Ibiza Cafe is cool place to have a quite and chill time. I had two Flat Whites with Oatmilk and was surprised by the direct taste of the bean.

I stopped here after trying a different crowded, hipster filled place with bikes everywhere, which shall remain nameless. Much more cozy vibe here. Staff is very attentive to patrons and to the space, keeping it clean and orderly. Tables were cleaned and straightened quickly after people left. White mocha mint latte hit the spot. Second stop, apple strudel latte. Rich, and good.

Food was surprisingly good. Very light and perfect for a coffee shop. The atmosphere was great, and the staff was prompt. Definitely a good feeling not normally received anymore. Only thing was that anytime a person left, the staff rushed over and began vacuuming directly under the seat. Very distracting overall. Take that away, and I’d work here and sink three cups of coffee three times a week here.

Delightful cafe. Cold brew was superb. Waffles were unique and delicious. Perfectly soft with crispy edges. Impressive vibe that honors the historic building it is nestled in.

Nice cozy cafe. I had the best Cafe Au Lait that I have had in a very long time. The buckwheat flavor pop was well received in their Belgian waffle. I highly recommend it. The music and atmosphere is everything you want from a cozy cafe. Great colors and textures around the dining area. I will be back!

We were excited to try this cafe for the first time on a cold, rainy Sunday. The reviews are quite high on Google so we expected a bit more of an experience. We ordered lattes for dining in. They were delivered to us quite some time later in to-go cups. I'm not sure if it was because the time was 4:30pm and they were trying to give us a hint that they were close to closing? I ordered the banana rum and my husband ordered the dark chocolate orange. No latte art pictures for us to share since they were dumped into to-go cups. 😔 The only flavor I could taste was the rum burn. No banana whatsoever. My husband's latte was definitely chocolate orange flavored, but nothing to write home about. For the price, I felt like the servings would be larger too. The cafe is cozy and quiet. It'd be a nice place to read or work. We might try again at a different time of day to see if the service and product are better. Dublin Roasters still remains my favorite coffee establishment in Frederick.

My favorite coffee shop in downtown Frederick. Their coffee and tea will not disappoint you. Also the sandwiches are super tasty. I love to try different drink and food every time when I visit. The owners are one of the most kind and generous people I met. I always like to come here and sit for an hour or two to enjoy my time.

I cannot recommend Ibiza enough. It is my go-to cafe when meeting friends or family, and they serve the best coffee and tea in Frederick. The atmosphere inside is incredible - there are seating options for small and big groups, it is always clean, and the decor is beautiful. The food is delicious and very high quality, I love their breakfast croissant sandwich! The hospitality and service provided is top-tier. I’m so grateful that this locally owned mom-and-pop operation opened. Will continue to frequent Ibiza often!

After experiencing high inflation, IBIZA cafe was one of the few cafes in Frederick that I discovered offering delicious food at very affordable prices. The owner, Steven, and his wife, May, are both very friendly and willing to sit down and chat with you, as well as show concern for your well-being. I strongly recommend that anyone living in Frederick visit this cafe. Personally, I always order their waffles and apple strudel – they are a must-try! If possible, I would give them more than 5 stars!!

I spent a week in Frederick for work and ended up visiting Ibiza cafe a few times. It's a pretty nice spot with a great selection of coffee. I leaned towards the cappuccinos, which were well-made every time, though the cold brew also stood out on the coffee front. The cafe has a cozy and well-decorated interior, making it a comfortable place to work or just relax. The food portions aren’t huge, but the quality is there, especially with items like the charcuterie. Overall, Ibiza cafe is a great find in Frederick. It offers a nice atmosphere for anyone looking to enjoy a decent cup of coffee and some quality food.

Oh yum! We enjoyed our sanme, panme, iced unsweetened black tea, and iced fruit tea with boba. The cafe itself is quiet and comfortable. The small outdoor seating area is great! We will definitely return.

Ibiza Cafe has a lovely atmosphere, friendly staff and absolutely amazing food. I had the 'Oink-wich' which had marinated pork belly and some other interesting ingredients. It was filling, presented nicely and had lots of flavor. Prices were very reasonable and service was fast. I definitely recommend a visit!

My husband and I had the pleasure of visiting this place for the first time last Sunday afternoon. We were instantly charmed by the cozy atmosphere! He opted for some loose tea, while I ordered the black beans and red rice tea. Both were exceptionally fresh and delicious, and the prices were quite reasonable. We were also delighted to meet the owner, a very friendly lady originally from Taiwan. By the way, for those who may not be familiar with loose tea, Taiwan is renowned for being one of the best places for tea production. We didn’t have the chance to sample the food this time, but we’re definitely looking forward to our next visit when we’re in town again.

I discovered this delicious Honey Lavender Latte at Frederick, and I almost come here every day before work. I feel the owner's passion and warmth, and the coffee shop is very clean. Additionally, I noticed that the neighborhood has become vibrant and the surrounding environment has become cleaner since this coffee shop started operating here.

Very nice and cozy atmosphere. Cappuccino was OK but I found the espresso base to not be tremendously robust. Despite the very nice decor and passable drink, I had a very poor impression of the food, specifically in regards to the Pro-wich I ordered. It did not come on a long baguette as advertised on the menu, the prosciutto was miserly and far less than as pictured on three menu picture, and the bread was soaked in syrup and disgustingly sweet. I’m not the type to raise a stink and send stuff back to the kitchen but this is the closest I’ve gotten to it. It’s unfortunate because the menu items ordered by the party (a sanme and a bagme) looked pretty good. Overall, a nice place to sit and relax but don’t go out of your way for it and definitely don’t order the pro-wich.

The owner and the staff are always very welcoming. It's only my third time here, and they already remember my preferences. I'm pleasantly surprised that they offer high-quality drinks at relatively affordable prices compared to other places. I think I've found a hidden gem. Hot chocolate is my favorite, and it helps me relax after dropping off my child at school.
