Dropped off a parcel to be refunded and posted back 1 month later didn’t hear anything so I went in there and he tried to say I’ve never bring anything in. A total scam don’t use this store. awful customer service

DPD parcel collection. The store is a mess, parcels in every aisle and corner. Some had slid under fridges and were dirty. Was told to look for my parcel, no assistance, no system.

Do not bring your Hermes packages to this store as it will just be refused. Why provide a service if you're going to refuse packages every time. No matter the size or time, I have been refused countless times. Customer service is non existent to boot.

Staff are rude and seem to begrudge parcel collections - although I suspect they might get some sort of financial remuneration for being a collection point! When collecting you’re told to search their isles for randomly stacked parcels all over the shop with no help whatsoever from them.

SO rude. Went in to do a parcel return, and he just grunted and pointed at the machine, then grunted and pointed at where I should leave the parcel. Evri say the shop can package up for you, but he denied this. So so bad.

Absolutely horrific service. I use this place to charge my prepayment meters and today the guy scammed me for 70 pounds which he confirmed were put on my key. Went back home to find the key empty. When i went back he deflected and is asking me to follow up with pay point and my supplier. Been stuck on hold taking to people for 3 hours just to find some guidance to get my money back. I would avoid using this guy's top up services!!

Went in to drop an evri package up then thought I get a couple snacks - that had price on he tried to scam me by telling me a higher price when I could literally see real price on till also I did maths before I went to till … soo dogey do not go here .. I said no thanks you just tried to scam me I don’t want to buy anything thanks!

A good corner shop. People are polite and helpfull. Regarding returns I've never had an issue. You can return stuff here , but the owners don't maintain or know much about assisting with returns.

one of the worst service for Hermes drop off .. went twice once they said there is no paper for print and next time he dont know how to use the machine... very bad service
