I’m deaf and I did not requested for an ASL interpreter because it’s just an ultrasound examination but the nurses were wonderful, very patience and use gestures and remove their mask so I can lip read their mouth with instructions. I’ll be back to this place for further radiology appts if necessary. Thanks!

Have a very good experience having a ct scan with contrast here. Everything occurred in a timely manner. People were friendly and helpful, From the front staff, the IV staeart, to the technician. Thank you!

This location was very clean, staff was professional and considerate. The scan technician was knowledgeable and kind. Every move was proficient and kind even with the IV I had a great experience Parking was a little challenging because it was so busy. In the surrounding business area

Customer service is everything to me . From the moment I walked into the office I could see and I experienced the professional attitude of the employees. It’s very important to make sure that your clients get a sense that they will be handled with care and respect , I was. After entering the back for my test the greeting I received from the intake nurse was so personal and friendly I thought that I knew her and it relaxed me , I no longer felt the anxiety that I usually experience when confronted with these scanning machines. The nurse that confirmed my information and who preformed my test was also very pleasant, professional and helpful, she explained the process and made certain that I had no fear . I truly appreciate this team . I apologize for not remembering the two nurses/ technicians that were in the back. Please get their names and acknowledge them in some way. They were very nice to me. I was cold and they gave me a blanket. The Technician were very nice too.

I didn’t feel welcomed and the person doing my ultrasound was being very sarcastically smart . They made me feel uncomfortable.

Everyone who works there including the receptionists are extremely friendly and affable. I did not have to wait too long. The people in charge of the MRI were very friendly and made me feel very comfortable. That is very important when getting these things done. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone.I had difficulty with my procedure and the techs and staff was patient and accommodating.I felt like they really cared.

My office experience was fine until they told me they were unable to upload x-rays. My doctor's office gave instructions on how to and I was unable to get that far. If you need x-rays uploaded to a site, please go to Owings Mills. This location was able to get the x-rays from Quarry Lake uploaded with no problem for a follow up teledoc appointment.

From start to finish was timely and professional. Checked in online which saved time at check in when I arrived. Less than 5 minutes my name was called to go back for MRI. Short time later MRI done. On my way out stopped at receptionist desk, she handed me my MRI disk ....out the door. Process took less than 35-40mins. The staff was friendly and explained every step. Thank you to all.

I was taken very quickly. The attendant was very pleasant. I had never had a CT scan before, and would have appreciated knowing what to expect before the scan began (i.e., movement, noise, etc.).
