They're very RUDE and UNPROFESSIONALLY. From the check in to check out. The do called Nursing staff were insulting.Made rude and demeaning comments about a patients weight. Then proceeded to ask her if she wanted a AID'S TEST. DR.RIO'S IS VERY NEGATIVE. She talks down to her patients as if she doesn't want to answer your questions professionally this place is a mess. I was there for a visit in 2015 and had to wait in a waiting room where Rats COULD be HEARD RUNNING IN the CELING. I WOULDN'T SUGGEST THIS PLACE OUR GOVERNMENT IS REALLY WRONG FOR HAVING THESE TYPE OF HEALTH CARE AND GOVERMENT PLACES FOR DC RESIDENTS.. SAD

Staff coming in @ 7:15 am and only one doctor on duty when the schedule is from 7:00 am waiting since 07:10am as a walk in still waiting @ 10:00 am with no appointments before me this is terrible

My kids doctor retired so i picked the clinic to be their new physician office..i walked in, and made my daughter's and son's appt for the same day..friday and this morning (10/15/2018) i get a text saying my daughter had an appt for 10:45am and i called to explain that it was for 10/16/2018...one at 8:30am and one for 8:45am..i have the appt receipts to prove it..long story short..the director said i couldnt bring my daughter in tomorrow with my son..the doctors was all booked..she said she would reschedule my daughter for Thursday and i said change my son as well..she said she wasnt gonna change his appt and i told her i will find somewhere else for them to go..it took a month and a half to be seen, they mess up, and she gonna tell me what SHE NOT GONNA DO!! My son is chronic asthmatic and AUTISTIC!! His sister is his support system..if he wants her there and she wants it that way as well, then thats how IMMA SCHEDULE IT! Ohhh did i mention she stated "OH WELL" to me....

I've been going to the Stanton Road clinic for several years. The front office staff is often courteous and helpful, even on days when they are short-staffed because some of the health care professionals are running late. Dr. Crawford is especially nice and very professional. Finally, the office utilizes modern equipment to run tests, thus I don't always have to wait for lab results.

Very Rude Receptionist, myself and child entered the site seeking services. My son had an appointment 9:20, she repeatedly tried to dismiss us from the office by telling us she had no doctors available to take him. I waited and tried to explain to her we already had an appointment. She didn’t want to listen to us anymore. So I had sat and called unity main service line. I was told by the service line, Stanton road was the correct location I was suppose to be at. I kindly asked the lady at Stanton to double check her system, she did, and finally located our appointment. Then says to us “ why would they schedule an appointment for you today, that’s not right?” Me and my child sit there and heard that, it wasn’t professional at all. And treated like that while your child is sick isn’t a good feeling. We came here 8:32 and so far it’s 10:03 and my son has only received a covid test kit and a water.

The PA filed that I smoked 100 pack years when I said I smoked half a pack a day for ten years. The urine sample area was visibly dirty. They lost my file and can't schedule me for a for 3 months since I'm a "new patient" They did successfully refer me to a specialist so they get a star

DON'T LISTEN TO THE SO CALLED"GOOD REVIEWS"....... NONE OF THEM ARE TELLING THE TRUTH. My mother is very old, and has dementia. In order to receive healthcare services, there is a piece of paper that MUST be signed. Dr. Quarles, my mother's doctor, won't sign the paper, even though I told her it was urgent. The agency has called many times, to no avail. The place is a JOKE. All they care about is money in their pockets. Take your parent or child someplace else, if you care about them. That's what I'm doing. The place probably wouldn't be so bad, if they actually had doctors that cared for the patients.

I called and asked did they take walk-ins and a lady said Yes you can come any day , 15 minutes after I go up there she says they weren't taking anymore walk-ins! They lady at the front desk was looking at me like I'm crazy Vert Unprofessional.

Ms. Tanya Robinson, Nurse Manager could use a few days training in customer service. Not only was she rude and unprofessional, but she hung up the phone on me TWICE while I was asking questions regarding my appointment. I refuse to be treated like less than a civilized human being by someone who in the customer service sector. I have left a message for Mr. Edmond Mitchell at the Unity Healthcare Admin offices to call me back so that I may place a formal complaint.

I have to this clinic three times this week. Its always excuses. We were open Saturday 6/8/2019. I didn't get in that day. Monday 6/10 /2019 I was late for walk in and today 6/12 /2019. The administrative assistance don't know what time the doctor is coming in. Jeez.
