Room atmosphere and room was very spacious. Inside this hotel, restaurant also available but rates are very high & taste fine. Lift facilities also available & very good parking facilities for four wheeler. When comes to room stay, room maintenance was not good. TV was not worked in the room. AC is in damaged condition. Bathroom doors are dirty. Washbasin was in cracked condition. Requesting hotel management to improve their room maintenance.

Do not misunderstand the name with MGM brand. It is a local hotel and it is a better hotel with restaurant near to the temple. The North Indian food items are good and rare is moderately fine. South Indian lunch is Rs 200 bit more expensive. They do not accept credit cards. Only cash or Gpay. It has a huge car parking back side of the hotel. The security staffs are very helpful.

Hotel standards are good as per price they are charging. Looks, standards are 2 star not 3 star. But, its value of money. Stayed in executing room, rooms are good and enough space, cleanness also good. but bathrooms are small. they may not keep all the items in room, but they will provide on call. Reception people are very good, they will respond properly if anything required. Good garden area outside of the hotel. Restaurant is good but limited seating. Hotel is just opposite to the temple, can walk directly to temple from hotel. Krishna from hotel staff is helped and guided very well for puja and darshan. Because of hos guidance in temple, everything went well very smoothly within very short time.

The only advantage of this hotel is it is very near to the temple. The management really needs an upgrade, they still live in the past. Have a good lawn and ample parking. I have booked two executive rooms and after entering the rooms, the room boy said that one is a standard room and not executive room. I also felt the difference. Upon checking with reception again, they gave me two executive rooms. So why was this attempt to fool me? Second - No tea served in room at some times. I requested for a tea at around 11:45 am and the response was that it is time for lunch and no tea service in room. Really? What a shame! The room are basic, nothing fancy. Not value for money. I wish they correct themselves.

Hotel has 2 gates, 1 gate is right in front of temple. It' quite convenient to visit temple from here. Rooms are very nice and comfortable. Their services are also quite good & prompt. Some rooms also have river view which is quite good Please try their Tea (served in morning and afternoon) it's really really good Good place to stay for 1-2 nights

The hotel is in a good location, walkable distance from the temple. Nice and spacious rooms. We took the deluxe AC room and was quite clean. Service was good by hotel staff. For this town it is a very good hotel. They have a restaurant in the basement and taste is good. They service multicuisine food. Taste is good. Bathrooms are also clean. However felt that the price is quite high for this place.

Hotel is very close to Temple Gate 4 which is a good entrance to the temple. The rooms and Bathrooms are very clean. Checkin and Checkout are very smooth. Too much parking space available which may suit at least 150 TO 200 cars. Staff are good at providing service. Very good views are there from the room. Staff did not demand money for service.

One of the best hotels in Srikalahasti I have ever stayed. I have been travelling to Srikalahasti every year and used to stay over the night before. Of all the hotels I have stayed this is the best. The breakfast in the restaurant is great. Very near to temple. Very good place for car parking. Rooms are very neat.

Overall it’s a high priced hotel and the service is not worth they have charged 4k for one night stay we boarded the room at 9 PM and and checked out at 11.50 AM exactly. The price in online and the price they are charging is entirely different and for a extra bed they charged 500 extra. So my suggestion is there are plenty other options in the location don’t plz don’t get cheated.

The best hotel in Srikalahasti. Rooms are big enough with comfortable with decent beds. Location is also perfect, next to the temple.

The best hotel at Srikalahasthi, and bang opposite to the temple. Clean and very neat rooms. Vast outside area for refreshing air. Well maintained facility. Food is delicious and service awesome.

Walking distance to srikalahasti temple. Good parking space. room was spacious, although the shower area in the bathroom is very cramped. There was a lot of disturbance at night with housekeeping staff dragging furniture on the upper floor. Restaurant food in the basement was good.

Room is okay, toilet is not clean, you could find water scales and rust on the bathroom fittings. Amenity kit was not provided except water, soaps and 2 tiny shampoos. Restaurant food is good. They need to have queue management when crowded or at least make a note of the guest name along with the head count and inform when the table is ready. Parking is ample.

