I did not have the pleasure of hanging out with my nephew this weekend because I had to work. however, I was fortunate enough to stay up with him and play video games all night together. So that we did and when we got tired we decided to hit up this legendary 24 hour Baskin Robbins and Dunkin combo place I been hearing about . I was nervous about bothering whoever had the misfortune of being there all night and had to take our order. Boy was I wrong though. Doughnuts were still soft and tasty and cotton candy ice cream was delicious. Not only did we get great snacks but We also got service with a smile and went back the next day because my nephew said he was "so cool" 😎. I regret not grabbing his name but this will be tradition from now on. Thanks to the gentleman and I hope someone tells him good job. See you next weekend 😉

This place is great because the drive thru is open 24 hrs a day 7 days a week. Baskin Robbins has the best flavors ever. I love the buteer pecan and the very berry strawberry....I get the quarts at 2 for $10 because 2 scoops in a cone is almost 5 bucks lol. And this is a combo store with dunkin donuts as well. It is a double whammy.

First time visiting while in town. Did online pickup order and lady came out and gave me wrong order and was forced to go in and get correct order. They said simply keep the order initially given. The donuts were ok but service needs to be worked upon.

Haven't visited a BR in over 3 years. Needed a treat with my son after a long hot day. Juan and his back up crew were welcoming, encouraged tasting of new flavors, and brought humor to a tense human being when she needed it. <smile> Store and cookers was very clean and organized, too. Eat in area clean and fully stocked. Most impressed and appreciative.

Eventhough is live in Dumfries I always go to this DD/BR. They pay attention to my complicated milkshakes &make them perfect everytime. The staff is incredibly nice too &don't act like you're bothering them by ordering &them doing their job like alot of places have been doing lately.

I just bought one scoop of almond Jamaica ice cream and actually what I received is 30% of one scoop. Was I placed on an intentional diet? But I’m in shape and fit. Why would this place do that to me?

Worst service ever. Every time I visit this location the wait time and consistency of the food is atrocious. Tonight I visited for ice cream thing this would be a simple request, I thought wrong. Order 3 different single scoops of ice cream and each cup was 3/4 empty. Had I not had my daughter in the car with me, who was expecting ice cream, I would have walked inside and returned what was given to me at the drive through.

I come to this baskin and Robbins all the time and I usually have no issues but the ice caramel craze latte was nothing but water with no flavor and they forgot something in my order. Very disappointing..

Best service to be honest Cashiers are nice and The ice cream is super good its always nice and fresh and creamy never had a problem!

Drove one town over to be told by the employee on overnight shift, they don't have brownie sundaes at this location. What the what? A brownie sundae at baskin robins is now optional depending on the location? Never heard such nonsense in my life.
