Beware - ground floor hotel rooms have a very strong vapor/odor of mold or mildew. Checked into RM 107. As soon as walked in it smells musky. By the time we set our bags down the odor was overwhelming. Reported to front desk they did seem concerned and a bit panicky but moved us to another room on same floor opposite end RM 102. It too had the same swamp like vapor in the room but not as strong. In hindsight I wish we would have just checked out immediately. We only had 1 hour to get to a concert at the Choctaw casino 1/2 hr away so we decided to rough it. Got back after midnight and was wide awake at 5 am desperately wanting to get out of there. We spent the few hrs we should have sleeping hiding our heads under the blankets trying to filter the air. Wheezing, shortness of breathe and light headed, we packed up and checked out. Spoke to the front desk by 6 am cordially expressing the Grace public health concern particularly for elderly, babies or ill people more susceptible than us. I explained that I would be filing a report with the county public health department Monday morning. I also explained that has a contractor for 22 years, I knew there to have been a flood in the ground. Floor of the hotel that had not been properly repaired. The lady was speechless and simply apologized. Our weekend is now sleepless, worn out and pressing on. I hope that this situation gets proper attention before someone more vulnerable gets seriously I’ll. Rusty door hinges, rusty fixtures and damp feeling carpet due to such high humidity in the rooms. Obvious lack of maintenance. Other than this, the 2 receptionists were friendly I felt sorry for the employees who were at a loss of what to say or do about it. Was clear to me that they were aware but could neither confirm nor deny. I got the impression that someone above them couldn’t care less.

We made reservations prior to the visit but still had to wait for the room to be cleaned before we could go up The rooms were very nice. The refrigerator did not get cold and they didn't have another to exchange it. The location was great, close to my sister's house.

I am going to give the motel 5 stars overall for the service, location, and price. I checked in quickly, and the lady was very friendly. That immediately set the right tone. The pool was nice and fun for the kids. The bed could have been more comfortable, and the common areas could use some updates and repairs (such as the second elevator and hot tub). However, for the price, with a free breakfast and a location right off 75 near the casino, it was a great bargain! Check out was just as convenient as check in. I appreciate no waiting.

I’m not going to lie, I sat here and read all these bad reviews and thought to myself, “it CANT be that bad, these people are being over dramatic..” so I booked a family room (two queens and a sofa bed). The ac is leaking so they have baking soda underneath it, the beds are caved in and hard, sheets and blankets are stained, like booty stains… there was dried food on one of the beds. Remote don’t work unless you stand in front of the tv, tile in the bathroom is falling apart… we booked a room for 4 adults, two children and the room had only two towels, so we asked for more and they handed us floor towels for my kids to use . Finally got two actual towels after a while… no extra blankets for the sofa bed, they gave us sheets. Bed frames stick out, so watch your shins. House keeping is the issue here. They left management hanging and left so management was cleaning rooms. Lordy.

First I want to say the staff was great! The hotel itself is in need of a makeover. Smells musty, stained carpet and furniture. The shower dripped all night, but nice water pressure. The bedsheets kept coming off the mattress all night... No mattress pad so we would wake up on part of the mattress itself :-/ Breakfast was your standard waffles, bread, bagels, cereal, muffins, fruit, yogurt and the hot part was scrambled eggs and sausage.

OK. I can look past things like loose tile in the bathroom. The elevator needing adjustment so it stops at the floor not 3” below it. Hotels have life cycles for updates and repairs. My disappointment is that we had 2 switch game chips stolen. I’ve given fair notice to correct. Corporate gives me dead emails and numbers to try and resolve it. Without excessive details, I am certain they were stolen during room service. They didn’t walk out of the room on their own. Placed in a sandwich bag laying on the desk. They stole the item they believed they could get away with and I would assume it’s lost. Let’s call it criminal psychology for short. I travels a lot. It’s been a month and they have yet to directly respond.

The room was clean and well equipped with the needed items. The King size bed and pillows were soft and comfortable. The food in the dining room was not so good, preferred to just have waffles and coffee. The desk staff was courtesy and friendly. I would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone.

10/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!We checked in only for the elevators to not be working. Which was fantastic because we had someone staying with us that is unable to walk very far. Waited an hour for the elevator to work to get up to our room. Walked into the room to see that they gave usthe wrong room (even after calling in the day before to ensure the correct room was booked). We needed two queen beds and ended up with a king and the most uncomfortable pull out bed I have ever slept on in my life. In the morning we wake up for the "hot breakfast" to have old, hard bagels and bread, piece of rubber sausage and eggs from probably the day before. It all tasted old and was like chewing rubber. Went to make a pancake to find a cockroach crawling on the wall. My only positive was the lady working the desk. She was so sweet and felt so bad for us. She tried her best to try to make it betterm none of this was her fault, definitely a company issue.

This was one of the worst comfort inn experiences I've had. Other than the night shift clerk. She was fantastic working with us as we had to change rooms twice due to cleanliness concerns. The breakfast was poor with limited options and nothing for anyone with food allergies.

Friendly, helpful staff, clean rooms, & yes there is soap! It's really elegant inside & their breakfast layout was efficient! Overall a very good experience especially for the price!

This was by far one of the worst rooms I have ever stayed in !! No shower curtain , hairs on and inside the tub, hairs on side and inside toilet !!! The bathroom sink still had someones drink in it they poured out as well ! Towels stunk!! Floors was disgusting 🤢 over all score for me was a ZERO!!! Oh and it had a smell in the room and hallway ! The motel 6 would have been a better stay with less than half the price !!
