This place is a mess. Trash is $10/month and most of the time the chutes don’t open and the trash room smells. My apartment has flooded twice and the water came from my upstairs neighbor’s bathroom into my bedroom. I can hear conversations in other units. Maintenance enters units when they feel like it, even when you request that they only enter when you’re home, the property manager is on a power trip, I have a bug infestation because of the mulch and bushes they have outside of my unit (been dealing with bugs for 6+ months), and there are devil worshippers that drew a pentagram or some other pagan symbol on my door. Weirdos.

Viridium complex is a gorgeous and lovely community to call it your new home. The maintenance team is doing an awesome job because the grounds are so well kept from the outside in. I toured with Abie twice, I enjoyed my tour. She has a bubbly attitude and she very engaging. Overall Abie has an outstanding customer care service. The entire leasing office team is friendly. I'm looking so forward to becoming a future resident once a first floor unit becomes available.

The staff, grounds, and facilities are top notch here!!! Been looking a long time for a place that is safe, clean and really takes care of the people and fur babies in the community. Between the pool in the summer and the dog park for Peaches, I cannot wait to be apart of this amazing neighborhood.

I've only lived at Viridium for a short time now, but it's been an incredible experience! The building is newer and in a great spot, right by the water. The office team has been very helpful since move-in, especially Samantha. They made the move-in process so much easier, even though moving is never easy. We have loved interacting with the maintenance team as well. They are so friendly!!!! Highly recommended spot around Woodbridge!

I’ve been on the search for a complex with all the amenities I needed to be able to live comfortably and happily. viridium offers everything I need to take care of my special needs Guinea pig named Miranda . Miranda requires me to stay at home and tend to her a lot so the fact that this apartment complex has everything I need within arms reach, not to mention the amazing location, I am beyond in love with it.

Amy and Claudia are the two staff members that I met when I first moved in. They went above and beyond to meet my needs during my application process. You are greeted with a friendly smile every time you walk into their office and they will accommodate your requests as best they can. After almost of month of living here, I definitely do not regret my decision. The amenities in the complex are by far the best I've seen in this area. The gym is equipped with plenty of weights with a separate room for floor exercises and is open 24/7. The mail room and common areas are always immaculate. The maintenance staff is extremely friendly and they do an amazing job keeping the grounds tidy.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Katie, the leasing consultant at Viridium, and I have to say, she's a rockstar. From start to finish, Katie was incredibly communicative and responsive, making the entire leasing process a breeze. What really impressed me was her commitment to providing excellent customer service. She always went above and beyond to make sure that we had everything we needed, from answering our endless questions to getting us the necessary paperwork in a timely manner. Katie was also incredibly diligent in helping us find the perfect apartment. She took the time to understand our needs and preferences, and showed us a variety of units until we found the one that was just right for us. Her attention to detail and dedication to finding us the perfect space was truly impressive. Overall, I can't recommend Katie enough. She's a true professional who genuinely cares about her clients and goes above and beyond to ensure that they have a positive experience. If you're looking for an apartment in the Woodbridge area, do yourself a favor and work with Katie – you won't regret it!

Toured this property and knew I had to live here, superbly the best location to located in so close to the DC/Alexandria area, the maintenance technician Rafael was super helpful and was VERY knowledgeable on multiple topics HUGE shoutout to him. If you are looking for new luxury apartment this is the place!!

I was impressed with Viridium since doing the initial tour with Amy. I was blown away. I love my apartment and the community has a lot of great amenities. It almost feels like living at a luxury resort.

I'm moving to the area soon and this place has the perfect location. The amenities are great - I love the gym and I know my pup is going to love the dog park. The whole team has been really helpful through this process.

It was pleasure meeting Abie during mine and my husband's tour of Viridium Apartments. She was very helpful and very delightful. it was a joy speaking with her all throughout the tour as well as everyone in the office. They were all very helpful.
