I like Wawa but what I don't like is being told 'we don't give back change' when I pay with cash ( they kept the coins not the bills ) or getting a surprise charge when I pay with card. ( I saw the total and the cashier told me the total then later on I saw 2 charges to my credit card. )

I waited for 15 minutes to buy lottery tickets from their machine, it was my first time ever doing so. The machine kept displaying that my balance was $0 even though I put $20 cash in and also charged $12 to my debit card. The person behind me in line said that I needed to talk to the cashier to get my tickets registered: I waited for ten minutes to see the cashier, and the cashier shrugged his shoulders and said "I don't gamble". The manager came, and she said that I would have to get my money back from the machine, and that they couldn't help me.

10/19/23 I've visited this location 10+ times on my way to Leesylvania State Park. Good coffee, quick hot and cold breakfast, lunch, and dinner options. I love the oatmeal.

BRING BACK FRESH DONUTS. They used to be sold out of fresh donuts by the end of everyday now after Covid they just reuse the same donuts from the previous day before if they don’t sell. THEY DONT SELL BECAUSE THEYRE PACKAGED NOW

Every time I come here to order food, I have to check it before leaving. Wawa charges extra for certain things .Like today I got the pulled pork and added coleslaw..it was 50 cent extra. I got 7 strings of cabbage on top of my pulled pork and I'm not exaggerating I literally could count it.

I've been going to Wawa for decades, love their food. This is a terrible location, not entirely their fault because it's really busy but the people that work there do not care because it's always dirty. I Stop at this Wawa fairly often as it's closest to my house. Stopped the other day for gas, coffee and a breakfast sandwich. First thing in the morning and no breakfast sandwiches ready? 10 min later they had some fresh and it was cold when I took a bite. How? I don't know what's going on with this location but it's never a good experience. The locations on Optiz and Minneville are not like this.

This morning of 11/30/2023 at about 7:40am, I stopped at this Wawa to buy me a coffee, I started pouring some Colombian coffee when I pushed the lever from the nozzle it flipped towards my left and spilled boiling coffee over my hand, when I looked at the nozzle I noticed thar that the clip that secures the nozzle was not pushed down, so I pushed it down to prevent it from moving and that somebody else would get burned, I did not want to make a show, but i filed a complaint with corporate and they could care less that they have not responded to my complaint, the employees should be more careful, if it would have been somebody else they would have a lawsuit in their hands by now.
