They cancel my appointment twice I only found out when I called Tuesday to confirm for Saturday. And they will do check up without the teeth cleaning, meaning you will have to set 2 different appointments for to be done properly. They will call to confirm just to turn around and cancel it.

The worst. I love my daughters dentist so I came to the Fort Totten one following her. I came in late because I was looking for a parking and didn’t know the right entrance. They send me from one door to the other. By the time I spoke to the front desk she told me she can’t be seen because we were late. Meanwhile the same time the Dr walked her earlier patent because she was behind. Which means we wouldn’t be see even if we were there 20 min before. They still denied my daughter to be see and we had to leave. They didn’t even care that she missed school and all.

While not perfect, the Mary Center is what I consider “ good ole reliable “. I’ve been here a few times to get cleanings, and fillings done and they’ve always been nice and punctual. Whenever I have an issue they’re quick to provide information about how to get to resolve it if they aren’t able to fix the problem themselves. They definitely have room for improvement but considering they are a organization based on helping lower income individuals I don’t have high expectations to begin with. Shout out to Dr.Griffin and his many assistance, they’re always nice and always willing to answer my questionsz

This place is absolutely terrible!! I come here uhm maybe once a year, an EVERY TIME, I wait over an hour to see the Dr. I work in a Dr office an know this is unacceptable. This will definitely be my last visit here unless an emergency. Oh an let's not forget the parking is a hot mess as well 🙄

Always have great experiences here, whether it's medical or dental. Staff (medical, dental, administrative, and security) understand the importance of customer service! Kudos to management for helping to create a pleasant experience at a place where the needs can be overwhelming. 💕

Mary Center at Gallatin St NE Is a very clean nice place. The staff is okay they need more AA, working at the Center. I received services there about a couple of years ago. I was very satisfied with the care I received. The housekeeper was a very hard working lady she keep everything sanitary. Overall I give them a 4 star ⭐⭐⭐⭐.

This is the worst Place ever I m not sure why they still open . They doctors don’t communicate not sure if they even keeping the patient records one doctor refer another thing the other doctor refer something different they don’t communicate at all . The front desk people are very rude they act like they don’t want to be there ,if you don’t like your job then leave don’t give attitude to the patient. Just in general this place is Terrible. The district Columbia they need to do investigation they don’t care about the patients at all. Very unorganized place !

I took my grandma to see Dr. Smith and I can not find the words to describe the knowledge, compassion, and warmth of this Amazing Doctor. He truly has a calling for what he does. My grandmother felt so validated well taken care of. To say he has good bedside manner is an understatement. Very professional knowledgeable and caring Doctor and staff. Everyone here is wonderful. I finally had it with this place. They don't care about their patients and just neglect them so much. They do not inform patients about any policy changes or how they would cancel appointments without letting you know. I also saw behavioral health, and my mental health needs were consistently ignored. When I expressed that I didn't want the same people who ignored me for months, they informed me I would have to be put back on the waiting list for another six months which was not fair since I never denied treatment. To add insult to injury, they tried to set me up again with the person I did not want to be set up with again. Now with dental, it's already a bit weird for the exam and cleaning to be two separate appointments, but hey, what can you do, but again they changed policies, were now, all of a sudden, you CAN NOT schedule an exam and cleaning on the same day, which I've been able to do for the last four years. When I asked when that policy became in effect, the representative could not tell me an answer and wanted to put it to the complaint department. Another one is how some (not all) obgyn would downplay your pain and ask you tell you, "oh its not that bad I think your over reacting a bit don't you think?". This is just a few out of the experiences I've been through. I hate this treatment. I do believe that this clinic wants to help people but you've really got to search for the doctors and nurses who actually care.

I have my first appointment and the told me to be 30 mins prior but won’t check me in until 0850. I hate having my time wasted especially when they were the ones to tell me to be a half hour early.

Worse place ever! Could never get in contact with the doctor no matter how urgent it was. Had to wait for more than three months to see a doctor and on top of that there was a problem with my appointment which it was their mistake, but they didn’t try to do anything to solve it.

I turned to Mary’s Center to manage my health. I told them that I needed blood pressure medicine. So far they have given me 2 telephone appointments, instead of the physical appointment to monitor my blood pressure. Each of the phone calls costs over $200. Non explanation on how they are supposed to give me a physical over the phone. A complete waste of tome and money. My physical appointment to deal with my blood pressure was changed to a phone call appointment with no explanation. The phone staff has no idea or explanation. Save your time and money. All they cate about is making money.

The dental cleaning service is okay, but lacking in giving the patients advice on their dental health. The service I have had when scheduling an appointment is bad - I have called over five times every two weeks to make my 6-month dental appointment and I keep receiving a "the appointments are full, or we don't have the schedule available yet."

This rate for 90% nurses and front desk workers Can't judge all for one or two people. However there are a couple at dental center that have ZERO education and/or manners!!!.. they truly shouldn't be working in customer service...

This place is perpetually running 45 minutes behind. Theres no one there to check you in if you have a first appointment of the day, so you just sit there. For behavioral health there’s many cancellations and honestly the process of dealing with this place causes so much stress it’s counter productive for BH services.

Scheduling is a nightmare. Never had so much difficulty getting an appointment for myself, let alone my kids. Calendar only opens up one month at a time, on unpredictable dates. What's more, because of overbooking, very difficult to get a cleaning+exam back to back, meaning patients have to come on separate days.
