A good moderate vegetarian eat-out at CV Koil Street, Valasaravakkam. Serves traditional Brahmin sweet snacks. Good taste and moderately priced. They also accept bulk orders for functions.

Fine hotel. But I don't understand why do they load/stuff 'Upma' in Pesarettu? Nicely chopped onions, scrapped ginger, small pieces of green chillies would be sufficient and they are good on your stomach! I felt uneasy with too much carbs!!

I visit this place frequently for their delicious snacks. Homely food, prepared I’m authentic Brahmin taste. Value for money. Bajji Bonda, kozhukkattai and the variety rice items are very tasty and cheap. Their Rasam Sadam and Vattha kulambu sadam are classic. Don’t miss the Pori Vilanga Urundai.

Awesome place for traditional authentic cheapest South india lunch. Fixed price, Fixed menu is a bonus. Definitely a must visit place if you are around. One point is they can only serve 16 persons at a time. So plan accordingly.

The snacks may be good, but i will not recommend anyone buying sweets here, Bought Badam halwa along with other sweets and it was the worst had to throw it away as it smelt like an old can of spoiled GHEE. The other sweets were at-least edible but not tasty.
