Don't expect famous ITC Hotel's pampering in this place. It is a franchise entity of ITC Welcome Group, mainly catering the mid level Business customers. Hotel is located on highway with no worthwhile places of indulgence near by. Just by the side of it's Main Gate, big open drain is flowing. However, inside landscaping has been carried out upto the extent possible. Any Mall or place of tourism interest is quite far from this place. As far as service is concerned, you may have to ask/remind housekeeping few a time and they will happily oblige. In a nutshell, quite a homely environment as far as service is concerned. Rest, rooms are with all the standard amenities what you can expect from similar style rooms of other standard hotels. Although, one thing which is glaringly missing is that they don't offer room with Bath-tub for even their 'Club-class' rooms also. Nothing to mention specially about its food; its plainly of average standard. Location of it is a bit far from main city.

This probably is the worst ITC hotel in the country. Location is poor so they will never have a good occupancy. Ideally that should have made the staff hungry for more business. Thankfully we did not stay and had only lunch. No one to remove used plates, you have ask for glasses and water, no one to check and serve on one s own , there were no dessert spoons but wooden spoons , probably so apt ! Food was decent and proved reasonably , only silver lining ! Sad show ITC …

I had a stay for a day, i was there for an office work. This is my first experience at ITC chain. It was fabulous. Their hospitality and gestures were so good. Since the hotel has been restarted after pandemic, it is undergoing few upgrades. Looking forward to stay in the upgraded WELCOMHOTEL. Mr. Ricky and his crew is amazing ! Keep going with same tendency guys ! Thanks a lottttttttttttttt.

Rooms are ok even if missing hand towels and if you are in the wrong side there is a lot of noise outside due to fireworks every night till late hours. Restaurant service is quite slow, the food itself is ok even if in the evening there isn't much choice, or better to say only Indian food, not international one: the way how they cut and prepare chicken makes it not eatable as there are bones everywhere.

Room is good . even space is also too good . But problem is that they don't provide food . Customer support is good . Cleaning is good . Sometimes ac not working and some time they don't provide soap and Oyo shampoo . After reading this review you will do some good work .

The severer Seema she is very nice. But the front-desk service needs to be more trained. We have to wait every time in every thing, and every time the wait takes more than an hour or even a month. For example, if we want to reserve a hotel car, the front desk inform us only needs to wait for 5 minutes, but I can wait for more than an hour. During the process, the front desk does not continuously inform us when the hotel car will arrive.😡

I lived here for almost 3 weeks. As far as hygiene is concerned, it’s ok the way they follow. What’s needed to improve is the quality of the food getting served. But, as there was no other option available I gave to this. The good part is the GYM, they have got a pretty good Gym instructor, he enlightened me about certain facts which I was not aware of. If someone wants to explore South Indian food items, A2B is next door.

If you are going to die in extreme weather in Chennai, still don’t Check in this property. Worst service in the world, consistently dissatisfied since years, but was compromising and always gave feedback so as they could improve. This place is so low that there is no low than this.

The best in this hotel is the kindest of all personnel, from reception, waiters, housekeeping make the visit to feel the warm of the India people. I want to make an special acknowledgment to Chinmoy and Steela from the Sky Terrace who all the time receive me very nice and memorized what I want for drinks, and every food recommendations has been magnificent. Great experience at Welcomhotel!. Staffs were very cordial and helpful. Rooms are pretty big and decent. They maintained the rooms neat/clean. On the dining, spread is cool, and i like the staff behavior and they way the treat you all the time.. thanks to all, especially Seema and she makes sure that everything goes fine with us..

Incredibly luxurious hotel. The room and property was beautiful, especially the rooftop pool and the huge bathroom in our suite. In the hotel we dined at had the degustation menu which was phenomenal. But our highlight was our meal - the staff particularly made our meal over the top with their genuine and intimate hospitality. This is the best we’ve tasted in India. A must to stay here if you are here or at least dine here.

Worst ITC experience of my life. Lifetime regret to book it. No bottled water. Pathetic service and response. Arguments by staff and what not. Took 30 mins to share the menu then half an hour for beverages that too wrong and incomplete order. U can bang your head to walls but noone would bother rather they argue

Went to restaurant for lunch. It's worth for the money. Dishes were delicious, service was excellent and ambience was good with clean environment. Surprisingly valet parking was not available but that shouldn't be a problem. Located close to Mahindra city. Recommended for food!

