Went in for dinner. Got the #22. Cut into the burrito and took a bite. When I did I had a piece that I couldn’t chew up, when I spit it out it was a big piece of plastic. Spoke to the manager and she acted as if it was no problem.

This place is right off 95 in Aquia . It was very good and they have a lunch menu which is awesome! I tried the shrimp fajitas and they were very good. The service was good and the atmosphere was very nice as well. The bathrooms were also clean! Go here for a good time and good food! I stopped by for lunch again. Tried one of the quesadillas! It was very good and piled high with goodies. This location is a great value for what you get. The lunch menu has a lot of options to satisfy just about anyone for around 10 dollars in most cases! Service is also very good!

Great place for lunch dates, work lunches and parties. The prices are very reasonable and they can accommodate larger groups. The menu has lots of good options and the food is always fresh and delicious. Their chips and salsa dips are always tasty and fresh.

Best Mexican place in Stafford!! nobody tops their margaritas, portions, and just overall taste. Service was super quick and friendly. I wish they had a happy hour but otherwise 10/10. We had the bacon wrapped jalepenos, queso dip, fajitas, tacos, jalepeno margarita

Plenty of seating, quite busy, but service was good and quite timely. Chips are great, I love chips. Food was pretty good as well, I'll come again most certainly.

Very good. Wait staff was great. Portions larger than I thought they would be. If you like shrimp they were large shrimp.

This place is a hidden gem. I have been traveling monthly to Stafford area for a year and tried about all the options around but always skipped here thinking American Mexican food would just be ok. It is actually very good. The chips came out thick and warm, the salsa is definitely good but this white sauce is amazing. I had a margarita that was ok but the burrito Mexico was excellent. Highly recommend here for a solid dinner.

I ate here on my lunch break for the 1st time and enjoyed the food. I had the Burrito Texano and changed out the verde sauce for cheese sauce. I also added quac and sour cream and the quac was awesome as well as the salsa for the chips. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because my burrito was supposed to have fajita chicken, steak, and shrimp and only had 2 shrimps. The other complaint is I like thin chips and there's were thick. I did not try a drink because I was on a lunch break but I honestly I see why they get a good amount of business, the food it good.😋 *Went back and tried the nachos...🔥. GREAT MEXICAN VIVE, FOOD WAS DELICIOUS WITH SUPER ACCURATE MEXICAN FLAVORS. THE CORONITA MANGO FLAVOR MARGARITA WAS DELICIOSLY BOOZY. ALL THE DECORATIONS WERE SUPER MEXICAN TO THE T. THE CHILE RELLENO IS THE BEST I HAVE EATEN IN A LONG TIME. A MUST VISIT MEXICAN RESTAURANT PLACE ONLY 20MIN AWAY FROM POTOMAC MILLS MALL.

First time visiting. Went with a group of 12 Marines. Went on a busy Friday night and there were no tables which was expected. We all sat in the bar and ordered. Our bartender/waitress was very attentive and helpful to us all. I’ll definitely return.

This is a cute Mexican restaurant. The atmosphere was pleasant. They are very fast with your order, and you get a decent amount of food. The food is pretty blasé, ordered a combo platter, and couldn't tell one thing from the next. The servers just want you in and out. They never came back to check on us, see if we wanted another drink, dessert, nothing. It wasn't a particularly busy day, so no wait for a table. Overall, it was okay. Nothing to write home about, but not bad either.

Service was efficient and polite. Refreshing drinks were greatly appreciated. The food, while decently prepared, the grade of meat honestly tasted bottom of the barrel, (breakfast steaks at best). Kudos to the chefs for doing what they can with the materials they’re given.

The food was delicious. We didn't have to wait long for our main dish to come out. Our waiter was attentive. First time here...we are definitely going back.

Well this place was full of surprises! The only reason I decided to try this restaurant was because they claimed to have “White Sauce”, which if you are from Norfolk, VA, you know what I’m talking about. Their “white sauce” was gritty, chunky and tasted like cucumber water had been added to it, it was a very off putting flavor. Not even close to the beloved white sauce we have in the 757. I’ve never in my life seen mushrooms and squash in arroz con pollo. I’ve been to hundreds of Mexican restaurants and that’s definitely a new one. Yes it’s a basic dish, but I never would have expected those ingredients. Especially since there’s nothing on the menu stating that there was zucchini and squash added into the dish. With food allergies, it’s scary that this restaurant doesn’t disclose what comes in their entrees. I had to pick it all out, that’s not the flavor profile I was expecting. The quality was very bad for the it cost and portion size since almost half of my dish was squash that I didn’t order. I’m sure that they have other dishes that are good, but the ACP here is not it.

Food is always fantastic and cooked to perfection. Even when the restaurant is really busy food to table turnaround is amazing. Went in there one night and hardly anyone was there and food turnaround was under five minutes! When they get busy it still under 10 minutes! The white sauce that comes with the chips and salsa is absolutely to die for!

Definitely great food, however I wish it had more authentic flavors. It feels like a very American take on Mexican food. Again, the taste was great, I highly recommend their Tacos a la Diabla. And the Horchata was perfect. Service was pretty good. And atmosphere was just like you'd expect.

After this restaurant was recommended by the hotel I am staying at and reading the reviews, I expected a good dinner. I went to the restaurant and order my food to go. I also specifically told them about my mammal allergy. I said I have to have no dairy. The beans came with cheese. I took them off the plate. I asked if the refried beans have animal lard or vegetable oil and was reassured by two people the beans are vegetarian and no animal product. As my allergy shows up after a few hours I am hoping there is no lard as the beans had touched my chicken, which was dry. In addition, my hotel is a very short distance from the restaurant but by the time I got to my room, the plate was ice cold. It was not even lukewarm. The meal for my friend was not great, but at least it was warm, not hot but not cold as mine was.

Came here twice with family and friends the food and drinks are top notch. I had the carne asada and it was the best I've ever had, cooked perfectly and very tender. This will be our go-to Mexican spot.

Truly a gem in Stafford. There's really no other food place that offers the consistent quality and quantity of food and for such reasonable prices comparative to competitors. My sister has only come to town one time in 3 years of me living here and this was the place I naturally chose for us to grab a bite at together when she finally came a fee weeks ago. Parking is a nightmare most the time honestly but especially during peak hours because everyone knows this is the best Mexican restaurant! Best Mexican food in the entire area. China King on Hope St for best Chinese in the area :)

First time eating here. The food was fantastic and the service was great. Definitely, a top Mexican restaurant in the area.

Eaten here several times and usually pretty good but service today exceptionally poor. See photo for details. Beef fajitas bland, just had an excellent steak fajita at Chuy’s a week ago and therefore, the fajita at El G Charro was disappointing on top of poor service.

Had high hopes after reading reviews however was very disappointed. The drinks... give the bartender a raise! They were great. The food was just ok. Nothing special. We didn't finish none of our food. Our server was the worst part of this visit. He didn't clear our table, come by for refills, napkins or nothing. However all of the other staff we encountered was very nice. Thanks to the lady server who attempted to correct our visit. The tequila was appreciated.
