We planned to have Mutton Mandi after watching film from koyambedu, so when we Googled which one is the best Mandi near by. There comes palmshore restaurant koyambedu. So we heads to That Restuaran, from there we cames to know that they are the famous food chain group in Chennai ✨😍 We reached , good placez parking was available, as well as wallet parking Good ambience, with warm music. The captain came for order taking. Ordered for mutton Mandi small two portions. With in 10 minutes order was on our table, wow great service speed 😍 And the way they serve is really impressive and i like the bowl which they are servicing. Rice was more than enough for one person, and mutton was really soft and could chew very easily, well cooked and rice was really nice And finally ended with an orange 🍊 juice 💯✨✨ If you want to have best Mandi , definitely you can visit this branch. Good service, good hygiene. And restaurant was clean, washroom was dry and pleasent smell was maintained Thankyou 💯 5/5

I highly recommend palmshore restaurant for its exceptional service and delicious food. It's a place where you can enjoy a wonderful dining experience, with a service team that truly knows how to make you feel special. While the food was very good, there is a slight room for improvement to reach the level of perfection. Nevertheless, I left the restaurant with a smile on my face, and I will definitely be returning.

The food was top notch. Ordered a platter and enjoyed it. Fish in it was so good. Ended the whole evening with a sizzling hot brownie icecream. We were the last one to leave the place. The staffs were polite . Restaurant had Valet parking. So no need to worry about where to park in a hectic traffic zone.

I visited here after hearing from my partner that the food and service here was really good during their previous team lunch. But to her's and my surprise their treatment was very poor and was extremely lethargic. There was a guy with tattoos on his fingers, who never cared to ask us for our door, we kept track of the time, it took a 15 mins of staring at him to get his attention. I've visited here for the second time despite their poor service during our previous dining, as she craved for their Mandi Briyani; which has gotten over as we arrived, we won't blame them, It was around 10:30, so, we switched to Manchow Fried rice and Shawarma... Again Shawarma was not available... So, we settled just for a plate of Manchow Chicken Fried Rice... I asked for some mayonnaise to taste it as my partner mentioned that the mayonnaise they serve was top notch; When I gently requested for the mayonnaise, the guy named Umesh/Umang, started checking our plates out and questioned us that, "What's the mayonnaise is for? You seemed to not have bought any chicken?" I politely asked him that I just wanted a little to taste it... That guy Umang/Umesh, sarcastically asked the waiter to serve us with a "Little mayonnaise" while emphasizing the word "Little". His sarcastic and judgemental approach made us really sad. I told that guy that we actually wanted their signature Bbw Mandi Briyani but unfortunately we weren't able to get it then... For that he replied that "You must have called and booked for it earlier, if you could have done that, we would have kept a little mandi briyani aside for you" His words did not sound and felt to be considered as an okayish or proper way of communicating with a restaurant's customers. .. Followed by that, again the waiter/order taker guy continued to ignore us, he was looking to his phone and walked here and there... abruptly failed to notice and ask us if we needed anything... All we wanted us was to pay the bill and get the hell outta there... He didn't come to us... Until we all walked to the bill counter, and paid for the order ourselves.... The bill was found to be rounded off with +₹0.50 and as a total it was ₹242. I only paid ₹241.50 as I was paying through UPI and there was no need to add the + ₹0.50 they could have put - ₹0.50. We walked out the restaurant swearing to ourselves that we'd never return to this branch as a customer.... That thin guy who was a waiter/supervisor and the manager Umang/Umesh need there attitude corrected! His approach and the way he handled us was so poor and it made sure of one thing that we will never return here as a customer. "Terrible customer experience with good food means nothing!" Our experience reminded me of a poem in tamil, சங்க இலக்கியம் விவேக சிந்தாமணி! "ஒப்புடன் முகம் மலர்ந்தே உபசரித்து உண்மை பேசி உப்பிலாக் கூழ் இட்டாலும் உண்பதே அமிர்தம் ஆகும் முப்பழ மொடு பால் அன்னம் முகம் கடுத்து இடுவாராயின் கப்பிய பசியினோடு கடும்பசி ஆகும் தானே."

