Visited few months back and the food was overall okay a touch and go in my opinion,the soup which was kind of noodle broth was okay,the manchow soup was also okay,the corn 🌽cornets was amazing it wasn't spicy,it was little sweet but it was great and then the mushroom 🍄 momos 🥟 had one insect in it had to return it back and we refused to replace and then tried the szchewan fried rice and chilli paneer semi gravy both where quiet okay nothing so special just a normal item and had better these same two items in other places,had red bull with that as well,the place is okay in terms of food,but the service and staffs are quiet rude sometimes they won't listen at all whoever the guests are calling,and then the food is okay.

This is a place where you can find thai and Chinese food and the best part is this place is completely vegetarian so people who are fond of vegetarian restaurant can definitely check this out. Let's get to the food, flowerdrum has a good ambience with comfortable seating across the restaurant. This is a good place to hangout with friends and family. The quantity and quality of the food is worth the penny you pay and also please expect the quantity of food to be on the higher end as they provide a pretty good of then. They don't accept reservations on Saturday and Sunday as the restaurant will be fully packed so they provide on first come first serve basis. Overall you'll find a quality time. I tried out paneer kimchi, wonton wrapped paneer and crispy fired baby corn and sweet corn soup. Only thing I was concerned was the baby corn which was too oily apart from that the food was great.

Food was amazing and authentic !! Loved the lotus flower dish (went mainly for that only :P) Soups were also good and quantity was abundant too! The place was quite big and the only issue was the people who were around us making quite an huge amount of noise and was running the ambience :/ Also the place looks really fishy from outside bcos of poorly maintained building, but the restaurant was maintained clean and tidy. So don’t worry 😅

My first time here to a vegetarian restaurant WOW!!!! We ordered hot and spicy mushroom soup it was tooooo good Then for starter we had crispy baby corn and mushroom pepper salt , I have a very bad past history on mushroom but you guys NAILED it thank you I didn’t know mushroom can be this tasty Then main course Sichuan noodles the quantity was huge servings and taste was incredibly nice Thank you guys it was a memorable tasty evening I will definitely be back for more

Visited this amazing place with my family. They have amazing exclusive veg. chinese options. Probably the best Tom Yum soup I had of my life. Portion size, taste, ambience, service - everything is 5 star. Oriental cuisine enthusiasts should definitely visit this place.

Food was good. But, Chinese food isn't this spicy. Looks like the chef has opted for spice for Chennai people. Having tasted authentic Chinese food elsewhere, I found it quite spicy. Nevertheless, the food was tasty. We went in at the right time. It got filled up quite fast.

One of my favourite pan asian restaurants in town. Decent ambience and wide menu. I have tried few of their starters but the stuffed mushrooms and dimsums are pretty good. In the main course the flower drum special fried rice is quite amazing to the point that I order it every time I visited. The food may seem bit pricey but the quantity more that sufficient for 2 people so it balances out. Over all a good experience. Would be better if they had restrooms and was area in the restaurant but had to go to different floor for that.

Great Chinese and Thai food. Manchow fried rice was really good. It's vegetarian which is amazing because there are very few places that do Chinese and Thai without any non vegetarian options.

Food is Indo Chinese. But the taste here is so good. Anytime we go, it is full capacity. Taste is been consistent. Quantity of food is also good. Recently they’ve introduced thai food too. Food ambience cleanliness and service are all good. Can visit frequently. Family and friends friendly.

It's wonderful to see a restaurant with so many vegan options. The food tasted heavenly. It's truly refreshing to eat at an Asian restaurant that doesn't serve meat/non-veg. I hope they continue like this. Will definitely be visiting again for this very reason.

Food is good.. Need to improve the taste a lot...not feeling as Chinese cuisine. They dont have their own rest room and complex wash room was very worst. At the least they should provide finger bowl on considering the situation.

We have been standing here for more than 40 min but no one is even standing to guide or tell us how much do we have to wait. When found an empty table and asked the waiter and the cashier, they didn't bother to reply properly and walked away rudely.is this the way you guys treat your customers ??

Food taste was good , but inside resturant light should be increased as it's too low due to which u can't see properly the food as a result u may end up eating insect or mosquito. As I had experienced this with me on my last visit. A alive mosquito fell in my empty bowl & flew away. So pls increase the in resturant lights.

This Pan Asian restaurant is tucked away inside Prince Plaza. Once you enter Plaza you'll feel the smell of Madras ! Flower drum place was very aesthetic, beautiful atmosphere although their service was very very very poor. All waiters were occupied in their phone , everytime we had to call someone to order. The plates they gave me had hair 🥲 and I asked them for a different one. Sparkling Spinach - Simple yet delicious , Must try ! 4.5/5 Corn And Spinach cheese Momos- There was no cheese , just corn and spinach for this they charged 340/-🥲2/5 Their Glass noodles - Spicy to the core! Cannot even eat it ! Not recommended 1/5 We had no other way but to buy a drink since it was very spicy. We opted for Lemon Mojito, was refreshing 4/5.

Been there a couple of times with friends and family. Everyone liked the food. Loved the honey chilli potatoes, noodles, soup. Quantity is a lot 💯 so anyordered dish can be shared and fill you up. The atmosphere is on the darker side but I dig it because you don't get to see a lot of pure-veg Chinese restaurants, glad I came across this restaurant while living in Chennai.

Staff was arrogant right from the start. We asked if a table was empty for 5 people. They replied no its full. At a quick glance i could see 3 tables empty. We asked further he said its full and no service, its closed you can leave. So yeah we had to leave. Very disappointed about it. The thing is they serve good food and people love coming for it every now and then. But now they have just lost respect for their customers they just behave as if you are there for free food. And it has happened to many others.

I had visited their Egmore outlet in Prince Plaza and found it extraordinary in taste, service, courtesy and ambience. But when I see their menu list in KK nagar outlet I am scared because mostly I see Thai varieties. I like Chinese which I enjoyed in Egmore outlet but not sure whether k k nagar has only Thai varieties which I don't nourish. I was told that their Adyar outlet too is splendid in every aspect.

The cost is bit high but the quality and quantity of the food item is worth it. Each dish will cost you 330 on an average. This restaurant is situated in prince complex which is situated in a busy area hence for parking it will be difficult for you if you come in car. The price is affordable mostly but a little expensive in some cases such as momos. They have noodles for everyone from spicy-philes to mild-mealers. The quantity of food is also very large in the ratio of money paid and the service is medium-paced. This is a must try restaurant.

Bad experience I ordered for thai curry but the rice came with hair and later ordered chow mien noodles but the plate was having mosquitos upon asking the staff why is that so he replied that now they have put the spray for mosquito replant . I asked the number for the owner and the Cashier guy is started to argue . The standard of the restaurant has come down. It’s like opening new place is great thing but to maintain the old ones which gave you the base and brand.
