The stores aren't bad, but this area seems like a pretty good place to get murdered. Definitely a stabbed-in-your-spleen-in-an-alleyway kind of vibe here. Good news is that theres a few low-end storefronts here that will draw you in enough times to familiarize with the local characters. Remember that Virginia is a stand your ground state!

Giant is the big draw and it is a pretty decent grocery store. Plenty of parking and getting into and out of this area isnt too difficult. There is often cars parked in the driving lanes either dropping someone off or grabbing their little Ceasars pizza order, but the lane is wide enough to drive around without any issues.

I was actually lost in the area and Came Upon This little strip mall. People that I encountered with definitely friendly and helpful. And I like the Giants grocery store in the area.

I am sad to say that the directional arrows to help with social distancing have been removed at this location. However, I find that people (for the most part) are more conscious of spacing down the respective aisles. While I am glad to not deal with the frustration of people not following the rules of past, I am dissatisfied that people could not adhere to the rules nor were they actively enforced. Were someone to do such on the local roadways, they would get a ticket or risk losing their license. So when the rules are designed to save a person from illness or even their life, how is that such a difficulty? On a positive, the product levels are good, so I was able to find some things I wanted. So if you go, try to pick a time that is less frequented. Oh and the social distancing employed at the self check out is well done. The registers are wiped between each use and plexiglass is high between each one.

giant is Our local grocery store. lake Ridge Commons also Yoga place, Human Garden Chinese food, salon for Hair and nails, new restaurant coming. Three other spaces still vacant

Was able to stop while in the area and quickly play the lottery. The Giant Food store is outdated and hasn't been upgraded yet.

Other than Giant and the wonderful Hunan Garden there's not much in this shopping centre. It has a barber shop, salon and somewhere to get your nails done. It also has a newly opened Yoga6 studio. Little Caesar's has permanently closed. It use to house an AT&T store, Starbucks(Moved across the street), Hair Cuttery, a package store and a family owned Pizzeria.

Conveniently located. As a recommendation, if you are given a prescription for your pet by Banfield try using the Good RX site and check the price at the Giant Pharmacy across the parking lot. A substantial save, and yes they have the medications you need.
