If i could give 0 stars i would. DO NOT GO HERE. Had nothing but problems. Had a filling done 6 months ago and it started hurting last month, went to the dentist numerous times to be told there is nothing wrong. Then the whole filling fell out of my mouth.i called to get an emergency appt and the RUDE receptionist Nicole just didt care and told me they have no appointments today. When the dentist called me back as per my request they tell me the filling is no longer under warranty! Its 6 months old!! Disgusting service and horrible dirty practice. Will not be going back here and wont ever trust them again with my teeth!! Also the place is disgusting and dirty!! Last time i went there were ants crawling every where!!!

Sumeet is my dentist and wow he is a level above any dentist I have visited. His communication, his care and his level of work. He considers everything and talks to you about it all. I think finding a dentist this great is close to impossible. I had a fear of dentists and now i am confident i am well cared for.

Fantastic dentistry. Christine on reception booked me in efficiently over the phone and the dental team of Sonali and Emma were fantastic. I had to have a bit more treatment than expected, but they done it there and then without fuss. Not sure what the lady on reception is called, but she was friendly and welcoming too. 10/10.

My child had to have extractions, and the receptionists were very reassuring and supported me and my child throughout. The dentist and the dental nurse was very good too. Thank you!!

Very unprofessional staff absolutely useless, disgraceful and disgusting. I had root infection and suffered from severe pain and keep asking them to refer me to the hospital and they didn’t even bother. It’s been 7 months now and I’m still in pain. Atleast they could have even refer me privately. Please don’t go to My dentist Cheshunt if you want to get treated then find someone better.

The receptionists are very helpful and friendly, going above and beyond. I have had experiences with a couple of the dentists in the practice and can’t fault either of them. I am a nervous patient and the dentists and nursing staff always make me feel at ease every time I visit. I have moved my children over too this practice as well, my youngest son has special needs and is always well catered for. Cant express how pleased I am with the overall care and attention from all the staff at the practice.

Been there 16 years , got treated by a new dentist went in with all my teeth , composite bonding everything fine , came out with a cut mouth , all my composite bonding gone and 3 broken teeth , apparently from a clean with a drill bit on ,, my teeth r ruined and coz I complained there taking me off there list , shocking , treatment , made me suicidal , been left in pain and not even able to smile . DO NOT ATTEND THIS DENTIST .

I feel very lucky that the practice took me back on after a long period of not attending, the reception staff are fun, friendly and professional, I was given a thorough examination and a treatment plan to get me back on track, I was also able to see the hygienist and again 1st class treatment and advice. I cannot recommend these dentists highly enough! I registered for MyDentist and was seen within 2 weeks under NHS. I previously hated going to the dentists, however, attended for the first time in years for a filling procedure, in the care of Dr Sarika Shivji and Svetla. They are fantastic! Patient care 10/10, friendly, comforting and perfectionists! Receptionists are lovely too, clean facilities, great experience & they cover NHS so it's an extra win!

Lovely surgery, so welcoming and friendly. I have received excellent treatment and advice from Dr Ballard. She takes the time to listen to my concerns and she is always professional. I am very happy with the treatment I have had, and my teeth have definitely benefited from her expertise. I recommend this practice unreservedly.
