” We travel not to escape life but for life not to escape us” When ever we plan up a trip the first thing which hit our head would be which resort to book, For those people who are coming to chennai and those who are planning to book a resort to hang out with friends within chennai. ” Green meadows” is a wonderful place to hang out with booze up party’s and dinner. Grass hopper is located inside the green meadows. Coming to the ambiance: They have quite decent ambiance, which will give you a better feel and they have a very cool bartender, they are skilled, they can entertain you while preparing the drink. coming to the food and drinks: we went here to have the sunday brunch, they charge 1499 + with unlimited cocktails (Domestic drinks) and food. They do have a huge spread in their buffet, they have from kal dosa to appam to biriyani to desserts. its surely worth the price tag which we are paying. I highly recommend this place if you are a hardcore drinker, been alcohol served unlimited you can really enjoy this place. What to order in cocktails ? Preying Mantis: This one is the best among all the cocktails, been served with gin,lime juice, basil leaf and cucumber it act as a perfect refreshing drink, they even added nanari syrup to it . which gave me a feel of having a nanari jucie. Still its made me HIGH Long Island Tea LIT: LIT is always my favorite even though it gives me a hangover, this one is the bomb for sure, if you want to try all the crazy drinks in one shot just go for it, but i felt it was little concentrated would have been better if it was little mild. Citrus Fly: This one is the orange juice mixed with vodka, vodka went so well with orange juice. its wasnt it much concentrated, they have mixed up the drink pretty well. If you don’t mind shedding some more money you can even go for some imported drinks like corona beers tequila shots and jager bomb. Coming to the food : Panner Tikka: They have marinated the panner well, i seriously loved the masala, its was mild and delicious. only drop down was the panner, texture of the panner was bit hard would have been better if it was soft and fluffy. Chicken Wings: Chicken wing were too good, you can enjoy your drink with it, its was bit spicy and hot. chicken was so tender and juicy, it was perfect. Biriyani and Gravy: Tandoori biriyani: Biriyani was so rich and flavourful, aroma was excellent it just made me drool. tandoori was so tender it went so well with biriyani They even have kallapam, syrian beef, fish curry and chicken curry for the main course, they have live counter for preparing the kallapam. kal Appam went so well with chicken curry comparing it to the fish curry. chicken curry was bit spicy it was much suitable for appam. Desserts: All of their desserts are pretty decent with the taste, i personally loved their carrot halwa and gulab jamun. Coming to the brownie, this the best among all the brownie i have tired till date, its was so fresh and soft. wow its was soooooooooooooo sooooooo good. Surely a nectarous Brownie for sure. With overall i can rate them 4/5.

To start with the place, it is located in a resort and not much people around. You can have a quite and calm time. The ambience was good, they had both indoor and outdoor seating. The bartender was really talented and knew what he was doing. The staffs were amazingly friendly. It didn’t have the feel of a bar as it was located inside the resort. They have a good parking place. The one drawback was the way to the resort is through a couple of small streets and it didn’t look very safe during late hours. There was good music.

One of the local watering holes on ECR and OMR. Food is simply amazing. Puzzas line up is tasty n healthy. Service is great. Live band on Fridays is rock'king. The place is just darn convenient is all I got to say albeit bein tucked away.

Worst experience. It's more like a bar not a good place to visit with friends and the manager is worst, his face just turns off if you are a Zomato gold customer and he won't be interested in serving you. And the way he behaves is Soo cheap

A good pub in Chennai. Has a nice feel to it. Went there on a weekday with company colleagues. No dress code so it was good. Good options for food and drinks.

Nice place with amenities such as pool table and food is nice here. Only drawback is lack of free starters. The AC is a little less effective on a hot day, natural lighting is aplenty which is less observed in most of such places. I will definitely visit again and again and again...

This place has gone downhill this last year. This used to be aplace to take people, have great dates, get together for happy hour and watch sports. They have taken out all of the TVs, won't put the air conditioning up, have no drink specials, and have misled on the menu. I've just been charged 58% vat for a vodka drink. Its listed right next to eristoff. Import and export is not differentiated on the menu. Beware- they won't tell you. This is sad because it used to be a place i would come every week. I will never come again and tell my expat friends the same.

They informed there is no table snacks. But they gave peanut to next table. When I asked them they said we are out of stock.

We went there with a lot of hopes that it will have a sea view but it doesn't have anything of that sort. Also most of the items aren't available. We asked them to play some Hindi music he told us "Hindi toh nahin chalega" then we asked him to play English songs then he says we don't have an aux cable. Then in their outdoor area songs were being played so we shifted there but that also got switched off in like 10 mins. Also there 2-3 big cats roaming there. We ordered chicken wings and that was bad AF. We couldn't even eat that. Altogether it was a worst experience.