We went as a family of 4 and had most of the sea food they had to offer. The staffs are very friendly and the place is super clean and hygienic. We had lobster, sea bass, tiger prawns, chicken, squid and lamb chops. We loved everything. They cool everything as asked with very good flavours. And finally we had brownie and coconut pudding which was the best finisher. Only issue is with the parking as it can only hold like 5 cars and the rest had to park on the side of the road which is not a big deal. Over all, if any sea food lovers who wanted to have a blast, go for it.

Palmshore is a beautiful and comfortable Family Restaurant. *4 family members went for dinner. *wallet parking available. *Comfortable seating. *Kids friendly. *Tasty and Yummy food. *Food quality and quantity very good. *Staffs and we'll behaved and humble. Over all we had a nice time.

Good place to have Arabian styles especially barbecue, mandi. Maintenance was good, seating are very less , waiting time is more Esp in week ends. We came early so no need to wait. Good taste pepper chicken barbecue was good. Biriyani was OK. In desserts tried Sizzling brownie , it was tasty. Car parking is not available so have to keep on road side

Pulpy grape was too good. Virgin mojito was super suttler. Almond chicken sizzler was so filling and served hot to experience the complete taste . Special chicken biriyani can be bit spicier . Aatukkkal soup was also great 👍🏻 Overall a 4/5 experience ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

One of the best restaurants in and around Chennai. Food, ambience and service were all good. We tried a chicken platter which was more than enough for 5 people. And their aatukal soup and fish finger was top notch. Briyani was fine and desserts were also ok. Finally ended with their complimentary sulaimani tea. A must try place.

Good ambience and also the taste of the foods are decent. The customer service also very good. In weekends sometimes we need to wait for getting seats. Recommended place to hangout with family and with friends as well. They are having a small parking area in front of the shop. They are accepting UPI, card and cash payments.

Food quality and quantity is way awesome than other restaurants and the ambient of the restaurant really amazing. It’s suitably for family. Dishes are quite cost of fortune but it’s worth to spend money on the food. I never recommend to you eat main dishes.

All dishes are costly and taste a little higher salty. But the service is good. Rich look in the atmosphere.

Starters are authentic taste especially fish finger is really good in quality and quantity but when we came to main dish the taste is not much appreciated

We group of 20 people went here for lunch. This group had vegetarian people as well. We had mushroom fry, crispy corn as appetizers which was super oily and too much salt in it. The portion size didn't even fit 3 people. So we had to reorder it. Coming to the mains kadai paneer- toooo salty (which was replaced by no salt gravy) , veg kadai(I was too scared to try) , mushroom gravy(okayish) , butter naan, parotta, mushroom fried rice(too salty) And the service here is not that great as well. 😕

Lovely place for a family/friend group dinner. The menu is perfect with a variety of Arabian and Indian menu. Yemanian Mandi is looks amazing and tastes Flavourful! Service was quick and helpful. The place is a bit small with tables for a lot of groups. Might get crowded and loud. But that's kind of makes it lovely.

Superb ambiance. Maintaining neat and clean. Good service provided but waiting time is little high. If you are too hungry, try Mtn & Chkn Biryani coz served soon. Must try black pepper BBQ and Mutton biryani. Visited more than 10 times. Such a best place for families up to 10 persons. Overall giving 5 star rating.

The restaurant is located near Mogappair… they have valet parking so no issues about that There is sufficient seating spaces and the waiters r friendly n professional The hummus was amazing in taste and so was the soup We ordered bbq chicken which was spoilt and was smelling very very bad.. we told the waiter and immediately he removed it without qstns being asked which only told us that this happens more often than we think and they replaced it with another plate but we couldn’t get the smell off our fingers… We also got a complimentary soda Overall the quality needs to improve… what about ppl who can’t smell they would’ve ended up eating the chicken

Food taste good, service was also good. Atmosphere was totally crowded and since the service person handling many customers at a time, it takes time to give preference to everyone at a time. Find it pricey.

Great food. Always a fan of palmshore. Customer service was good. Special mention 'Atul' who was very friendly and did a great service. Goli soda was good compared to other restaurants. Lemon tea is bliss!!
