Our first visit to the clinic with our Gordon Setter who developed a bad hot spot was great. Even though we were new patients, they squeezed us in. Everyone including the front desk staff, the techs, and Dr Geldon were friendly, helpful, and efficient. I had to bring my son along with us and the team were very kind to him as well. Our dog recovered quickly and I look forward to bringing in our other dog and two cats for wellness visits.

"Sir Travis" was seen by Dr. Margulies for his annual checkup. She was very thorough. She lets him give her kisses. We had a titer check for his Parvo and Distemper and his antibodies were good so we were able to avoid unnecessary vaccinations. Dr. Geldon who owns the practice will pretty much not turn anyone away for a regular visit or emergency. If you go to the office on Tuesday, you will be greeted by Travis at the the front desk. If he has done a good job you can pay him with a treat.

I wish I could offer some sort of criticism, but I cannot. Thank you so much for everything- from the safety protocols in place during intake/return, to detailed explanations and problem solving on behalf of my dog, to solving the issue, as much as it can be solved with a progressive disease. I owe you all a debt of gratitude.

I took my dog for only a rabies vaccine. However, the vet examined her fully with care and attention. I was impressed. I don’t know this particular vet’s name but our regular vet at Liberty Falls, Dr. Geldon, has also always been great in her care of our dog, I recommend Liberty Falls without any reservation.

Hoorific! Scheduled my dog to get spayed at 9:30 am and was informed she would be ready approximately 2:30 pm. Called to check on my pooch at 2:47 pm and they hadn’t even started. They made my dog wait in their office for nearly 6 hours! I immediately told them to do nothing further and picked up my dog. An employee of the clinic said to me, “Well what would your dog have been doing anyways today?” Unbelievable! Avoid this place! They could care less about your pet!

Liberty Falls Veterinary Clinic provides honest medical diagnoses, caring staff, and fair prices for the level of service provided. I wish we had brought our dogs here even sooner. There can be a long wait list to get in, but it is SO worth it for the longevity and health of your furry loved ones.

We have been using Liberty Falls for years - even when it was only Dr. Weitzman. We are back again with our 3rd dog and now have seen 3 of their vets. They are all great. Everyone there, techs included, is professional and, so importantly, compassionate. They have my highest recommendation.

Our experience with the Liberty Falls Veterinary Clinic has been superb so far. We brought our dog, Loki, for her first health check up with Dr. Geldon. About a half hour after handing Loki over we received a detailed report from Dr. Geldon over the phone together with recommendations for medication and tips on feeding, exercise, and so on. When Loki came out, she seemed just as happy as when she had gone in! Clearly, for her, it was a pleasant experience. A few days later, Dr. Geldon called to give us the results of the various lab tests and walked us through their implications. All in all, we were very pleased with the efficiency of the clinic and the extra diligence and empathy shown by Dr. Geldon. We highly recommend the Liberty Fall Veterinary Clinic to anyone seeking treatment for their pet in or near the Bethesda/Potomac area.

I just found Liberty Falls and am glad I did! My cat had been a patient of Nebel Street hospital since she joined our family six years ago. This past fall I could not get an appointment to have her nails clipped because they said it took 2 technicians and they no longer offered that service unless it was with a regular sick visit or annual appointment. Liberty Falls will clip her nails once she is an established patient. I took her last week and found the doctors and staff to be caring, kind and knowledgeable. They - like most vets during Covid - have you wait in the car. There was not a long wait - and I thought the pricing was fair and the report from the doctor was detailed. I would recommend this practice.

Dr Geldon is one of a kind. We’ve had dogs our entire life and with that comes different vets in different states, cities, and even countries. She is by far the best we’ve had. Very glad to have connected with her. We hope she continues to see our pets for a long time.

Check in and check out is fast. Staff are very friendly and obvious animal lovers. Dr. Geldon is experienced, attentive, and caring, she answers all my questions/concerns and her diagnosis is spot on.

A wonderful place that is reasonably priced. We were consistently happy with the service and the way we were treated. Our Beagle mix almost died of pneumonia but thanks to the loving care she received at Liberty Falls, she survived!
