This Urgent Care facility is a winner. Khadija checked me in with a friendly face- I appreciate her excellent communication skills and helpfulness in answering my questions. Stefania was the MA who helped with my visit and she did a stellar job- I had to get a flu vaccine and she made the process quick and I hardly felt the shot at all! Big thanks from me to all the staff here :)

Was feeling under the weather and hate going to the doctors office. But after three days of no relief I decided to go to Urgent Care. I went in with no appointment and was greeted promptly, the receptionist helped me with the online check-in. I did not have to wait very long to be taken back and be seen by a very caring young doctor. She took the time to listen to my concerns and how I was feeling. She checked everything over and sent over the prescriptions that I needed. To be honest, I cannot understand why there are so many negative reviews on this location. I had an excellent experience from beginning to end!! Thank you to the entire staff.

Tacarra is pleasant and knows her stuff! She is energetic and wants to work unlike the staff that was working a couple of weeks ago. She updated information that had been entered incorrectly. So nice to find someone that cares about the patients

I was told the phone number listed goes to a “call center.” I needed to follow up on a prescription that was sent to my pharmacy. After 20 minutes of ringing and that occasional “your call is important to us” message, no one answered the phone. Apparently my call wasn’t that important. I had to drive back to the clinic to straighten things out. I think they need to remind their call center to pickup the damn phone.

My son had a physical examination at the Next Care location in Woodbridge, VA. I would like to thank Trevor Zyler for his proactive approach in securing necessary paperwork from the physician for my son's school registration. This reflected a commendable dedication to customer service. His extra effort eased the process for me. Thank you so much for your kindness and help! I would highly recommend this location.

This clinic should be closed On two different times i made appointments and when i got there they cancel them without noticing me. And when i got there they try to redirect me to a 20 min away location. Would not even bother going there again. Might as well go to patients first or easy care clinics

Making an appointment online was fairly easy. I was seen on time & diagnosed. But it took me more than 6 hours to get my meds because the sent it to a pharmacy different than the one I said I use.

Excellent experience today! Staff were positive and helpful. The wait was brief. I received the prescription needed to get better soon. Grateful for the experience.
