Tanishq has a huge collection of unique designs.Marriage collections are really superb. They are maintaining transparency in weighing,billing and even exchange of old gold (melting) Staff are very cordial to the customers especially ms. As a customer who has been purchasing from tanishq since 2008, I am disappointed to say that my experience here in the Anna Nagar showroom has been worse than ever. The staff, instead of attending to the waiting members were busy running around instead giving privilege to others. We were rudely told that there was a shortage of staff and that they couldn't do anything for us. After 30 minutes of waiting, finally did we get a staff to attend to us. The management was all over the place. If this continues, I'm afraid it wouldn't take long before they lose all their customers. We came to the showroom after hearing about its inauguration from their invitation mail but the way we were treated there as a total downer. This is truly my worst experience here in Chennai. If the mangement is looking at this they sincerely have to work towards customer satisfaction.

Very good customer service by Miss Shuba who was very patient and friendly while assisting us with our purchase. Mr.Raghu the goldsmith was also friendly. I had to repair my gold earrings and he helped with that on my request.

Had a worst experience went to purchase a chain and pendant but no one was interested in showing them.. they asked me to wait for sometime. After me a couple came and they were welcoming and started showing there collections I was waiting for more than 20 mins but no response.. I got fed up and started walking out there were two girls simply chatting among themselves. Take some time to show ur collections to female customer who comes alone to buy there own jewelry.. No good Hospitality. Even they don't offer water. If customer is standing in front of them, they won't arrange chairs too. Hospitality wise Big zero. There is no complimentary even though we buy good amount of gold or silver. They are always stick with the prices and no discounts. GRT and Malabar is far better compared to Tanishq Anna nagar

The most pathetic sales experience I've ever witnessed in Chennai. Made me loose my trust and interest in tata gold products. The sales executives don't give a damn about whether you want to buy anything or not. They just don't care. I was made to visit them to place an order for two rings. Mr. Dhivakar , the sales executive literally took me for a ride promising 10% discount on making charge, then moved it 8%, made me drive 25kms on the 10th of November to place the order. He did not process the order on Friday citing some issue and promised a call back which I never got back. When I called today they said it's 5%. This attitude and continuous change is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. Never will I ever visit them or recommend them to anyone.

In order to avoid giving me the points accumulated, the sales person told me some spelling error in the data in the system, if that is the case how come my old bills have correct name. Then he stored my details with some change in pincode. No transparency with the customers on the hidden charges unless we ask them.. They charge 8% as dye charges other than the GST for a 22ct coin which is 4-5 times higher than the market price.

It is better to fix the appointment prior before visiting since they do not allow more than 12 customers at a time. Collections are ok & staff people are very supportive. But processing takes more time. We entered by 7.30pm and selection completed by 8.30pm but billing & payment completed by 10.30pm Even a cup of coffee also not provided. With full of hungry we came out. When enquired we were told that coffee service closed by 7.30pm. When we are purchasing for lacs It is not fair to make us to suffer. Take care please