****please read before booking**** ~~~Hotel MGM Grand - worst experiences for luxury hotel. ~~~ BOOKING : When we booked it, the site said number of occupants 1 so we called in and they said its ok dont worry and just go ahead with the booking so we booked 2 rooms for 4 people, its a king bed with 2 occupancy. And when we did show up at the hotel they were adamant that we have to pay for the extra person which was a cheap tactic. We were told there will be an included buffet at the hotel with the stay but were told otherwise once we entered the dining hall. So that's extra too. The food was good but ambience was bad. Booking (-2/5) Food (4/5) Ambience (1/5) SERVICE: Rude is an understatement to describe the old guy at the reception. Not sure if he was the owner or not but he way he dealt with us while describing our situation was appaling to say the least. Zero customer service from him. We booked 2 rooms for 4 people and ended up only 3 people coming in and still had to pay for an extra person thanks to their website. The bus boys and reception assistants were nice and prompt in the service, so that was nice. Service (0/5 for old uncle) (3/5 rest of the staff) ROOMS: the rooms were big enough and had ample natural light from the windows. Beds however was whole another story. They had so much dust to give a regular an asthma attack. They had a Wall mounted tv with decent channels and stuff so that was good. Location is very close to the main temple, so that's good too and was one of the main reasons to book it. The hot water ran out by 9:00 in the night. In their defence they did ask if i need hot water they will start the boiler but i declined since i needed to shower at 4:00 in the morning. Rooms (2/5)

Location is very near to the temple and have sufficient parking area. But it is costly when compared to facilities and room amenities they provides. They provides a bottled water in the room, with the original label replaced with a label bearing the hotel's name and which did not had any manufacturing and expiry date mentioned on the label or the bottle.

Hotel is very near to temple. Comparatively it is the best hotel in srikhalasthi. Restaurant is not up to the expectation. Near by road side eateries are providing lot of varieties for very cheap price. Stay in the hotel and take your food somewhere else.

Quite basic if you ask me about the luxury appeal, moreso with the external appeal of the property. But easily among the best options in Kalahasti and for that reason I would recommend a stay here. Very close to temple, ample car parking, 24hrs hot water supply, vegetarian only restaurant serving meals and more. No two thoughts in suggesting them if you are looking to visit the temple town and for a comfortable stay option.

We booked this hotel based off of the good reviews we saw, but our experience was horrendous. We reached the hotel at 5 am after a 12 hour long trip. The hotel manager, Mr. Reddy, refused to provide us our room which we had already booked online a few days prior to the visit and had paid the full amount for. He was not ready to listen to what we had to say and made my family and I stand there for more than an hour. After reaching out to the company through which we booked the hotel, they tried to contact Reddy to talk about the same, but he avoided picking up the call. It seemed as if they had already given our room to another customer, in spite of us paying for it well in advance. After a long tiring wait, when he realized he would be in trouble, he offered us a room in a nearby hotel. It was a cheap and filthy hotel which cannot be compared to the “classic suite” we had booked. More than this awful situation we faced, it was the management’s attitude to us that perturbed me. Their refusal to listen and the language barrier we had was very troublesome. I would strongly advise you to not book this hotel as I can confidently speak from my horrifying experience at this place.

The hotel is very close to the Shrikalahasti temple. Room was ok, there was an electricity issue a few times, which was a strange experience at a hotel. The restaurant at the hotel is good, serving a decent quality food. The receptionist though was a bit dodgy, trying to make money out of our car booking! There aren't many good options in this area, so this is probably the only choice left!

Rooms were sticky and uncleaned bedsheets. If this cleanliness is improved this hotel is really a 3 star. The food is really good and hygienic at the restaurant and with a very reasonable price and quantity

The best hotel in this location! The food, Service, Maintenance, Ambience all are too good! (I haven't stayed only had food here) It's even very near to the temple! The only thing is the prices seems somewhat high when compared to surrounding hotels!!

The rooms are clean and spacious. Good ventilation. Reasonable price. Parking is free. 100 yards from temple. Room service is only limited to coffee and tea. But overall, I give 4.5 for everything. And one more thing to add, 3 can rest in a single room. The bed is king size. They will add an extra bed if asked for it

One of the cozy hotels available in vicinity of temple. Standard, Executive and Suite type rooms are available. Room service is available only for coffee/tea/milk from 6am to 10pm only. Total 5 floors and restaurant is in basement floor. Cash, Card and UPI are accepted modes of payment. They are not providing receipt for the amount payed. Extra bed charges are ₹500.

Visited Sri Kaalahasthi Temple with my friend on a two day trip. Stayed in Executive room @ MGM Grand hotel... Rooms are good & neatly maintained. Housekeeping is good. The restaurant in the basement has some good vegetarian food varieties @ slight high price than outside restaurants around... Most important thing is their property is very close to the temple main entrance. Overall their hospitality is good and service is Good. 😊🙏

Good rooms for accommodation, enough to stay but no food service to room. Room services for arranging other necessities are good. Rooms still need some more ventilation. A better stay for a pilgrim trip which is in close proximity to. Main temple of kalahastri

Rooms are good and well maintained. Restaurant inside is very good. But seating is limited. Expect waiting time during lunch and dinner. Food tastes good. Staff is very friendly. Has ample parking space and lounge for drivers is also available.
