Since the rebranding this shop looks even better. They have a wide range of products in store. The team members are helpful and ready to jump in when needed. They had a bit of queue at the tills but the team members managed to move quickly so wasn’t a long wait.

Lovely for kids clothes. Love their bags and shoes aswell. Not much for plus size queens but more online

Wanted a white swim suit, for a pool party. Entered River, to get a gorgeous, sexy number. The one in the shop, had pen mark, (in picture) and there was not another, in my size. Staff, behind counter were so lovely, ordering another for me, online to be delivered to my home.

Lovely atmosphere in the store and the staff were really helpful. Like the new vibe they have going on in there.

I went to River Studios Lakeside on Wednesday 8th March. A member of staff named Shannon was amazing! She was so helpful and went to the stock room several times to check for additional sizes and options for both myself and my Nan. She deserves a promotion for sure. Lovely store,but so much perfume being sprayed inside the shop made it very hard to breathe, so my wife and other people with asthma or breathing difficulties or allergies to perfume beware.Can’t revisit store until perfume bomb ends. Please help.
