out here with their family and friends for a big shopping.

A very good shopping mall in the locality. Single point destination for shopping needs. Very good stock of furniture items with reasonable price. Children playing area need to improve with more activity.

Very worst behaviour in ground floor incharge. I frequently visit the stores for all my Daily needs and festival purchase. Also my wife have gold chit account in revathi. Now I want to withdraw gold chit account and never want to visit revathi shop. I complained about floor incharge misbehaviour but there is no use. I don't know how revathi stores management will recruiting these type of people. No patience and vulgar language they are speaking with customers. Even my colleague also had Same issue with the concerned person. I'm sure revathi stores loosing the customers day by day.. unless management addresses these issues and resolve them they will loose the customers. They should remember that customer is the God.

I bought a washing machine from LG , explained well and also we paid full amount . The problem was delivery very delay from Revathi stores . Delivery Incharge confirmed me he will delivery in the morning itself but it's 4 evening but still he dint dispatch the product. Also we call him several times but no use . Very pathetic service . Let me see how long there gone take it and condition of the product.

Good place for all kinds of shopping.

That was a surprise package from this team. It was raining and there was shuttle to pick us up from parking space to shop entrance. Similar to our big annachi shops, they hav everything we need for household. Prime location at Northern part of chennai

Very very worst experience. We were purchased around 50K, but they are not ready to exchange 1 blouse. Customer are paying money, Revathi store is not giving a charity to the customer. The price also too high and costly. But easily they are playing with the customers money.

Revathi Stores @Redhills, is a middle class family shopping mall. We can get all items at one place. Jewellery, Textiles, Furniture, Groceries, Ration, Stationary, Discretionary, and a food court at the top floor. The paid play area for kids under 4 years is available on the top floor. Time will fly in the shopping mall. Good place for shopping in the middle class family budget.

Wrost experience. Ground floor incharge must be changed who is little short and grey colour. Doesn't have patience and wrost language he is speaking with customers. Anyway Long back I stopped to go revathi stores because of ground floor incharge. If I complaint also there is no use. I don't know why management doesn't bother about these... Good bye to Revathi stores. One fine day all the customers will say good bye to revathi stores and very soon shutter will be closed. If not taking serious about the customers issues....

Especially third floor doing worst services (checking and billing count). They preferred low amount purchased bill. If asked anything about this issue packing girls showing attitude and they intentionally ignore bill.

Enough two wheeler parking, but Car parking is not enough. Lift and escalater is not sufficient for festival time.

Plenty of collection and excellent service. Saving scheme is so useful for the costumer. Lowest wastage ever.

Purchased a few gold items here. Wide range of collections available even for light weight jewellery. We are awestruck at earring collections and ring collections. The gold price was little lesser than market price (40rs less when I purchased). They have few useful schemes to opt for gold savings. We got free gifts for purchasing gold. We got light weight Mogappu chain at 1.5 sovereigns which is awesome, we didn't get that anywhere else.

We can shop, eat and play. They are conducting some events outside of the Store, which is highly recommended. The cost is not much different from outside shops but everything can be purchased at one place.

The food item inventory system is not that well maintained as there are many outdated/expired products like cooking oil being found on the selfs. Also you can see the cockroaches on the selfs. It’s nice place for shopping but meantime if they take care of the grocery section and mainly the vegetables and fruits section has to be maintained well.

Good shopping mall. With every thing you wanted. Nice place for surrounding areas of bordering Andhra Pradesh and other towns in proximity. Or they have to travel in to the city of another 20km. This is a boon for surrounding area.

Very very worst support from the Ac department, most of the time they are not pick up the call and no proper response from Revathi stores employees. I buy AC on 16.1.2023 but still not 20.01.2023. The delivery distance is only 400 meters from the stores. The product has not been received from the stores. I received a defective product. Dear public, pls don't go to Revathi stores to purchase electronic devices. Very poor customer support from the Revathi store. Dear Revathi store owner, you're doing Great but you need to focus on customer service after sales. Some of the employees are worst behaviour to customers.
