Delicious homemade cake, I chose the mint chocolate and I could taste the fresh mint herbs in the filling. Other reviewers note that it's a large slice, but I enjoyed it for breakfast with my cappuccino. The coffee was great, hot and foamy. Super friendly service and they were able to make a kind switch to English when I struggled a bit with my limited German. There is seating indoors and some more out on their terrace. Lovely mix of people, families with babies, people taking work calls on laptops, friends catching up, and me living my best life drinking a cappuccino and having mint chocolate cake for breakfast.

Best cakes not only in Potsdam but I would say in Berlin! I tried Popcorn one, delicious! Flamkuchen also great. Very friendly staff❤️‍🔥 I will definitely come back soon!

I was having a bad morning and needed to go to the pharmacy, then I looked up whether there was a nearby cafe and these people were WONDERFUL. And so was their food! Many vegan options but no hassle for mixing nonvegan or special requests like a big glass of tap water.

Cakes are impeccable 🍰. Try out their pumpking spice latte with oatmilk as well.

Fantastic breakfast place. The portions are enormous, we definitely ordered too much. The cakes also looked great, a shame we didn't have room to spare. Not to far from Sanssouci Park, so if you need a break, this is the place to go to!

Absolutely fantastic place for breakfast, a simple bread base and then lots of options and easy to mix-and-match small dishes! Also, the oreo cake was amazing!

A place for healthy breakfast options that you can cherrypick from the menu. I have been there a couple of times and everything is delicious and fresh. Also they’ve got one of the best coffee in Potsdam, and they offer WiFi which means you could take a nice cosy corner for study in ambient atmosphere. The staff is really friendly, and honestly helpful. Highly recommend

Friendly and quick service. Everyone enjoyed and had a good break here from our long walk! We all found the food and drink to be of very good quality and I was stunned by my beautiful cappuccino picture, what a great surprise!

Super delicious Breakfast options and great tasting beer in a cosy/ambient atmosphere! LOKAL in Potsdam-West is one of my new favorite locations to be in the city. The customer service is excellent and the bottomless coffee is a great deal! I definitely recommend checking the place out!

The coffee is fine. The one and only surprise was the size of the cake. It was a huge pice of red velvet cake which should be enough for two-three people. The bathroom are in the basement but there is no label or text on the doors, just a note asking to keep it shut... Otherwise the staff was considerate but a little bit stressed due to our hasitance to sit down indoor and waiting for outdoor seeing.
