I have never experienced anything near the level of, customer service, understanding and skill, that i received from Cos today. I took in an old ring my wife adored and had forgotten about, one of the stones had fallen out and needed replacing. Cos not only replaced the stone but also completely cleaned up the ring to look like new. Further more he gave me a replacement stone in just in case. Truly amazing. He took my broken lucky wooden ring and reproduced it in silver. The missing piece was unclear from the picture i provided but he encouraged me to be able to rework it perfectly. Excellent work!! Cos made the engagement ring for my parents almost 25 years ago and now for me and my fiancé. He custom made the ring exactly how she wanted it. We realized the size we gave Cos was a little too big after the proposal so we took him the ring and within a couple of hours he had adjusted it perfectly at no extra cost. He always has a smile on his face and wants to give the best to all his customers. I have nothing but praise and commendation for Cos and would recommend him to anyone.

Some people are gifted with the most incredible talent and this bespoke handmade necklace for my wife which Cos made was testament to just how gifted he is. He designed it, sketched multiple ideas out to combine a jasmine flower with olive branches (the names of our two children). Cos is great, asks exactly what you want and works with you to get everything right at a reasonable price. Couldn’t recommend him enough, we'll be back!
