I had my first time visit a couple days ago. Everyone from the front desk personnel to the lab tech to the OD were knowledgeable, friendly, and thorough. I was pleasantly surprised. I would highly recommend Alpine Vision to anyone

The employees and optometrists doctor were professional and polite it was smooth sailing with exam and picking frame out after the exam the employee was experienced I appreciate her help.

Excellent medical manners(bedside) as well as a fairly comprehensive selection of eyeglasses to chose from. Decent prices as well, they seemed to be similar to other places I've shopped but offer a 40%discount if you buy a second pair. Happy with the service and products.

Dr. Zolman is a very kind and caring person. I have used Alpine Vision center for several years. I would highly recommend her.

Alesia colon was the best damn representative at alpine vision center. She was very knowledgeable, accommodating to my needs and was able to work with me through my experience. I definitely recommend working with Alesia, as I will be a returning customer!

I believe it has been 5 years since I started seeing Dr. Zollman (I hope I spelled it right). She is so kind and listens. The girls there always take their time and answer all my questions. I feel like they do go the extra mile. I 100% recommend Alpine Vision. Kimber was patient and helped me relax when I decided to try contacts, even though I hate things in my eyes. You can't go wrong; they take great care of their patients.

Nathan Wilson is a great optometrist. I had a great time during my eye appointment. Alpine isn't my normal eye care specialist but they will be from now on!

The vision screening and eye health tests were thorough, the staff was friendly and knowledgeable, comfortable atmosphere, excellent selection of the newest and most fashionable frames on the market. They took the time to go over my insurance, lens options and considered my budget.

Dr Z is great. She answered several questions and concerns I had with surgery that was recommended by another eye clinic. the receptionist and rest of the crew are friendly and proficient. Sylvia that sold glasses new the products well and offered competitive pricing. Great option for eye care in the Valley.

They fit my daughter and I in early. They were so friendly and accommodating. I had the female Dr. And she was amazing. I could go on and on! We have found our forever home with Alpine Vision.

Do not recommend. Billed my medical insurance using several ophthalmologist codes, even though Dr Woodward is an optometrist. I told them they needed to bill VSP, not my medical insurance. They disagree and say that is not how they do things. I got my medical insurance company on the phone with them and the medical insurance representative said they should bill VSP first, but they repeated "that is not how we do things". I had just been to an ophthalmologist 2 months ago so didn't need anything medical, I needed a vision exam and check the prescription for my glasses. If I need something medical with my eyes I will see an ophthalmologist not an optometrist. I see other reviews where it appears they had the same issue. I won't be returning here and told my wife about the experience and she won't be using their services either. I'll need to file a complaint with the Idaho attorney general.

Dr Zollman and her staff are incredible. I was put on a cancellation list as a new patient, with a scheduled appointment out one month, and I ended up being seen the same day I called in. They made time at the end of their day, but I received a thorough assessment and the best eye care to date. Dr Zollman addressed every concern I had. I usually leave medical appointments feeling confused, frustrated, and with the assumption that most providers do not really know what they’re doing, but this time was so different. Looking forward to better vision and my next eye appointment!

I've been going to Alpine Vision for 3 maybe 4 years in Lewiston, ID and they take such good care of me and after encouraging me to add an additional test to my regular visit and a serious disease was caught, which literally saved my sight! They are accommodating, kind and efficient! I highly recommend them!

They used the wrong billing code. Coded as "medical" rather than my yearly vision exam-- because a freckle was found in my eye (which I was already aware of from last year's exam). Even so, a "freckle" should not be categorized as something medical-- especially when it poses no immediate health risk. Insurance will not cover my appointment now. I will take this review down when the issue is resolved. I'd recommend Bryden Family Vision. (where I went previously). I just wish they had weekend appointments available.
