Casey did my makeup today and I highly recommend her services. Not only did My makeup come out gorgeous, she was very knowledgeable and shared many tips and took the time to teach me about the products she used on me today. The staff all around was so positive and lovely. I Can’t wait to return to the store with my daughter for more services and excellent products. Great service and staff! Thank you again.

Came in today and an older woman began checking me out, scanned my purchase then told the girl behind me she can start checking her out on the second till;FYI it wasn't that busy, only 2 ppl behind me and I ran in for a quick purchase. I scanned my phone to pay and stood there waiting for her...a few minutes go by and my payment times out since she's still checking out the girl that was behind me. Another few minutes go by and finally another cashier comes up to finalize my purchase and was super confused....i explained that the other women started checking me out but then started checking out the girl behind me...Everything was timed out at this point so she had to start all over. No apology whatsoever, just a super rude cashier

Worst customer service. Went in today for an online order pickup and had 2 employees walk by me before I had to ask someone for help. I’ll just get things shipped to me from now on. Yes they were busy but there was 3 employees upfront talking to each other when I walked in. Wasn’t even greeted. Ulta has better customer service. 0 stars.

Just walked out of the store extremely disappointed and annoyed. Went in there very hopeful to find someone to help me find a foundation color match because I have a difficult time doing it myself. No one helped me initially, there were staff at the counter who were just talking amongst themselves and the one lady I approached straight up told me she wo the be able to help me cause all the counters were full. I had to stop her and tell her that it’s okay and I would be happy if she would help me just ballparksome options, she just said I have a different skin color to match and I won’t find my color if im not willing to spend money on a luxury brand. She looked like she wanted to walk away every second. I felt very hurtful and walked straight out of the store. Won’t ever come here again.

Overall a decent place; never had the customer service or variety I was expecting with the cologne.

Had an amazing time in there. The lady who helped my mom and I, she was so informative and sweet and helpful. Definitely would love to see her more often. We really appreciated her

The cashier was extremely pushy and rude, I bought a small product that was still remarkably expensive for its size, and she acted annoyed and kept trying to push me to buy more after I said no three different times. It was my birthday month and I told her and she said they were all out birthday gifts and said I should order online instead. I saw her roll her eyes after I declined buying more products numerous times. I was given 250 points instead of the gift which I was fine with, but her attitude and pushiness was extremely frustrating. She didn’t address me or my friend at the register, just asked if that was “really all that I was buying?”

I walked into Sephora to find a new foundation. Found myself in the perfume section; but, was instantly greeted by Danielle. She asked me what I was looking for; and, I went over my skin concerns with her. She then passed the torch to Bri who then, expertly, matched my skin tone. I further discussed with Bri what I was looking for in a foundation; and, what I didn’t like about my other foundation. She had the perfect suggestion for my skin type, personal concerns, & skin tone. Also… Talk about teamwork & excellent customer service. Bri & Danielle worked hand in hand to give me exactly what I wanted. Bri then suggested other new products for me to check out & hooked it up on the samples. It was nice to have a consultation; and, super cool to see all the technological advances Sephora has these days. Thank you ladies! Also… I highly recommend going to Bri for any skincare needs. She was amazing : )

What kind of store refuses to make a sample for a $300 perfume? Went to the Tom Ford counter in Nordstrom and was taken care of. The customer service is horrid. I refuse to go back into this location unless I can’t wait for 5-7 day shipping.

Just went in for my complementary birthday gift. The counter girl was very polite. This is a fabulous place to get your skin care, makeup etc..

Free bday gifts and magnetic eyelashes. Working nearby is also convenient. 😁🎁 💗

Christina knew how to find the colognes for me and she is good spirited. Knowledgeable about which fragrance smells like what and where it is located in the store. Christina is good at multitasking and looks directly at us. She offers alternatives and will save you money. The store is clean and smells nice and is stocked and organized.

For such a nice and large mall, I’d expect a bigger presence from this store. Stock issues are frequent for some of the things I want but in general, the people are very helpful and super nice!

The people are great and knowledgeable in particular kyron and havi are awsome and they knew exactly what I needed for my oily skin

Christina at Riverpark Square is amazingly helpful. She was friendly and made me feel it was okay to ask questions regarding my changing skin. Will return soon.

Worst customer service, this is not typical for Sephora! I've been in 3 times in about 10 days and the woman with the moon boot on is one of the rudest ppl I have ever encountered in a Sephora. Unfriendly does not even come close to her attitude. She makes me not want to support Sephora at all. I have yet to encounter one nice/friendly associate at this location, and I've been going for over 3 yrs! If I have to get something it will be purchased online from now on. All of the employees have ruined in-store shopping for me!

I wish I could give this place zero stars. My fiancé and I were in this afternoon and we were treated like we were going to steal. I may have not been dressed to impress (leggings and a tee) but I was shopping for wedding makeup. An older woman kept following us around and watching us and followed us out. I paid and have a ton of points and I knew what I was looking for. The way they were watching me made me feel so uncomfortable.
