    They took my order wrong the first time and I went back to purchase the correct item. They then gave me a burnt spicy chicken sandwich and cold fries. Not to mention I ordered ranch and they gave me hot mustard. If you’re gonna charge .25 per sauce at least make sure it’s the correct one.

    Used drive thru for lunch. Our order was filled accurately. This McDonald's needed a little work on their exterior landscaping. Fast service. On some bus lines.

    Not in a great neighborhood. The self order kiosk wasn’t working correctly and glitched and I ended up getting 6, 4 pieces chicken nuggets. If didn’t print a receipt so I didn’t know what my number was or what I actually order otherwise I would’ve had it corrected. Employees were somewhat helpful, but not really. I ordered 2 hand pies after I put in my kiosk orders, but apparently they were sold out so I asked for a refund. The manager seemed frustrated and overwhelmed and only refunded me some of what I paid not the full amount. But I was honestly so sick of being in there I just left.

    Dirty and smells awful inside. The staff stands around talking and will get to you when they have some free time. Soda machines, were out of carbonation, food came out wrong. To get it fixed the manager told someone to do it, who told some else to do it and then after a while the order was fixed. I usually try and leave good reviews. But this place is run poorly and the manager and staff are just there to get a check.

    to me this looks like expired mayonnaise and ketchup thank god I saw it before my child started eating. The mayo was half water the rest looked bad.

    It's fast food so you get exactly what you should for being fast food. The McRib was cooked very well. I've had some that were overcooked and it ruins the whole sandwich. They gave me the extra sauce I requested so thank you! I'll miss the McRib. Thanks for the farewell tour. The fries were a little overlooked.

    The adult happy meal CPFM is $13! There is only the choice between the Big Mac and the 10 piece chicken nugget. With a MEDIUM FRY! Not even a large fry! The "toys" are strange..why toys at all? Why not a puzzle or something else nostalgic? But 4 👀 eyed creepy smiling toys? They could've saved the manufacturing costs for those! Recommend McD's considers bring back the snack wrap or their salads or the yogurt parfait BEFORE they decide to do this overpriced unnecessary packaging ploy... Will I still go to McDonald's of course but it will NOT BE for the adult happy meal...#dobetter Inflation is already crazy...maybe this was just a social experiment...well I was a willing test subject...I bought it but don't plan on getting another one. :-)

    Sat at drive through for 15 minutes (not when they first opened, but after they were open for 45 minutes -around-5:15 am) Lights were only displayed on first drive through screen but was able to finally be acknowledged at second screen only to place my order and be told they had no bacon. :-()

    Bad Service at this place. Wouldn’t be ordering anything from here. Never been to a place that made a bad impression with their service like this one. Just ignore their customers, and I had to constantly get their attention.

    What happened to the service here? It has gone down hill in the last 6 months. Worst is the drive thru. Get new employees that actually care about having a job. I skip this place when it was a daily stop.

    This people gave me a cup full of ice and tiny ice coffee that i ordered and i went back to ask for a replacement but they refused so i just paid $3 for a cup of ice. PAY ATTENTION TO YOUR ORDER WHENEVER YOU BUY FROM THIS STORE OR FIND ANOTHER MCDONALDS

    My visit was great. The store was clean and the food was fresh and delicious 😋. The atmosphere of the store was very calm. I love it when employees are nice. As an owner-operator at McDonald's, I did not have any problems with this store in this location. They provided a really great service at this location.

    The WORST McDonald's I have ever visited. I do not often rank businesses at the one star level or below because I want to offer grace and understand concerning an assessment of poor service from a brief snapshot in time...but this McDonald's is horrible! I have been here four or five times in the past month during breakfast hours. Each visit has been through the drive thru and this is where I have the problem. The first visit, I sat at the drive thru speaker for 15 minutes and the vehicle in front of me waited for 10 before they pulled off. I should have taken the hint because as I sat in the drive thru gazing at the menu amd patiently waiting, no one ever came to assist me. Eventually, I pulled around to the first window where associates were standing, they simply looked at me, and then continued about their business. This same sequence happened two more time and in each case, I went to the McDonald's at the Tackett's Mill location. I decided to give this store another chance and darted into the drive thru. Again, I waited at the speaker and no one took my order after 10 minutes, and I pulled around to the pickup window. Once I got to the window, there was a person that appeared to be a manager and she apologized for not taking the order at the speaker and promptly took my order. The order was quickly filled and was tasty! Management, there are issues with this store and it is desperate need of: 1. Regional Manager's oversight and local store manager refresher training. 2. Customer service training for all employees. 3. Outside landscape/lawn care. Points one and two should acted upon immediately, as there are two other McDonald's within a two mile radius on highway 123...thus making this store less of an option for overall service and where folks simply want to spend their hard earned money. I expect more for the McDonald's brand because I am not loving anything emerging from this store.

    Everything was old. The bread on my big Mac was old and my iced tea was old. My sisters were with me and they had the chicken nuggets which were old and cooked to hard.

    We were just traveling through the area. Newly remodeled. Never seen an employee until they gave us our food. The new technology with ordering your food on the screens. My app wasn't working, we had to go in and order.

    I just wanted to let the franchises know that today, my family had the best food! We ordered 2 quarter lb with cheese meals and a chicken nugget happy meal. Everything was excellent! Our burgers were the best we have had in the last 3 states we have been to. Fries were perfect, and so were the nuggets. Great job to whoever was manning your grill. I am very pleased by this experience! It is rare that we ever get excited by fast food, but we all look forward to coming back. We came through at 12:20 pm Sunday 01/22/23.

    Every time I come here the staff is rude, the food takes forever, and there is always something wrong with my order. This place is 2 minutes away from my house but I always drive 15 minutes to the next one just to avoid this place. I accidentally ordered to this location after over a year of not coming and nothing has changed. Very disappointing.
