Went to a concert here on September 2, 2022 and at first I thought the venue was alright. There was a couple issues with this venue: 1. The event said doors were open at 9, but no one was allowed in until 9:45ish. Then, the first act didn’t start until around 11:30 pm. 2. The second act had a lot of issues with their microphone not working well for at least 2 of the first songs. I could tell that the lead singer was visibly frustrated at them because of that. 3. I saw one of the bouncers tell the people next to us that they had to throw away their full cans of beer because the show was almost over. No where on the tickets was there any information that was a rule. None of the bartenders told anybody that was a rule either. I’d recommend if someone wants to come here that they should check to see if the artist will preform at another close by venue and go there instead.

The person checking in for tickets are just plain rude doesn’t even try help when questions being asked. Main problem we had that I have never seen happened at any nightclub is taking away the beer/mix drinks from the customers once hits 2am . Being forced to throw away EVEN the ones not being opened ! Really disappointed about that. They sneak around to remove it from your table ! Never seen this anywhere else . I know you can’t sell anymore at 2am but not force your customer to throw it away !!! Not even a star for that !!!

Went to see nengo flow here. Sound check guys were terrible, you couldn’t hear most of the performers until the last set. Security got overly angry over things that didn’t matter. The show was supposed to start at 9 but wouldn’t even let people in till 9:45. Concert started at 11:30 pm and went till 2:30 in the morning. Was overall super disorganized and drinks were almost as much as a strip club. The guys next to us were nice enough to share their beer with us, management came and bothered them during them recording videos of the concert to ask them to throw out their beer. Better off going to a different venue.

This place is horrible! Their drinks are over priced and full of mixer. If you buy a hookah that is 25.00 they will only give you one (1) coal and expect you to pay 5.00 for another coal or pay 15.00 for a refill when your hookah is not even dead, it just needs a coal. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME IN THIS PLACE! I’ve paid 90.00 for a hookah in DC and in Miami and received continuous coal! This is so not the norm! DON’T SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE IT IS NOT WORTH IT!!!

Terrible place for a concert. The sound wasn't working, nobody could hear anything to the point that people started screaming at the first band to complain. The show that we went to see started so late that part of our group had to leave before they were able to fix the sound. The drinks were awful, and the waitress would come and take them away from the table while you were dancing. I wanted to go to another concert a few weeks later but there is no way I will go back there, it is not worth it.

I use to enjoy the palace, but not so much recently. Their drinks have become so expensive. $14 for a drink that’s in a cup only a little bigger than a shot glass, and a bucket of like 6 beers is $70?! Also, entrance is now $15. There used to be a dance floor, now more than half of it is full of tables for VIP. It’s already a small dance floor to begin with, and because it gets so crowded, there’s barely any room to dance.

Servers are kind of rude they think you are dumb and that because you are at a night club you are aready wasted wrong sometimes we come to this places to chill and have fun. Not to get overcharged transaction on your bill rude workers and the place is big but proffesionalism is bad if you want to be in a place hearing cursing all night plus there is not respect for womens undervalued and we all deserv some respect. Mucha denigracion asi a las mujeres el servicio rudo, y sobrecargan si no lees bien tu recibo. Una oportunidad tuviste palace. Igual a los dueños parece no importarles nada solo quieren dolares pero con ese tipo de gente que tienen de empleados todos iran a la quiebra

Has tickets for Rata Blanca at 9pm. It’s right now, 11:42 and they’re just up there staring at the public and not starting the concert. Chill with the ego dudes! 3 hr delay? Seriously?

This place is as closed as it is ugly! It says 24 hours, but the place ain’t poppin. I think it’s permanently out of business.

Looks like total trash from the outside. I would not tell people to go there.

Really bad experience i went last saturday with my friends for no reason 4 of securities took 4 of my friends out of the party very aggresive me and my others friends were thinking why?????? they did that for no reason we were just drinking talking and dancing, having fun like any other adults that night I was really mad I told the securities guys to leave them go but they didn't they called the cops for no reason my friends were just saying we are not doing anything i recommended to not go there they should hire new securities or close this place also the beers is so expensive i can't believe it i'll never go there again

Absolutely the worst place to go! The bounce at the door was trying to throw my ID away. He is lucky he didn’t cause that a federal case. This place needs to be shut down. It’s a health hazard and the bouncer at the door need to be replaced(AKA Fired)!!

Heard the band more than the singer but I had a good time

I don't recommend you this place securities boss you around all night and they charged me twice just for going out to smoke a cigarette and didn't let me go in just for putting the money on the table and not on his hand. Trash place DC is much better

The Palace was good. Dress code is a little casual for my taste and they allow people under 21, but the drinks were great!

I came to a concert here at the Palace today March 2, 2023. People started dancing, pushing, punching each other. Security guards just were standing watching. I, as a women tried to protect myself from getting hit in the face. A dark skin security guard came with an attitude told me I was blocking the entrance to the vip entrance. Respectfully told him I was just protecting myself. He stated he was the manager on duty. Aggressively told me to get down and move before he kicked me out of the club. Clearly told him I was not doing any harm to no one, I was just protecting myself. He went ahead and told me he was the manager and he didn’t care what I was doing. Very unprofessional security staff. They don’t care what happens to the public or if something bad happens. Very disappointed at their staff and their unprofessional staff. Sincerely, A very unhappy customer that is never coming back to this ghetto place where they don’t care about your safety and they treat you like animals.
