I am sad to rate this a 3 star because the grounds are absolutely breath taking. The staff is friendly and the restaurant staff was amazing, I’m afraid it stops there. I opted for a queen bungalow which was an upgrade according to Trip Masters. The room was musty and plain and the bed was hard and squeaked loud when I moved which was a lot since the bed was extremely uncomfortable after hiking. But the main reason I am so disappointed was the bathroom. The shower leaked badly and had mold, I did notice that they put 2 bath mats in for linen so my guess is they know. And when showering I was either freezing cold or I got scalded by the hot water, it kept going in and out and would not stay a steady temperature. The bathroom sink is very small and awkward to get ready. It’s so dark !! I would suggest a markup mirror might help this issue. And maybe an additional shelf.

Close to Boquette town, restaurants and activities are a short walk away. Beds were comfortable and the room was clean. Included breakfast was very good and plentiful. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The grounds are unbelievable and the service is unparalleled. Back in the day, the Ritz-Carlton’s were known for excellent service but they no longer measure up. This was old school Ritz type of service. Here, every single person from front desk to the waiters to the general manager, everyone works very hard to make the stay memorable. Truly a fantastic experience. Somehow five stars don’t do this place justice.

It's absolutely beautiful. One of the best maintained gated communities in Bouquet. Recreation facilities are probably the best and cleanest around. It can be very confusing trying to navigate the numbered homes. The place I was looking for was nowhere close to the other numbers just below it. Friendly people. Guards are helpful. Not for the budget minded, but probably the best if you've got the money.

The most beautiful place to visit in all of Panama! The property is absolutely gorgeous with beautiful flowers and landscaping. This is a location that also has homes as well as hotel rooms.

We had a 3 night stay, staff was friendly, serviceful and patient. We were at the Chavelitas cabin, ienough space, comfortable with 2 double beds. The surrounding views are beautiful, colorful and relaxing. The main restaurant is beautiful, the decor engaige with the greenery of the resort. We had a special vegan dinner tasting at the Terra Restaurant, which is within the Lounge. Special thanks to the Chef Eliécer and to Mrs. Vielka who were attenging us both nights, at Sabor Escondido and Terra. Also to Luis Rivas our main butler that help us with our needs or requests while in the hotel.

We went to Valle Escondido Restaurant to have a light lunch. The ambience was absolutely gorgeous. We ordered the plantain buñuelos, they were so tasty and delicate in the same time, absolutely delicious the salad and the portobello mushrooms were delicious too. The presentation of the dishes are great and the service was good.

As a 4 handicap I had set the bar low for this public 9 hole course located in the resort. I was blown away by the views and difficulty of this mostly par 3 layout. The greens were good, fairways great and bunkers were better played as ground under repair😋. This is a fun layout with a great staff that made us feel welcomed and appreciated. Bring plenty of balls because the beautiful river is everywhere 😁 And a great cantina right next to the pro shop😜

Loved this place so much! The staff was wonderful..special thanks to Luis who made us feel very welcome and connected us with local tours and a spa treatment. The grounds of the resort are breathtaking and the restaurant has delicious food. Our room was beautiful and overlooked the mountains. Short walk to the town of Boquette for live music and great food and shops.

I was brought here to see the park like setting this neighborhood provided. I was impressed how beautiful and tranquil it was.

oh my gosh. this place is beautiful. the rooms are very nice, the beds are well kept, and the landscape is breathtaking. you could take a picture from almost everywhere, and it would be gorgeous. if i could live here, i would.

A truly lovely place. The temperature this high up is amazing and we don't get the same humidity that's so commonplace in Panama. Service is spotless and the staff is friendly and attentive. Rooms are pricey and I would have expected a bit more. The AC is dated and works fine - but the temperature isn't especially even. However, this is okay since it's never stifingly hot anyway. I do wish the bathroom was a bit more isolated, though. There are some things I'd rather keep private. Make sure to visit the surrounding areas as well, some of the best coffee in the world can be found in the area. Overall a beautiful spot!

Amazing place, beautiful location and grounds. Town is in walking distance with the typical shops, restaurants etc. Everything at the resort is really top notch, food, service, location. Hit the gym here at it was very nice with everything you'd need. Pool area was great too indoor and heated.

The hotel is OK, amenities are ok, beautiful landscapes and architecture, but the rooms could be done a bit better, I mean wall finishing, bathroom sink.. all those details that make your opinion and how do you feel while staying in your room.

Out of all the hotels and resorts I've been to this one almost made me cry , my parents were on their anniversary and they went above and beyond to make sure they feel special, no hotel has ever put that put that amount of decorations they did , they even had the hot tub already heated and on . Also most hotels you have to pay to use the sauna , THIS place has a heated pool , a steam bathroom and a sauna just . For . You . And there is some jacuzzi I didn't even know they had . This place is like a palace , and the rushing river helps me sleep so soundly . And when you check into your room there is a CHOCOLATE (REAL DARK CHOCOLATE) EAITING FOR YOU 😱😱. This place did some things I've never expected to happen . PLEASE book your tickets NOW

I feel extremely lucky to have had the opportunity to stay here. I stayed for about 4 nights for the wedding of a close friend. The overall look of the entire place is beautifully and I found myself just walking the ground in the evening. The rooms are also very nice however they can feel rather lacking in more modern appliances and other things you'd expect in a room. I would say if you're planning to be sitting in your for the majority of your visit it may feel lacking, however if you plan to be out and about on the grounds and intend to only use the rooms to sleep, rest etc you'll very much enjoy your stay here.

The staff are awesome and the facilities are well kept and very nice Tye only thing is but this won't apply to most ppl I really want a massage but I can't bc of what it costs

Very impressed. The architecture and landscaping have the most amazing ambiance and attention to detail. The food was exceptional. Definitely our favorite resort in Panama.