I stayed here with family, the Gnanedra Reddy is the very humble person ,I have problem on check in , just he came and he made my stay very comfort ,he waited at night at 1 , he his very polite & his response to guests is very nice he is asset to itc group , the breakfast was excellent, the team of Reddy was very nice ,expecially rahul he is treating with kids & service is very good , kudos to reddy

We wanted to have a memorable evening on our daughter's first wedding anniversary, our evening was totally spoiled, very very unfriendly and unpolite staff, the food menu was very limited rather we will say was very normal for a Hotel of this standards, coffee machine was not working, had to wait for a long time to get a coffee and to our surprise we were charged for it, coming back wrote to the customer relations but no response even after 15 days, will not be visiting again ever or recommend anyone

Good and hygienic Rooms. But, food quality and service at restaurant is very bad. Morning breakfast was very bad. Idli was made from stale batter and smelled bad. Dinner was stale and no more hot. Service was very bad. Even water glass, spoon, knife etc nothing was on table. And they were taken 10-15 minutes to provide the same. Overall very bad experience.

I stayed at this place earlier and found it really good so booked a second stay post pandemic. There is a decline in experience due to following Delay in answering to house keeping requests. No dental and shaving kits, no slippers and robes, no access to mini bar in the room. The breakfast seemed to lack vegan and low fat options. Ordered an egg white omlette which had an overdose of salt and oil. The staff is courteous and very helpful.

May be less crowd due to IT shops are closed...Very good value for the cost and well maintained rooms..Food taste could have been little better..

Hotel is running on serious low cost mode, less staff, less foods options and less empathy from the limited staff as well. If you are stuck in the wrong hours you’ll likely have to sleep empty stomach and staff will have no consideration for it. No customer centric behaviour. Be ready to be asked your room number multiple times as somehow they feel you might just be taking a random stroll in the hotel lobby after you return after days work to hotel. Rooms are really good, food choices are annoyingly limited with reasonable taste.

Great hotel very close to Mahindra city. They provide a driver service to transport you around. Food in buffet is very nice quality and great service from the people working there. Specifically Om, Manas and Siranjeevi have been super polite and helpful.

There is no valet parking for a star category Hotel from ITC. We have to park it ourselves n walk long to reach the lobby. When enquired about the same, no one was willing to answer. Very limited choice of food for the price but whatever was available was tasty

This property is near Mahindra world city and Mahindra Research Valley.. around 30 km away from Chennai airport.. being out location it's only good hotel available near MRV .. Pro's - good location just on highway, large area.. good rooms and other amenities like swimming pool, gym, park, terrace garden etc. It's better than Fairfield by Marriott. Cons- biggest issue is service time.. staff is good but if you order anything in room minimum 30 minutes waiting.. even for glass or water i had to remind them twice after order. Food quality is good but very small qty served despite having high charges (charge are ok as per property class). All day dining restaurant has long waiting for normal items like fruit, salad , or buffet refill will take so much of time. I believe they have less staff and in high occupancy they just can't provide ontime service. Staff is occupied is service will not have time to fill water glass, provide spoon or they will forgot your order as they are highly over occupied Otherwise property is nice .. housekeeping and upkeep is good Choose only if you want to MRV Mahindra world city

Stayed here in room 7029 on 8th sep night. Overall experience was a bag of mixed beans. During check in, there was no one to assist us with the luggage. Ditto for x-ray security where we had to put our own luggage. Really shocking. Check in took time and some of us got our rooms by 2:45pm only. I was in room 7029 and view was good. Room size is ok. The iron's power plug would not go into any socket and I had to call for an adaptor. Why not put an adaptor as standard in the first place? That said, experience at bar was nice. The server was good and cooperative. Nice beer and three bowls of chakhna :-D Breakfast issues came in the form of late timing. Even by 7:15, all the items were not there (example cocunut chutney and pori for the chana) Overall , things can be improved here.

The stay was really good at Welcomehotels. I liked the food, rooms and especially the service. We have other facilities like gym, swimming pool, indoor games, pool side seats to enjoy the sky view. The service of pavan kumar, ajith and velmurugan was excellent. Thank you welcomhotels for taking care of us.
