It was a great experience here in GEM, we came here for Hernia surgery for my relative. The Doctors, Front Line Staffs, Nurses, Housekeeping staffs are very courteous and helpful serving us. The treatment went well and all praise goes to the staffs working over here and ofcouse Dr. jeyanath Leo... Amazing team and great work....

Worst hospital that you can come across! Don’t ever plan to visit this hospital by mistake also. I had taken my dad for an abdominal pain, they asked to admit him, suggested CT abdominal plain scan, we checked with the Dr. and asked for the cost, she said 6000/-, we double checked and dr. mentioned 6K. Mistake 1. In the bill at discharge - they have billed for CT abdominal contrast( but we took plain). Mistake 2. Dr. mentioned 6K, they billed for 9700/-, when we checked they said by mistake they billed for CT contrast. Mistake 3. but the Dr. said 6K, why are you charging 9500/- ( for plain)? Receptionist no madam some miscommunication, it’s 9500/-, share the scan bill- they don’t have the bill - this was very suspicious, so I called up Aarthi scans to check cost, they said 3590/-? What?? What kinda of looting is this?? Mistake 4. Now receptionist says - we will discount and charge 6000/- for CT scan?? What I don’t need your discount, pls stop looting and bill in actuals! Now they get into an argument saying Avantika scans (where scan was taken) charges 9500/-. Now I call Avantika and check they say it is 6K?? Mistake 5. They make the bill and say I have to pay so much; then revise the bill after all the scan issue saying we didn’t add room rent of 5K So if you are innocent and not aware- be sure of to be looted in this place!

Definitely recommend this hospital. I got advice for surgery from another hospital and came here for second opinion. Dr. Amara Sadguna explained the condition in great depth and suggested another scan. After the scan and review with the doctor, he explained why the scan doesn't point to surgery. With mild to moderate pain there is no need to jump to surgery. Thank you for the detailed explanation alone. It's a relief to have someone explain in terms that layman can understand.

The nurses, housekeeping staff, and housekeeping boys were not only helpful but also courteous throughout. The doctors took the time to explain the treatment thoroughly and answered our questions with clarity. The rooms maintained a high standard of cleanliness and tidiness. While the overall ambience was commendable, we suggest considering the inclusion of a canteen service within the hospital, particularly for admitted patients initially. This addition could significantly relieve attenders. Aside from that, we have no major complaints and are content with the positive atmosphere.

The facilities were clean and well-maintained, contributing to a comfortable recovery environment.
