I
signed
up
in
11/21.
Went
to
lessons
for
a
couple
months.
Life
got
busy
so
I
stopped.
I
kept
my
membership
open
in
case
I
could
return.
I
went
in
person
9/21
to
cancel
my
membership.
The
big
guy
at
the
front
desk
explained
I
could
freeze
my
account
instead.
He
said
(and
I
wrote
down
what
he
said
and
showed
him
to
verify
it
was
correct)
my
account
would
be
frozen
October,
November,
&
December
with
no
monthly
charge.
If
I
wanted
to
cancel
before
I
started
getting
charged
again
to
did
in
December
to
prevent
being
charged
in
January.
Today
I
went
in
to
cancel
my
account.
He
said
I
would
get
charged
for
December
and
it
would
cancel
in
January.
I
told
him
that's
not
what
he
told
me
and
he
should've
told
me
I'd
be
charged
again.
He
said
"you
didn't
ask".
Excuse
me
but
that
was
the
whole
part
of
the
conversation
canceling
and
making
sure
I
don't
get
charged.
He
would
not
stop.
I
told
him
to
just
stop
going
on
and
on
about
it.
He
said
I
was
arguing
with
him.
I
told
him
he
needs
to
stop
talking
about
it
and
trying
to
keep
it
going.
He
said
I
can't
tell
him
what
to
do.
His
signing
machine
wasn't
working
so
he
pulled
out
a
cancelation
paper
for
me
to
sign.
I
sign
and
date
it
11-5-22.
Then
he
signs
it
and
dates
it
1-1-23.
As
if
I
agreed
to
that
date.
So
I
began
to
write
that
I
didn't
agree
to
that
on
the
paper
and
he
snatches
it
from
me
and
says
I'm
not
allowed
to
change
or
write
on
it
only
allowed
to
take
a
picture
of
it.
All
in
all
the
character,
behavior,
shady
dealings,
I
won't
be
recommending
this
place
anymore
as
I
have
been.
