BOOKING
:
When
we
booked
it,
the
site
said
number
of
occupants
1
so
we
called
in
and
they
said
its
ok
dont
worry
and
just
go
ahead
with
the
booking
so
we
booked
2
rooms
for
4
people,
its
a
king
bed
with
2
occupancy.
And
when
we
did
show
up
at
the
hotel
they
were
adamant
that
we
have
to
pay
for
the
extra
person
which
was
a
cheap
tactic.
We
were
told
there
will
be
an
included
buffet
at
the
hotel
with
the
stay
but
were
told
otherwise
once
we
entered
the
dining
hall.
So
that's
extra
too.
The
food
was
good
but
ambience
was
bad.

SERVICE:
Rude
is
an
understatement
to
describe
the
old
guy
at
the
reception.
Not
sure
if
he
was
the
owner
or
not
but
he
way
he
dealt
with
us
while
describing
our
situation
was
appaling
to
say
the
least.
Zero
customer
service
from
him.
We
booked
2
rooms
for
4
people
and
ended
up
only
3
people
coming
in
and
still
had
to
pay
for
an
extra
person
thanks
to
their
website.
The
bus
boys
and
reception
assistants
were
nice
and
prompt
in
the
service,
so
that
was
nice.

ROOMS:
the
rooms
were
big
enough
and
had
ample
natural
light
from
the
windows.
Beds
however
was
whole
another
story.
They
had
so
much
dust
to
give
a
regular
an
asthma
attack.
They
had
a
Wall
mounted
tv
with
decent
channels
and
stuff
so
that
was
good.
Location
is
very
close
to
the
main
temple,
so
that's
good
too
and
was
one
of
the
main
reasons
to
book
it.
The
hot
water
ran
out
by
9:00
in
the
night.
In
their
defence
they
did
ask
if
i
need
hot
water
they
will
start
the
boiler
but
i
declined
since
i
needed
to
shower
at
4:00
in
the
morning.
