Very worst community in GST road. If you are looking for rented apartment i would say NO to this due to below points. 1. Security people treat you like they are the owners. If you bring any of your friends or relatives they will ask 100 questions and sometime they blame you directly saying 'We know what you people wil do full night' . 2. If you take these things to Association which is majorly of brainless people they wont consider this at all. 3. They have different entrance for Owners and Rented people in each blck. Owners can bring any guest without providing any details since they have acess card but tenant has to go only via security approval. 4. They dont even have proper guest parking. For 2 blocks one shared parking so you if there 2 are more cars coming you wil have head ache. 5. Every rainy season this apartment will get affected with flood. Due to Last Dec 2021 rain the compound wall had fallen down for almost 15 feet and there is a canal runing next to the aparmnt compound wal. So final words. If you wish to live with peace of mind also with self respect Better Not to Choose this place.

Not a gated community as we may think by it's security arrangements. No free access to terrace, stairs after 10pm. That canal near cause heavy mosquitoes all over even in the day time. Twice experienced water flow through these apartments in 2015.

Outward ambience is good. But we are deprived of basic rights in the name of safety. no free access to common areas like terrace, staircase and open areas. lifts are kept off during night. exit gates are always closed. we have to make a lot of requisitions for everything. we feel we are in chains. We feel sorry for our hastey investment

or tenants, even if have to stay there for free, better avoid. There is no problem with owners but with security who behave like jail guards and people who are aged more than 60 years in the association think tenants are beggars and untouchable. This project is next to a sewer line where this is the reason for tons of mosquitoes in this society.

Prime location. Spacious. Construction is very poor particularly A block.

On the main GST Road, with a lot of open space for its residents.
