Just went to order my new bed from Dreams in Potters Bar. Such a great experience. The sales assistant called Elvin came to us immediately we entered the show room. She asked if we required any assistance or did we just want to look around. I told her I wanted to buy a bed and she suggested I lay on a mattress hooked up to a machine that could tell me the best mattress for the way I sleep. While she calibrated the machine she offered us drinks, didn’t expect that. She was incredibly patient while I tried out other beds that hadn’t been suggested by the machine. She wasn’t pushy or worried that I wanted to try out everything. I would really recommend that you check out Potters Bar Dreams if your thinking about purchasing a new bed. Even manage to book me premium delivery slot. So helpful. thank you Elvin you made the whole thing really easy.

We had a lovely member of staff who welcomed us with a big smile on her face she offered us drinks and let us use a machine that read what type of mattress we should get. She also showed us to the toilets and was extremely kind and helpful the whole time we were there. Thanks to Elvin I will definitely return when I need a new mattress. I can’t praise her service enough and I’d recommend dreams just for her kindness and efficiency.

We had excellent service from Cuong (Dreams, Potters Bar). He was extremely helpful and was very knowledgeable on all the different types of mattresses and bases/headboards. He spent a lot of time explaining the differences etc. He went out of his way to ensure we came to the right decision for us.

Had very pleasant experience at Dreams branch in Potters Bar, very helpful and attentive . Got offered pillow to try mattress , offered drinks ext… . Or thou I knew what I wanted , I’ve done my research online about the mattress beforehand ,they were very prompt at doing all the finance and that. Very happy

Popped into Dreams Potters Bar to look for a new mattress, I was served by Elvin, she was very delightful, informative and helpful. I brought a mattress and a few items. Elvin said she hadn’t been in the job long, I was surprised as I thought she was very good.
