I’ve been having boxing sessions with Chris for a while now. I have found that through the sessions my footwork has improved and so has my boxing skills! The sessions have been challenging but very fun too!! Chris is expert in adapting the lessons to meet the needs of the individual and is so encouraging. Absolutely love the lessons and seeing the progress! Everyone at the gym is so friendly. Also the juices and the vegan cakes are so yummy!!!

I've never been a gym / exercise person (having a sedentary job and gaining weight over the years until now in my fifties) but having joined the Fit Factory a few weeks ago now, I'm surprised to find that I look forward to going each time and training (from nothing at all to two or three times a week now). It's the people there which make it special for me. The gym owners, Chris and Andreas are genuine and super nice people. My personal trainer, Millie is a star - she motivates, teaches and pushes me to make every session satisfying and also fun and interesting; plus I get lots of helpful and practical advice about nutrition and healthy eating. Literally everyone else working at the gym who I've met has been nice and welcoming. Being at the gym feels like being with friends. The facilities are new, clean and well maintained and the coffee in the cafe is great. I feel that joining the Fit Factory has been one of the best decisions in my life to improve my general health and fitness. Been going for over a month now and massively recommend! The facilities and training are top notch, with a great cafe too for any pre/post workout food and drink. My trainer Alex is fantastic and I definitely recommend! Whether you’re looking for fitness or boxing skills, you’ll be pleased with the results 100%

The Fit Factory is a very welcoming environment where it is comfortable to train with weights for me as a woman. It is a safe community vibe with lovely selection of food at the coffee, protein shakes and more. It's easy to make my way to train there without extra anticipation after a stressful day at work.

I haven't used the gym, but have used the cafe several times now with my little puppy, and received a Five-Star service every time! The staff are friendly, and go above and beyond, to make you feel comfortable, and cater to whatever you want, especially Elena, who is amazing and gives us Michelin Star treatment everytime! V impressive :) I've also heard the PTs are quite good here!

The Fit Factory has simply changed my life, I love all the classes and Monty my personal trainer is brilliant, my body is in amazing shape and I can see and feel the benefits Caroline x

Joining the Fit Factory has been the best decision I made a year ago. Andreas and Chris made me and my husband feel very comfortable very quickly and made us part of the Fit Factory family. They both are very friendly, approachable, knowledgable and always at hand to give any support and advice. All the staff from behind the counter and including all the trainers have been amazing. I really enjoy all my classes with Andreas, Chris,Hillary, Joe,Jeff, Nassia and Adem. The boxing classes have been one of the biggest attractions at the fit factory. This has been the first time at the fit factory that I started boxing and I’ve learnt so much. Andreas and Chris make sure they get you involved no matter what level you are at. Monty has been a great PT and I’ve noticed a significant improvement in my fitness and strength. During my PT sessions with Monty, he really motivated me and pushed me to work harder with weight training to achieve my goals I’m now in the best shape,physically and mentally that I’ve even been in! I would highly recommend the Fit Factory to anyone considering joining.

I have been training boxing/fitness here with the PT Alex for 4 months. He is incredibly talented, and has take lots of time to design a training plan specifically for me, I look forward to every session as he motivates me to always improve and pushes me to the max. The staff are so friendly and welcoming, incredible gym.

Great work out sessions with great instructors. Both of my children also do the boxing classes there and they LOVE IT!! Really nice friendly environment! Your paying a bit more but its well worth the money!!! Highly recommend!

Exercising is all new to me. Post retirement, I started training with Chris Evangelou who makes my sessions fun and enjoyable; He’s tough but also motivating and encouraging. Everyone at the Fit Factory is friendly - members are always welcomed with a smile and are known by their first name; Members are friendly - it’s a great place to get fit at. M

Just turned 50 and with a knackered left knee, I have been looking for something to replace my Wednesday night football. My daughter suggested I go with her to the Fit Factory and I must say, what a great idea, Chris, Andreas and the team understand my injury and know how far to push me. The best gym I’ve ever been too! All trainers are amazing and there are classes for everyone from juniors to adults! Staff are very friendly - feels like one big family :) the cafe serves the best coffee, quality GF DF cakes and health drinks. Everything you could want from a gym and more <3

i bring my 8 year old here for boxing classes. He really enjoys it, the instuctors are great. The staff serving smoothies and coffee are very friendly, so i can enjoy a smoothie while my son works out!
