Our experience of the entire Gingerbread House practice has been second to none. A real credit to the dental industry. Whilst the whole team has been exemplary in dealing with our family, I’ve personal experience of Dr Newman going out of his way considerably to ensure a level of care that is of the highest level. I called the practice today as I had broken a tooth and was given an appointment the same day. Dr Halima Affan and her nurse Lubna agreed to stay late to help me out which was so generous of them! Thank you so much to the wonderful reception staff (Sandie, Rachel and Steph) who managed to get me this appointment and who are always so kind and helpful. I have been to this practice for a while now, but I had to have an emergency wisdom tooth extraction with Adam. It was a difficult procedure and took over 50 minutes to remove. Adam, as always, was amazing, but I want to publicly mention the nurse with him - Emma. I was scared and worried throughout and she was wonderful, she held my hand the whole time - reassuring me and being so kind! A credit to the practice. I could not have been better looked after by them both. As a whole this dental practice is the best I've ever been to. All the staff are so kind and helpful.

I recently had treatment with the dentist Adam. I've not needed much dental treatment in the past and was rather nervous having cracked a tooth. Adam was great, he talked through my options for treatment and explained how either option would work. I decided to have an onlay. On the days of treatment Adam and nurses Lubna and Emma ensured I was comfortable and put at ease. Having had my onlay fitted a couple of days ago I have to say it feels great. No discomfort and does not feel out of place in my mouth. Highly recommend The Gingerbread House dental practice, reception are wonderful too, making an appointment is stress free and easy. Sandie and Rachel made this a pleasure. The practice also has great kind hygienists too.

I have attended The Gingerbread House Dental Practice for more than 20 years. There have obviously been changes in that time but I have never encountered anything other than a team that is welcoming, friendly and totally professional. I have always been fully included in discussions on treatment options and decisions on treatment plans and costs. I am a happy customer and have always felt relaxed and confident in my dental care at the Gingerbread House.

Great service from everyone I encountered at the practise from admin, reception, hygienist but especially Adam Newman who instills such confidence. His dentistry knowledge, skills, expertise, ability to communicate matters in a very simple and precise manner and very importantly the fact that he cares deeply about his work and patients all shine through. You will be in very safe and capable hands indeed.

Harvey and Anita have been amazing transforming my smile. I've had lots of bad experiences and really didnt think I would find such a welcoming and outstanding practice. I'm so pleased with my results and actually don't mind visiting the dentist at all now!
